I had a lovely class today with Maryam! She was an excellent instructor and highly trained with lots of experience. She was super patient and provided recommendations for adjustments. The studio was really beautiful. I’m so glad I gave Yoga Revelation another chance as I didn’t love the Columbia studio location due to the ambiance of the studio. However, once you get past the ambiance of the Columbia location you’ll notice all of the teachers are rather good but Maryam was “exceptional”.

I’m just beginning my practice and I really appreciate it when teachers acknowledge everyone and are inclusive of everyone’s journeys. This is what made this class truly beautiful for me today as some studios just focus on those who are members or regulars. Some studios have a feeling that not everyone belongs but here I felt very welcome!

I booked a massage online (received a confirmation email and a credit card charge and everything) and when I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early, a yoga class was ending. The teacher asked me to leave as she had to lock up and directed me to wait outside for the massage therapist. My appointment time of 1:30 came and went, and when I called, I got voicemail. Waited another 10 minutes before I gave up and left. Am now disputing the credit card charge to get my money back.

Update: Was contacted via text by a member of staff at Yoga Revelation (didn't get a name) a little over an hour later, who explained the massage therapist had been running late due to driving in the rain and had not been able to contact me due to issues logging into the system. Complete refund issued, and offered a free massage if I'd like to give them another chance. Not sure that I will based on this first experience, but appreciate that they did follow up to resolve the issue.

The atmosphere and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
The first session was free. I liked that my class wasn't crowded and the instructor was kind and thorough in giving the instruction. I'm very glad that I was able to register for the future sessions quickly.

I’ve been going to Yoga Rev for about 6 weeks now and, it sounds cheesy, but it’s really been a revelation. The Sunday morning class with Monique is wonderful. She works you hard but in such a supportive, knowledgeable way. Thanks to her I’m getting stronger every week and I now consider her class an important regular part of my continuing healing journey.

I would not suggest this business. My husband had scheduled two celebratory massages here - once when he received a work promotion & a second time on his birthday. He was cancelled on the morning of his first visit & no showed the 2nd time. He literally never treats himself to something like this & when he did, he got let down by the company. If you’re considering any services this company offers, go elsewhere.

DO NOT schedule any services here. I’ve scheduled two massage appts. The first time, I was cancelled in the morning of - which was incredibly frustrating, but the owner at least called to apologize & gave a small credit of $10 to use for a future visit. Today - my birthday - I was scheduled for a 2nd time, only to show up with the doors locked & unable to get a hold of anyone. I will never come back & would highly discourage anyone considering this organization for massage services.

I attended Rebecca's community hot vinyasa flow. This was my first visit at this studio and will certainly not be my last. The class was held in one of their spacious studios, the Love studio, and was also offered online (as are most of their classes). The space seemed extra spacious since the class size was small, 3 students total, and Rebecca did a great job giving instructions and speaking loud enough to be heard in such a large space. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this class.

Really enjoyable socially distanced outdoor yoga session under a pavilion, can hear the birds and cicadas. A bit of traffic noise too but easy to ignore most of the time and no problem hearing the instructor. They do indoor and online lessons too.
