I signed my granddaughter up for a summer class. I was also very interested in the private lessons. My granddaughter has only been there for 5 weeks but has learned so much with coach Dustin. I love how he talks to the kids and runs the class. He is stern which I think is important for not only learning but keeps the class orderly so there are no injuries. I have decided to remain with this school and hope to be there for years to come. My granddaughter had her first private lesson and I loved how Dustin explained what my granddaughter needed to work on and why. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a great gymnastics school and great coaching.

Our daughter was looking for a new gym last year and we visited All Ranks to check them out. Billie and Dustin were great when we met and our daughter said she wanted to go there- so we made the move. It was good for a few months and everyone was happy. At the time we joined, our daughter had a mental block with her round-off back-handsprings. We were promised that they would correct that block right away. Several months later, the issue was still there and she was being told that they would scratch her from competitions that we had paid for if she didn't get the skill back! She was told by Billie that she "was giving up on her" and left her in tears. It got so bad that my daughter didn't even want to go to the gym anymore. This behavior with the kids was not just with us, but many other kids as well and others left for similar reasons.
Attitude issues with us started after our daughter had personal issues with their daughter in the gym. Their 10-year old daughter "rules" the gym and if you are not her friend, you're ostracized. She does what she wants and has been seen to tell other kids what they need to be doing or how to act. She thinks because her family owns the gym, she's entitled. When my daughter spoke out against the rude behavior, we were no longer friends with their family and treated coldly. I don't have blinders on and I know that my daughter can cause issues just like any kid can and we were more than willing to handle (and did) issues that she caused. The same can't be said for Billie & Dustin.
Other families saw the same behavior and have left the gym for similar reasons. A telling example- last Summer a fund-raising committee was put together with the most active gym parents. Over the course of the season, every single parent on that committee had left the gym. It speaks volumes on your character when the most active, supportive people leave you.
On a professional level, they do not have any personal gymnastics experience other than being certified coaches. They have gotten to competitions just before they started instead of early enough to prepare the girls ahead of time. In Disney, both Dustin and Billie stayed with their daughter while she was competing and neglected two other girls that were competing at an overlapping time. During this meet, Dustin was 15 minutes late to the coaches meeting and missed all of the team warm-up time. Every other team had their coaches there 30 minutes before he showed up. The girls were trying to warm-up on their own and a little freaked out. When Dustin was questioned on it, his response was "It's OK, They know what they need to do..." Really, the 10 year-old girls know what they need to be doing 1000 miles away from home and at a meet with no direction? Why are we even paying you? After the competition, my daughter placed the highest of all of their gymnasts at 5th place and they couldn't even be bothered to attend the awards ceremony because "They wanted to get back to their kids." While I understand that thought, we are only here because the gym decided to do this competition and we paid a lot to attend. The least they can do is support the kids during the event.
When we were leaving them and my wife told Dustin the reasons why we were leaving, she was told by Dustin that they weren't planning on accepting our money any longer because the were going to remove our daughter from the team because of her ongoing issues with her roundoff back-handsprings- even though our daughter was consistently the highest ranked girl at her level from their gym regardless of her mental block on that skill. Now, we hear from others that they are bad-mouthing us saying they were planning on kicking us out for months. We donated a lot of time, money and items (lockers, decorations, popcorn machine, etc) to help this gym out and this is how we were ultimately treated.
Buyer Beware- They have removed most of the negative reviews from being seen on google- but their rating is still effected. More than 20+ reviews disappeared.

Beware of false comments made about this gym in the reviews. This establishment by far exceeds every other gym I have attended as a gymnast or coached at. They have only been open for a short amount of time and have done a fantastic job starting a new business in a new area. Their intentions are where they should be. It is about the GYMNASTICS and the students. The gymnasts on the competitive team who decided to all leave were a clique (very similar to the Dance Moms TV show) and the unfortunate part is the parents were the ones gossiping and causing problems. I have seen it myself. This gym didn't need toxic people, so it was for the best that they decided to leave.
The coaches know exactly what they are doing when it comes to gymnastics. And that is what their business is: gymnastics. If you are looking for a perfect place for your child to experience recreational gymnastics, then this is the perfect place for you. If you are looking for a competitive gymnastics team and coaches that will push your child to be the best they can be, then this is the place for you. Not to mention this place is super fun! And prices are very reasonable compared to other tuitions I have experienced at other gyms across the country. The quality of training at this gym should be more expensive in my opinion. These coaches do a great job!
The owners have six children and own a success business revolving around their love for kids. I believe they are doing a TERRIFIC job!!!!
I highly recommend this establishment and know for a fact that every child that enters the door is cared for in this environment.

My daughter just started there program and seem to be very nice and reasonable people. She is excelling very quickly with the direction of the amazing coaches. I love the coach to student ratio. Good price for what you get monthly too. As long as there around we will be too.

My daughter and I moved to New Bedford recently from a small town in Maine. This move was a bit of a culture shock for us both. Not only did we move away from all of our friends and family, but we moved away from our gym as well. A gym where 20 years ago I was a team member. Shortly after our move I did some research online and found several gyms in the area. As a former gymnast, I know finding the right gym makes all the difference. From the first practice at All Ranks Academy, I could tell we made the right decision. The coaches took the time to correct several bad habits my daughter developed, that her larger gym quite honestly didn't have time to fix. This was because the number of girls in each class far outweighed the number of coaches. All Ranks has enough coaches and the right amount of students in each class to allow more time for the girls to develop and master new skills. These coaches have made my daughter and I feel welcome, and have made us feel like we've been part of this team for years. They have gone above and beyond and on several occasions have pulled my daughter aside to work directly with her on a skill she was struggling with. They brought back that fire in my daughters eyes which burnt out at her last gym. I would strongly recommend you check this gym out for yourself, rather than go by a negative comment from a website.

BEWARE!! As far as gymnastics goes, they know their stuff. Unfortunately, I must agree with Stephanie. The owner, Dustin, is a very nice man. But his wife, Billie, does in fact help run the business and is usually at the front desk. Her demeanor isn't very professional. She is known to share personal information, such as financial details, with other patrons. She also does not seem to be able to handle conflict or customer complaints. If you have an issue, she will blow it out of proportion and you will be kicked out of the gym. I've seen it happen countless times. Don't waste your time!!!
