Austin is the best! My husband and I were recommended to use Austin for a personal trainer. He has not disappointed! My husband and I were looking for someone to get us motivated and to get on the right track health wise. Austin is that person!!!
Austin always keeps us on our toes. Our workouts are never the same. He always changes things up so we don’t get board. The results we have both seen is amazing.
Most importantly to us was that he is very flexible. We have had to change days or times at the last minute because of a work schedule or for our children. Austin always makes it work for us. As long as the room is available that we train in, he is always willing to make it work.
Austin truly cares about you and your results. He even texts you throughout the week just to see how things are going. I think that’s pretty amazing.
I highly recommend you use him for your personal trainer!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was the cliche, "New Year-New Me" type of mom. I vowed to myself that I would lose weight and eat healthy. My husband got me a few one on one sessions with Austin as a gift, to help start me off in the right direction.
My first meeting with Austin was a sit down meeting to go over everything , like what I can expect from him, the training sessions, and meal planning. I asked if he could make dinners family friendly, which he did with ease. The whole meal plan was amazing. I no longer snacked and since I was eating healthy food and I noticed a boost in my daily energy.
Our first session really opened my eyes as to how unfit I really was. Austin was very patient, he showed me every exercise, walked me through every movement and form, if I was off he would correct me in a positive way and then demonstrate the movement again. I was so embarrassed, I actually could not even do a proper squat, he said "In a couple of sessions you will be able to do them" I actually laughed out loud. Well Austin was right!
He would set up circuits for me to work through, never rushed or pushed me beyond my limits but also never allowed me to feel bad about myself or make excuses. I continue to invest in myself and train with Austin.
Along with one on one training sessions I also check in weekly which really helps with holding myself accountable. Austin is always quick to answer me when I have any nutrition or training question, he also gives an explanation with his answers. I have had a 100% confidence boost from working with Austin, not only because of weight loss but also because he has shown me that with hard work and determination I can actually accomplish my goals.

I started Austin’s kickboxing bootcamp with ZERO experience, just thinking it might be kind of fun to hit something after work. I remember getting frustrated the first class trying to learn and remember the combinations. I have a habit of quitting things very quickly if I’m not good at them, but he really managed to take something difficult and keep it fun and make everyone feel good. It’s been less than 2 months and it’s hard to believe the progress I’ve seen in myself and the others in the class. Plus, nothing beats the sense of accomplishment when you’ve struggled with something and then you finally “get” it!

I was hesitant to add on the nutrition program because I felt like I had a pretty good understanding of it already, but I wasn’t quite seeing the results I thought I should be getting. The very first week on the meal plan he put together for me there was enough of a difference in my body that other people at work started noticing and asking what I was doing different! I’m still working towards my goals, but I know I will get there with Austin there to hold me accountable. I’ll also admit I’m not the easiest client to work with, but he is super patient and always makes sure I understand WHY I’m doing not just WHAT I’m doing. This has definitely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself

I’ve been working with Austin for a couple months, with both my nutrition and fitness boxing. He’s a trainer that truly understands what it takes to succeed, regardless of what your fitness goals are. His fitness boxing bootcamps are unlike any other I’ve tried. He’s engaging, energetic, motivating and will definitely make you sweat! Every day I feel myself getting stronger and I owe a lot of that to Austin. Thank you for being such a great coach!

I’ve been training with Austin since late 2018, before he started Haverhill Fitness. He is a great trainer that is dedicated to his clients and finding a nutrition plan to meet those goals. He’s a trainer that not only shows dedication in the gym but outside as well. I highly recommend him and his services.
