While I’m not a competitive powerlifter, Nick still built me a really great strength program which allowed me to hit PR’s I’ve been chasing for years. My bench went from 300 (which I was stuck at for years) to 340 in just 2 training blocks. He put me through a strength/mass program and a more hypertrophy based volume block for a summer diet I went on. Both were well thought out and strategically built around my schedule and goals. I look forward to more!
