The individualized attention one gets starting from the initial physical evaluation through to the design and implementation of a customized workout program is truly unique and not something you will find at the vast majority of local gyms or fitness centers. All the trainers I have encountered are true experts in all aspects of fitness training and passionate in helping their clients achieve their fitness goals safely and pain free. About 2 and a half years ago my eldest son suggested that I see one of his best friends, Joel Arias, to let him structure what had been my lifetime"s worth of self-imposed daily exercise routines. I had lapsed into doing exercises that had become somewhat mundane and uninspiring! As soon as I began working out with Joel for an hour every week, I immediately perked up, and let his teaching and focusing of my workouts push me into acceptance of the fact that I wasn't doing myself justice anymore running my own exercise routines. I trusted whatever he wanted to do with me during the hour that I spent with him, and as a result of his direction, I experienced an immediate uptick in my spirits as a result of the boost in both my movements and general muscular proficiency! My amazement and trust in what he was teaching and showing me allowed me to successfully pursue a renewal of the vibrant excited human being I was before my general malaise set in before allowing Joel to work his magic on me!!!
About 6 months ago, Vetted Trianer's owner, Joel Arias asked if I wouldn't mind allowing one of his other Trainer's, Michael, take over running my hour-long routines, and I said that would be fine. Michael didn't miss a beat! I was immediately very satisfied with the new exercise routines that he started running me through!
I'm not happy unless I'm breathing hard and exilerated at the end of my hour-long routines, and Michael has been doing a superb job of allowing me to feel great at the end of every single routine he has decided to run me through ever since he and I started working together.
I've been extremely happy working with him ever since he and I started working toether!
After working with Joel Arias and Michael over the last 5 years or so, I've gotten to know a bunch of Joel's other Vetted Trainers as well, and I'd have no trouble working with any them, either!!

I've been training with Vetted Trainers for 10 years. I was blessed to meet Joel, the owner, 10 years ago due to a shoulder injury. He got my shoulder back into tip top shape and then started working with me to increase my agility for volleyball. I now train with Joey, who is also an awesome trainer. We have crushed so many goals together and it's a pleasure to be there working out with them. They push you but in a good way! Their release techniques prior to workouts are SO beneficial and make me stronger and more flexible as we go. I've referred many people and they, in turn, refer more people. You cannot go wrong with any of the trainers that you will work with here.

In addition to being super knowledgeable and nerdy about fitness, the trainers are really approachable and invested in your success. I've worked with Micheal & Jose and they are both awesome. The workout & mobility programs I've done with them have both protected my joints from injury (very important since I dance 5+ days a week) and helped me reach my strength goals which has improved my dancing.
AND (this is my favorite part) before each workout they do release work, which is often better than a massage to get my muscles to loosen up.
All in all they've got me driving nearly 2 hours round trip every week to see them instead of finding a place closer to my house. Can't recommend enough.

Before meeting Joel, I had been living with shoulder and bicep pain for about 2 years. Joel spent a lot of time up front talking to me about why the pain was happening and his plan to eliminate that pain. He is easily the most knowledgeable guy I've ever spoke to about the human muscular system.
It only took a few appointments for me to be living pain free. Vetted Trainers has allowed me to return to all of my hobbies. I've been working with Kade for over 6 months. They design specific workouts and releases to not only keep me pain free, but to now build muscle and get into great shape. Kade is extremely talented in building, understanding, and translating the workouts to me.

Before being introduced to Vetted Trainers, I was so hesitant to go to the gym. Through Vetted trainers I've learned so much about my own body and anatomy in general.
Everyone is so helpful and transparent and Kade has really pushed me to reach my fitness goals. I never feel embarrassed to work out here because it always feels like a learning experience. If you care about educating yourself and learning more about how to fine-tune your fitness goals so that they are realistic and achievable, this is the place for you.
I don't know any other gym that focuses on stretching and releasing the muscles before starting a work out. This is so important to prevent injuries during the workout and even daily wear and tear on the body.
I can't thank Kade enough for being so supportive throughout my fitness journey!!!

