Loved my bikram yoga sessions! My first time trying these new postures.and all of the instructors at Crofton and Annapolis. The yogi and students were so welcoming which made it easy to fit in as a newbie. I wish that you had a studio in my hometown, so you are my new studio in Maryland! I can't wait for my next visit.

The Yoga Factory in Crofton is a great place to find your zen or your power or both. The studio is large and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are many classes to choose from and the yoga instructors are the best in the area. If you're looking for yoga in the Crofton area, this is the place!

Yoga Factory in Crofton is spacious, clean, and with the same network of teachers as YF Annapolis, makes it a great option to pick up wherever I left off. YF is the most supportive and welcoming community with very talented and versatile teachers, that make it easy to build a practice and keep coming back.

The owner and instructors at Yoga Factory are the best! The Crofton location is large enough that you can always get into a class and the class variety and times offered create many opportunities to find one that fits into your schedule. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I found Yoga Factory in Crofton this summer and am so glad I did! For many reasons (but mostly because I hadn't connected in any meaningful way with a studio's vibe since I left NYC), it had been three years since I had practiced consistently. Being on the mat represents so much to me and thankfully I found everything I need on the mat at the Yoga Factory Crofton studio! Courage, strength, focus, community, gratitude, love and self-awareness... breath! Over the past two months, I have practiced 4 or 5, 6 times a week -- taking mostly Vinyasa classes -- and I haven't had a bad class. Each and every instructor I've taken is strong and brings just the right amount of their unique selves to make the classes their own. It feels so good to have found a yoga home once again. I highly recommend Yoga Factory Crofton, without qualification.

I've been a member of Yoga Factory Crofton for 8 month. Having belonged to multiple other gyms and studio's and I can confidently say that the value at Yoga Factory is really unmatched. Mostly because of the variety of fantastic instructors and types of classes offered, but also because of the sense of community that you immediately feel when you start coming to classes.

I haven't been in a while and have been contemplating returning. My past experience with the staff just left a bad taste in my mouth. I like Bikram and the Crofton location served the purpose of simply attending the class. Anything beyond feeling comfortable communicating with the instructors, sadly has been a no. It's unfortunate because I coach and instruct as well (strength coach) and any time I attend any instructors class at any establishment, I'm at least comfortable holding a small conversation. The instructors can be snotty. I've gotten a ick vibe a few times. This is also the only hot yoga establishment that I've been to that smells. They need to redo the flooring or deep clean it. If I return, I will attend the class, say thank you, and leave when done.

Visiting this part of Maryland. I took Kat's Bikram 75 class. It was well-taught and a great workout. The studio is very nice. The yoga room is large. When travelling, I am never sure if a hot room is actually going to be hot. Sometimes classes are advertised as heated but they are barely lukewarm. I was very pleased to find that the Yoga Factory was truly hot and humidified. Will definitely return. I did not have time to take a Vinyasa class here but I would have liked to.

Love this studio all the instructors are very nice and helpful however the place isn’t very clean it’s dust and hair all on the floors some classes r so very close that it’s still sweat on the floor from the last class…that’s my only complaint is the cleanliness but I would recommend this practice

Omg! This is the best yoga studio I’ve probably ever been to. The hot yoga is great and the instructors really take the time to work with you on where you want to be. I love this studio, but have moved away from the area so have to find a new one! They also have specials all the time, which is great for people that love yoga but are being financially conscious.

I love this place. I have practiced at the Yoga Factory studios for a few years now, and have no complaints. Both locations (Crofton/Annapolis) are excellent, and every instructor is amazing.

If you are looking for a Bikram studio; look no further Yoga Factory is your place. They even have a few vinyasa classes on the schedule these days!

I have the one month pass and each time I went the instructors weren’t very helpful. They focused more on the regular goers and offered no preperarion of what to expect. It was a just jump in and go. Not a fan of that approach maybe that’s how all yoga locations are but that style is not for me.

Today, I went to the Crofton location at 6:45pm and had an experience that really left a bad taste in my mouth with Kat and Katy (two of the instructors).

In late 2014 or early 2015, I bought a groupon to take 15 classes at your studio. Shortly after my 5th class, I was in an accident that left me immobile for 3 months. However, I was extremely excited to see the deal again on groupon this past weekend and I immediately bought it. However, upon going to class today, I was surprised to find out that if we have bought a groupon in the past, we were not allowed to purchase another groupon. Kat references the "first line in the groupon" which specifically says one per person. While I understand the statement, it does not specify that this only applies to new customers and that previous groupons from years ago also count as a one time purchase. If this were made clear, I definitely would not have purchased.

I have bought the equipment for the class and was planning to become a member pending my successful return after dealing with chronic back pain. I was planning to use the 15 drop-in classes to see if it was something I could commit to. However, the way my friend and I were treated (both of use were returning customers who did not use all of our classes from the previous groupon) really made me not want to give any money or time to this business. Kat and Kathy were very dismissive about the misunderstanding and didn't seem to be interested in customer retention or customer service satisfaction.

I write this review to let future customers know how disappointed I was with the service. I was planning to have a pre-wedding event at this location with my bridesmaids and friends but I am no longer interested in anything that this business has to offer simply because of how the situation was handled today and the dismissive and condescending nature of both Kat and Kathy. Not only did they not try to find a solution or apologize for the miss understanding, but that also raised there voices, rolled there eyes and made the experience very uncomfortable.
