Amazing Gym with great Atmosphere!I love ESPC! There is such a helpful positive energy there. The work outs are amazing. The workout mix between cardio and lifting is amazing. If you need to modify, there are always options and everyone is accommodating without any judgment. I have been going here for more than 3 years now, and it does not get old or boring. If you are considering this gym, do it. You will not regret it.

The ESPC was welcoming and professional! This was my first time back in years and I was nervous for the intensity but Rachel was great! She was very helpful throughout the class. She kept an eye on me and helped me through parts I struggled with. It felt like a personal class with 8 other strong women. I can't wait to be able to keep up with them!

The BEST classes on the Eastern Shore. I live in Chestertown and it is so worth the 40 minute drive. All the instructors are very motivating & they make you want to push yourself a little more. Kendra, Tracie & LaneAnn ROCK!!

I’ve been attending classes at WLG on and off for several years and have been part of the annual challenges. The encouragement, support, and expertise of the trainers keep me coming back and pushing me to do things I never thought I could accomplish! Kendra is so responsive and doesn’t ever let me hear what I want to hear - she speaks truth and pushes me to be the best athlete I can be. I sometimes dread the workout, but I always finish! And that’s an amazing feeling. I walk out KNOWING I can tackle anything because I just knocked out an insane workout that didn’t let me quit. I started at WLG five years ago when it was original space at the business park. Did the first class suck? Yes! But in a good way!!! WLG will have you hooked after he first class. I have taken short breaks because sometimes life gets in the way but I always make my way back. I was introduced to WLG by my daughter several years ago. As a lifelong non athlete I was so pleased to join a group of people who were so fun, positive and helpful. I have knee issues and often need a substitute exercise for parts of the workout. Kendra is always attentive to specialized needs. I cannot say enough good about this program and about Kendra. If you are looking to make a change you need to check this out. You will be sore but not sorry.

I’ve never been a big fan of group classes. I always have been able to motivate myself when I work out. But a few years ago, a friend mentioned trying out the WLG 12 week challenge. And I’ve been hooked ever since. Regardless of your fitness level, WLG can kick your butt - in a good way. It’s a great community from the trainers to the athletes. Kendra has a one of a kind facility!

I started going to WLG about a year and a half ago (after a friend pushed me to) to do training for the Savage Race. I never thought I was a "Group class" person, boy was I wrong! I have loved going to WLG classes. Kendra, Evan and Tracy have been amazing. They are encouraging throughout class, push me to do more when they know I can and really create a "family" atmosphere. Living a distance away, I don't go as often as I wish. However, my 2 classes a week, including boxing, have been awesome. I highly recommend WLG to others.

No other place compares. Been to every gym in queen annes county and many of the group options and NOTHING compares to what Kendra and Evan offer. It’s a tough workout, but it’s doable by anyone willing to try. It’s the most supportive community, village, tribe I’ve ever seen. It’s a top notch facility. And it’s pro level training. I’m always amazed that even with the crowd that attends I can hear Kendra pausing to quietly correct someone’s form or notice someone needs a little push to keep going—you are more than a number there, you are a partner in sweat. And you will sweat. I’ve been going on and off since 2014. When I’m off I miss it like crazy. But hey life happens and what’s great is when you walk back in, smiles and support await you like an old friend coming thru the door. I travel from Centreville to Kent island to do it. Why? Because there’s nothing else like it.

I have been attending WLG classes for a few months now (not as religiously as I should). I work a full-time job with two little ones and find the class offerings to work well with my schedule. It's an hour I set aside for myself when I can get there but always feel welcomed. I started with the 12 week challenge in September. I am challenged at each class, don't always finish the full drills but I feel supported by the coaches and have met some wonderful women in the process. Definitely check this place out!

After not being in a gym for the last 6 years and becoming unhealthy I was finally ready to get back into the gym and get healthy again. I came across this facility on FB and I was reading great things about it. I saw where Kendra was running a great 12 week challenge and I was so interested. So much so that I kicked myself out of bed at 4:00 in the morning on Friday morning to attend a workout class that began at 5:00am. I drove all the way from Easton to Stevensville so pumped up and ready to go! I was so happy! I did the class I lasted 25 minutes due to being so out of shape however I didn't let this discourage me. I called Kendra that morning and sent her messages that morning because I wanted to talk to her to hear her thoughts on what she thought was best for me since I was struggling that morning. I still have yet to hear from her. At this point I am very upset I was so ready to go and so excited to join a program to achieve great results. I was so ready to drive the extra mile to become happy within myself again. Not so much now since It is now 3 days later and I still haven't been able to talk to Kendra. Lack of Communication