I originally searched for personal trainers to improve my form when lifting as it was causing me pain in my lower spine and my knees. That's when I found Vetted Trainers and my oh my. I am beyond amazed on the service they provide with their clients. I train with Tim, and he is very knowledgeable on the anatomy of the human body and the muscular system. With his expertise, my form significantly improved and I am able to lift heavier safely. The pain in my back and knees went away. During workouts, we focus on mobility first and the usage of the massage gun to be maximize range of motion during exercises. He documents my progress based on the goals and does the exercises with me and suggests small alterations to emphasize mind to muscle connection. He is truly a remarkable trainer because he cares about his client's overall well being. If you want to become the best version of yourself and invest in someone who is an expert, full of positivity, and a great motivator, I highly recommend Tim because training with him has been a 10/10 experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I started looking for personal trainers to help me with my chronic joint issues and pain, since every time I tried exercising on my own, I hurt myself. I also wanted to make sure whoever I went with would work on my goals and not what they thought I should care about (like weight loss or body shape). I wanted to focus on what my body could do (and not do), not what it looks like. Luckily, Vetted Trainers is the perfect fit.
Working out with Tim has helped me rehab old injuries, prevent new ones, and get stronger. Every sessions starts with a massage/ muscle releases. There's always something hurting on my body--knees, shoulders, hips--but regardless of the body part, Tim can pinpoint the problem and then release that tight muscle. And then we work on building strength and stability in the muscles that need it.
I can honestly say that the 4 months I've been working it out here are the most pain and injury-free months I've had in years. Workouts are planned around my goals and needs. If I say I want to be strong enough to do a pull up, then that's what we work on. If I try a certain exercise and I dislike it, we pivot to a different one. I highly recommend this place no matter what your current athletic abilities are and no matter what goals you want to achieve.

This place is great. I have no motivation so I was looking for a personal trainer. I looked at either 4 or 5 places and Vetted was one of them. I ended up choosing them and I am so glad I did. The guys really care about their clients and want the best for them. The owner Joel makes a plan tailored to each client based on their goals and needs. They also provide nutrition counseling. The price per session, you can't beat it. Gyms that offer only half of their services costs anywhere from 5 to 25+ more per session. I have been training with Tim. I have to admit. I was a little intimated at first, being a female with only female docs, dentist, massage therapist, anything. But Tim made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Each of the guys is solely a professional and they all are just great. They each get to know every one of their clients and vice versa. If you try Vetted, you will not be disappointed.

My first experience with personal training wasn't that great, it seemed I could never line my schedule up with the trainer and when we actually did train he seemed to just be going through the motions and didn't really care about my improvement. I stopped going for a little while but about 2 months ago decided to give it another shot and I'm glad I did, Tim has been amazing. No matter the schedule conflicts he always finds a way to get me in, even if it's very early in the morning or late at night. While we're actually training he pushes me to get better, his energy keeps mine up and I feel like he genuinely wants to see me improve and reach my goals. So shout out to Tim, he's made me actually look forward to working out.

I just started training with this team and I've been completely satisfied thus far! I've been specifically trained by Tim and it's great how open he his to work with clients that are only available during non-traditional hours because it's hard to find trainers who do that. I am a firefighter with chronic back pain. After one session with Tim, I had instant relief. He helped me stretch out my sore and overused muscles, with a technique I could not do myself. Kade is the man! Rome wasn’t built overnight. After two hip surgeries and lower back issues Kade is helping me get back to what I love, dead lifting. March 2021 I was fortunate enough to be introduced to my trainer Joey. My painful scoliosis caused my spine to continue hunching over and this was worsening. I depended on my cane, my posture was very bad with little strength in my legs , all related to ankle surgery several years ago.
Joey taught me helpful stretching exercises and I worked to incorporate them into my daily routine. Joey used the “releasing “ exercises to soften up the overly tight muscles , in addition to the “gun” apparatus. Combining all 3 started my new improvements. Joel’s introductory evaluation was amazing and he pointed out other spots on my torso that needed correction and help.
Joey jumped right in and began working on my several most troubled spots, always verbally explaining each movement and what effects what other part, plus the scientific names.
Today, I use my cane only occasionally, I can bend and stretch without much difficulty, getting down to the floor and back up is only a minimal problem, my back is only occasionally painful and my hunched over posture is much better. Joey is always positive and never discouraging, I feel this is company policy with all the trainers. When appropriate they advance ones routine according to your skills levels, keeping each week interesting and helpful. I highly recommend Vetted Trainers, each staff member seems to take a personal interest in their clients and encourages us to be the best person physically that we can be! I am so grateful to have found them, at 83 yrs old! Makes me feel younger too!

