A very tranquil large space which accompanies about 25-30. Yoga mats, bloch, bolsters, and blankets are provided. As a very lapsed and inconsistent practitioner, I found the Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath hour long session to be a great way to ease back into the practice.

I sent emails, I’ve left messages and text as it says to do on the message and have gotten no response from anyone. Poor communication. We went with another yoga place. Thanks though.

It could be that I'm of an older age, but the selection of music made it difficult for me to enjoy the class. But I'm in my 60's so please take this feedback with a grain of salt! The instructor was very nice!

Prenatal yoga with Erica at Yogamour was a highlight of my pregnancy. I always left feeling more connected to my body, baby, and other moms-to-be, and often found myself still chuckling at a one-liner from Erica while driving home. Lovely studio, lovely instructors, definitely worth the price.

I have loved my experiences at Yogamour! I’ve taken two classes because they offered an awesome gift to teachers. The studio feels warm and welcoming. Erica runs FUN classes that anyone can benefit from. I loved it so much that I signed up for the summer!

I purchased two tickets for a “sound bath” workshop, intending it as a thoughtful birthday gift. Based on the description (which is now unavailable), we expected a calming, meditative experience with sound bowls—something relaxing and grounding. Unfortunately, the actual workshop was the complete opposite. It involved expressive dance, chanting, and movement that felt far outside the scope of what was advertised. It wasn’t at all what we signed up for, and we weren’t the only ones who felt this way—another attendee left before we did and confirmed that the description hadn’t aligned with the experience.
Even before the workshop, communication with Yogamour was disorganized and frustrating. I tried for months to confirm workshop details. The first number I called turned out to belong to someone currently teaching abroad, and though I left a detailed voicemail, I never received a response. I only learned they were out of the country after calling a second number listed on the site. That person gave me an email contact, but I never received a reply from them either—something that would be unacceptable in most professional environments. I even made a trip to the Yogamour location in Frederick in hopes of speaking with someone in person. After waiting for a class to end, I was ultimately told to “check the website,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful.
Despite all that, I still proceeded because the person I was buying this for really wanted to try it. We visited the website together and chose what we believed was the right session. But when the workshop finally happened on May 18, 2025, it was simply not what was described. We stayed for about an hour out of the scheduled two, giving it a fair chance before leaving—disappointed and frankly, a bit frustrated.
I would not recommend Yogamour based on this experience. Communication was poor, follow-up was nonexistent, and the actual workshop did not match what was advertised. I hope this review prompts the team to reconsider how they handle both customer inquiries and workshop descriptions. At the very least, I’d appreciate some form of acknowledgment or consideration for the experience we had—and the time and effort put into trying to make it special for someone else.

The experience was delightful. Everything, from the breathing exercises to the music created with the Tibetan bowls, was mesmerizing and calming. Cindy and Tim created a space to connect inwardly and outwardly. I didn’t know what to expect, so when I left with a sense of peacefulness, I was certainly glad I tried something new.

100/10!!! I had the absolute pleasure of attending Yogamour for the first time last night for my first experience with a Sound Bath. It was truly the most therapeutic experience I’ve had in a long, long time… maybe ever! Dorianne and Michelle were AMAZING. I immediately went home to look up other workshops that Yogamour offers, and I plan on signing up for a membership for classes ASAP as well. It was just one of the most rejuvenating and peaceful experiences. I had no idea what to expect going in, but upon walking into the studio, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere with good vibes all around. I thoroughly enjoyed the cacao ceremony and the sound bath from start to finish. In fact, I didn’t want it to end! It was such a safe space with great energies flowing throughout. And my favorite part about the entire thing was the “corrections” they did for us at one point. After she was finished with my “corrections”, I felt wildly different. It’s very hard to explain it now but it almost felt a little bit “magical”. So, even though Yogamour is about an hour away from me, I will absolutely be back… VERY SOON and OFTEN! Thank you Dorianne and Michelle! You may have unknowingly saved me a little bit last night. There’s something very special and spiritual about you two. 🙌🏻 🙏🏼 Namaste. Also, the studio itself is BEAUTIFUL! Props to the owners for such an amazing, thoughtful, and safe space for healing and restoration. I hope you all stay in business for many, many years to come. Peace to you all.

I attended my first yoga class at Yogamour. I took a Wednesday 9am class centered on legs and back. It was very relaxing. If I got into an incorrect position, the instructor, Rebecca, gently corrected me. I definitely will return. I am a bit sore this but that just means I got some good out of the class.

My experience last Friday in class was wonderful. I am new to the area and it was very important for me to find a new yoga family first off and I have. The atmosphere was friendly and positive and I came away from class feeling as if I already belong even after only 1 class. The facility is just what I am looking for.

Yogamour is one of the ✨best shalas/studios✨ I've ever known in the 56 years I've been alive: for their variety of classes--Ashtanga-ish; hot; Yin; various vinyasa/sequence offerings that span slow-to-high energy; Pilates/Tracy-Method (IYKYK) and especially the focused, Iyengar-influenced classes that hold space for precise alignment work: because I have issues I'm actively healing lol.
I've met jiujitsu practitioners, runners, CrossFit folx as well as those who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, inactive lifestyles. And, we are aall held in deep kindness and encouragement by our instructors. For example: I'm someone who has returned to yoga after a decade; am quite unfit; and was a serious collegiate/national athlete. I feel empowered and safe in my body, in this space. If you're itching to become core-strong, more flexible, in tune with your body, I highly recommend Yogamour. Take advantage of their super generous intro package--$39 bucks for three weeks of unlimited classes. I did and it was an AMAZING experience me: so much so that I bought an annual membership. Btw, if you are 55+ you may access an annual membership at a price that works out to ~$70 bucks a month. That's like five Chipotle bowls, my friends. Give yourself the gift of strength and grace. Hit this place ✨💛✨

Amazing Hot Yoga Experience! This was my first class at Yogamour. Jaime the instructor was awesome. Greeted me immediately and was very inviting. Made me feel very welcome. After the class, ALL of the participants were so welcoming. This was my first Yoga Class in over and a year. They all, including Jaime, told me what a great job I did and emcouraged me to keep coming back. One of them even got me a wipe so I could clean my Yoga Mat, saying, "The line can be long waiting to get the clean wipes"
So thoughtful and caring, you just don't see enough of this today!!!!! Just an overall amazing experience!!!!

This wonderful place is easy to get to just off Rt 26 Liberty Rd. Its in a tiny strip area across from N&S Rentals. It offers many classes, but due to covid, things are extremely slowed, friendly faces and best of all they are still doing by appointment only Lymphatic Massage treatments. Tbe guy who does these threaments is amazing. Has been a true godsend to me. He has done what no other place has accomplished. Im finally getting healing treatments that are working. Fighting Lymphedema and Lipedema is not an enjoyable diesease. He has accomplished what no other person has been able to do for me before. The fluid is coming off. Im so grateful to have found this place and especially him. Mr Morgan is a delight to speak with, so professional and knowledgeable of his profession. The atmosphere is very serene and Zen. Very relaxing and always makes you feel welcome and after treatments, you feel very relaxed and happy 😊. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from any thing needing his services. Area is excessable, ample parking, well lit at night and secure.
