I've had the pleasure of personal training with with Yohnnie for almost 5 years now, so I'm used to his intense workouts. However, the virtual training services have been a complete up-level to me reaching and maintaining my healthy lifestyle goals. As a busy hospital administrator these virtual workouts have been a complete godsend. They have not only been extremely challenging, but every workout is NEVER the same! Yohnnie's wealth of nutrition and training experience and knowledge is unmatched. I highly recommend anyone that's serious about transformation and has a phone/computer, then get RESHAPEDbyYohnnex!

It was a clean and comfortable establishment where the owner/trainer really encouraged the group to work out. Nobody felt singled out or left out. Although it was my first time there, I felt like part of their workout family.