My wife joined five months ago to get better in shape and work through her knee issues after years of Irish dancing. Before she started training at Vetted Trainers, she could barely go out for a hike if the ground was a steep and uneven. After a few months of training we went back out to Gabrill state park and she had no issues or pain at all.

I have been going to the Vetted Trainers since June of 2021, after I was introduced to them by one of my friend who has been their client for many years. I had chronic pain due to rotator cuff injury which had lead to frozen shoulder. After a good amount of physical therapy, my shoulder mobility was at 50%. I was fortunate to have been introduced to Kade Arrington, who not only help me with pain management but also with strengthening of my shoulder. Today, my shoulder mobility has return back to almost 100%. Vetted Trainers, Joel (Owner) has a unique model, they are not just trainers who focus on strength training or other forms of exercises but also help you with healthy recovery of tissues with their release and massage techniques. I was not able to exercise for a long time due to unhealthy tissue and chronic pain. Today I feel, I am on road to healthy me due to Vetted Trainers. All the members at Vetted Trainers are knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and very friendly. Doctors and pain medications can only go so far. If you have a chronic pain or want a healthy lifestyle, give them a try, you won't regret it.

Not only is it enjoyable and feels good after, but it also feels good during as they motivate and cheer you on while you do something you may of thought you couldn't do or struggled to do.They're more than just your typical personal trainers.All of the staff is well trained, very knowledgeable, and respectful.They do more than just have you pick up and put down heavy objects. They make you a workout plan that is tailored to your needs and goals. They're hands on and also teach you about how each exercise works and how it affects and effects the body. They'll also take videos and pictures of you while you do the exercise so you have a reference when you do them on your own in-between sessions.They are able to help you with a wide range of problems whether it's getting in shape, dealing with pain from prior injuries, body or joint pain, balance problems and so much more. I have avascular necrosis in all of my major joints and they've helped me with it. After a couple of months working with them not only was there an increase in blood flow to my joints, but my pain and MRIs improved to the surprise of my doctor. This caused him to decided to push back the surgeries planned for my hip and knees, seeing as I'm only 26 and it would be a long recovery and it'll probably have to be done again in the future. Unfortunately, I did have to have surgery on both on my shoulders last year. Both surgeries were pretty Identical. The first one, I went to your typical physical therapist for rehab. The second one I went to VT instead and there was a huge difference. While it took 4ish months for my shoulder to rehabilitate with the physical therapist. When I went to VT for rehabilitation of my other shoulder, which was in worse condition than the other before the surgery, I progressed faster and fully recovered from it in 2-3 months to the surprise of my surgeon/doctor. If you have any body/health problems or goals I HIGHLY recommend going to Vetted Trainers.

I hadn’t slept through the night in 3 months as the tingling and pain from my right shoulder down through my right arm and fingers would keep me up at night. I have congenital hip dysplasia, and have had 4 hip surgeries to date. My fifth surgery, a total hip replacement at age 28, was scheduled for late November 2020 as I had done physical therapy for a year without any progress. I couldn't walk without pain, I couldn't bend to tie my shoes, I couldn't cross my legs when I sat down.
I was referred to Joel early November 2020. He listened to my history, my pain, and did a total assessment of my hip. He told me his goal was to make me change my mind about the surgery in 2.5 weeks, and cancel it. I truly didn't have any hope about feeling better, but I was willing to give 2.5 weeks a shot.
After my first session, I immediately felt relief. I literally cried in my truck with joy. I have worked with my amazing trainer Jose for five months now, and my hip feels better than it has in years. Vetted Trainers creates programs to improve my hip flexibility and strength, and I now am able to do daily functions with ease, as well as lift weights and bike.

Joel and his highly skilled staff of personal trainers provide the perfect combination of physical therapy and strength and flexibility training. I have been a client for almost 2 years and initially went there due to some sports related pain issues with my back, hips and shoulders. Using specific muscle release techniques coupled with targeted strength training and stretching those issues have now resolved and I am pain free. I continued there as a client because Jose my trainer is absolutely fantastic and the ability to maintain my overall physical condition allows me to pursue my sports related hobbies pain free and live my life in a positive and healthy way.
