Wil is a fantastic trainer and great guy! He continues to develop workout programs to increase strength, improve health and lose weight.
Wil is very enthusiastic and fun loving which makes the workouts enjoyable. He utilizes his knowledge to create ideal workouts that are custom to the individual. He routinely asks questions about your goals and works with you to achieve those goals.
During Covid, we switched the gym workouts to video training. It is impressive how much motivation Wil generates as he provides positive support through the video. Wil adapts the workout program based on the equipment that is available.
Wil also set-up a program where I work out by myself a few times a week and workout with Wil a couple times a week. He checks in with me regularly to see how my individual workouts are progressing.
I highly recommend Wil. He is passionate, adaptable and well-informed. Wil continues to exceed my expectations over the two years we have worked out together.

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I’VE EVER DONE!
I started with Wil over 2 years ago in attempt to recuperate mobility after many long bouts of being bed ridden and the need for a wheelchair. Wil is knowledgeable and creative with compensatory exercises to adjust for my abilities and disabilities. Wil pays close attention to proper form; knows when to change out or stop an exercise. Wil works with you as an individual; no conforming to another’s agenda. Wil is a delight with whom to work. I could not have found a better Trainer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WIL!

Ten years ago I suffered a debilitating shoulder injury. I worked with numerous physical therapists and trainers over the next nine years and although the pain reduced over time, I was never able to lift weights and achieve any of my fitness goal without hurting it again. Then I started working with Wil. Wil's expertise allowed him to identify how I could begin working out again in ways that helped my shoulder and worked towards my fitness goals without aggravating the injury. A year later, my shoulder is vastly improved and I'm lifting weights and working out in ways I never thought I would again. I cannot recommend working with Wil enough, particularly if you have injuries that you need to manage and navigate in order to achieve your own fitness goals.

Great results with Wil’s Zoom workouts During COVID work-from-home! With Wil’s experience easy to purchase equipment like resistance bands and sliders can provide a full body workout. Working out with Wil is really fun, he is motivating and supportive, I look forward to seeing him each week!

Wil is the BEST in the business. I have worked with other trainers in the past, but no one comes anywhere close to him. He has over 20 years of experience as a bodybuilder and a trainer. His knowledge of the body and how to devise a fitness training regime set him apart from other trainers. Before you start, Wil will sit down with you to discuss your goals and then perform an assessment of your current level of fitness. From there, Wil will put together with a plan that will steadily move you toward your goals, while ensuring you avoid injuries along the way.

With Wil's guidance and support, I lost 25 pounds over the last 7 months, and at the age of 45, I am in the best shape ever. It's great to fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear for years, and I feel stronger and have more energy. Wil is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced professional, who will teach you the the right exercise techniques, and develop a custom exercise regimen to help you meet your goals. I was worried about exacerbating old shoulder and knee problems, but Wil put together a training plan that pushed me appropriately while avoiding injury. He has a lot of experience working with older clients as well, so if you're a senior, he would be a great match.
A lot of fitness comes down to psychology, and Wil motivated me when I needed it, pushed me to my limits but not beyond, and reinforced good habits in eating and exercise that will stay with me for years to come. I can't recommend him highly enough--he's a true professional and just a great human being to be around and work with.
