We believe being fit is "4life". It's an aspirational but tangible goal where we strive to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle for a lifetime. We are an inclusive environment where all body types, fitness levels, and wellness goals are united. We are a community made up of people who understand that wellness is much bigger than just exercise, rather it’s a Whole-body Wellness Movement! Jade is a great trainer. Nice, energetic, but she doesn't mess around. You will feel wrecked after a workout with her. It a process but I feel way more fit in only a few months working with her.

Jade and her team have built an oasis of fitness, health and community that is professional, positive, welcoming and lots of fun! The classes as well as the individual training sessions are thoughtfully planned, challenging and so enjoyable that they fly by before you know it. Great music and often a party vibe.

Whatever your state of fitness is, you can participate, improve and most of all gain confidence that flows into your practices, sports, and daily life. I started out feeling stuck, creaky and limited, sometimes even dreading a flight of stairs, to choosing to walk an extra T stop or two, mixing a jog into my walks, and even doing a round of crunches before breakfast.

This improvement in my daily energy and attitude has been crucial to my overall wellbeing during these challenging times in the world. I highly recommend Fit4Life!

Jade and her staff are the best. Jade is extremely knowledgeable and competent and a strong motivator that actually performs the exercises she promotes. I’m a fairly strong guy and Jade has always been able to jump in and actually do the exercise I’m working on and show me a better way to do it. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, it’s worth it.

I have been training here for over a year. The most amazing team! I have trained w Jade since 2016 and I am so happy she has this Fitness Oasis now. The classes are incredibly motivating. The community that’s built from everyone at 4life is so strong and inspiring.

I do training once a week with Patrick and having someone that customs designs your workout is life changing. I had personal trainers before and no one compares. He is so knowledgeable and amazing at explaining the goes and the why. It really empowers me every single session.

I think we all have the capacity to train and live a healthy lifestyle but it takes a villlage to build that consistency, to learn how to proper use and challenge your body and I couldn’t have done it with them. It is honestly a joy every time I train.

As a queer woman and an immigrant I really appreciate the non judgement environment and how they set up the tone for all the interactions. It always feels like a safe and thriving space.

As you see, I am a huge fan, and so you should be.

Fit 4 Life has been a great positive impact on my life. The classes and personal training are suitable for all fitness levels. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to build muscle, tone your body and feel energized. Between the TRX class and a small personal training group I am in, I absolutely love it and love the results. Jade and Luis are friendly and very supportive throughout the workouts. The facility is clean and well-maintained. It is a great experience and I recommend to anyone who wants to be healthy and “Fit 4 Life!”

Jade and her team are absolutely fantastic. The key to fitness in my 30s has been accountability, and if you've ever struggled to make it a priority, which I have, Jade's training has made all the difference. I have worked with her for over a year on my goals, like building strength, staying fit, and avoiding injury with my active hobbies. I really appreciate the detailed personalization and modifications she offers in each session since all bodies are different (and they change all the time). Since covid and working remote,I realized I was not as active as I was before. A friend recommended Strive4Life as I live in RI but they offer on line exercise classes as well as in person. Their professional yet fun and hardworking approach in helping me feel more energized and fit is a true testament to their skill, knowledge,and dedication. Jade is a master at making classes welcome and enjoyable so you almost forget the pain. Lol. When the pandemic started she continued to offer training on Zoom, and it was one of the few things I looked forward to on Zoom, instead of work meetings. She always allows for some time before starting for participants to chat and build community with one another. Then on to work. Jade has been my fitness trainer for over 2 years now and has "exercised" me away from a very sore back and also has promoted a positive mindset that carries me forward beyond my sessions. During this time, I also lost ~10lbs in part due to her help. Its a great feeling to feel fitter and healthier! During Covid, I participated in online group classes, one-on-one zoom classes, as well as coming to her exercise studio in Roslindale. All of these many choices have allowed me to continue to train with her despite my changing schedule. Jade's classes are always varied; they are never boring and are fun. I always leave her studio smiling! I highly recommend trying a session with her. If you do, I suspect you will be hooked on her program. Location makes going to her studio easy whether by car, bus, bike or by foot.
