All Year Fitness is New Bedford's premier fitness studio located in the beautifully restored Howland Place building.
All Year Fitness is your solution for semi private training (women only) and personal training (male/female). This is not your traditional gym... Our training groups only have 4 women max, so we can really hone in on your needs and progress. All sessions are total body workouts focusing on strength, mobility and muscle building in 45-60 minutes.
Custom training (one on one) is also available as well with nutritional coaching. Get the most from your time and investment with personal programs created for your specific needs.

I started 2025 with Rolando who has truly prioritized mobility, instruction, precision, and order in every session. From the beginning, it was clear that his approach wasn't just about pushing through a workout but ensuring proper technique and long-term results.
Mobility: Rolandos focus on mobility was one of the most valuable aspects of our sessions. He incorporated dynamic stretches and exercises to improve range of motion, ensuring I could move freely and without discomfort. This attention to mobility helped me feel more agile and pain-free in daily activities and workouts.
Instruction: Every movement was carefully explained, with Rolando breaking down the "why" behind each exercise. The clarity in instruction made it easy to understand how each exercise benefited my body and how to execute it correctly. This emphasis on education empowered me to take charge of my own fitness journey, beyond the sessions.
Precision: Precision was a key element of the training. Rolando took time to correct my form, ensuring that I was executing every movement with accuracy. This attention to detail not only maximized the effectiveness of each exercise but also helped prevent injuries by emphasizing proper alignment and technique.

Coach Rolando @ All Year Fitness provides a workout program that is suitable for all fitness levels. Training is provided in a safe, judgement free zone, with other like minded people with one goal in common becoming physically and mentally stronger. My personal experience has been great. All Year Fitness is in a great location and it’s easy to find. Coach Roland is very informative about the techniques he uses to make sure you have the right form and you are using the equipment in the right way working out. He cares about your safety and he wants to make sure you feel comfortable in and around the gym. At All Year Fitness everything is laid out for you so there is no confusion about the program. Coach Roland answered all my questions that I had during and any questions I had afterwards. I would definitely recommend All Year Fitness and take that leap if you are looking to get healthy and strong.

Working with Rolando has been a pleasure. Sure did I curse him out in my head every once in a while, sure bet I did; some would even slip out. He pushes you to go further than what you think you can do. Knowing exactly what you can achieve even before you even know it. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in it. He is non-judgmental and just wants to help you achieve your goals. I was/am planning on continuing to have him as my trainer because like I stated above he honestly wants what's best for you. So, will you be cursing at him in your head, after a hard workout? Yes. But will you be happy he pushed you and didn't allow you to give up? Absolutely yes.

Rolando is amazing! I have been Rolando’s client for several months and have never felt as fit as I do now. At our first session I could tell right away that Rolando is dedicated, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable. All year fitness items that I purchased are of high quality from the resistance bands to the workout gear that are all durable and made to last during high intensity workouts. I have incorporated a good cardio, strength and conditioning program by using the how too methods in the videos to maximize my fitness routine. It has improved my flexibility and strengthen my core and back to hit longer golf shots when playing numerous rounds of golf.

Advanced athletes will benefit from the self-paced regiments that improve balance, stability, and range of motion while preventing injury. Those just trying to lose weight will benefit from Rolando’s depth of knowledge that get them on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
I also purchased the all year fitness bands. They are top quality.These bands are very durable and support my body weight easily (+190). The different sizes are great for working different muscle groups and adding weight. Bands are a great alternative to dumbbells because they are more effective for those with weak wrists and prevent you from swinging the weight which allows for a better workout.
