CrossFit is a workout program defined by constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Designed to improve health, burn weight and better athletic performance, CrossFit relies on gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio and more to drive results and help athletes reach their goals. Each session features a different Workout of the Day (WOD), and can help people across the age and fitness spectrum. The program works for people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

I never thought I’d join CrossFit until I tried Andover CrossFit and now I’m completely hooked! I’ve workout my whole life and I’ve never felt stronger. The coaches are amazing and really know what they are doing, focus on good form and care about every members goals! The community is so welcoming and together motivate each other. I can’t recommend this gym enough to everyone, it’s for all levels of fitness and it’s never too late to start especially at a gym with the best coaches and community!

Joining Andover CrossFit was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Although I’ve always been active, I struggled with consistency and accountability when working out alone. The coaches at Andover CrossFit create a welcoming, supportive environment that emphasizes proper technique, setting me up for success from day one.

Stepping into a CrossFit gym can be overwhelming and intimidating. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I signed up to attend the orientation at the gym. And I definitely felt like a fish out of water when I started taking classes. But, it was the coaches, their encouragement and attention to detail, as well as realizing that everyone there was after the same thing — be 1% better than where you were yesterday. 2 years later, it turned out to be a great decision. It’s been fun, frustrating, hard, and a growth experience for me. It’s the hard thing that I’m happy to get done each day. If you’re considering trying Crossfit, Andover CrossFit is a great place to begin your next growth stage in fitness.

My home away from home any time I’m in the area visiting. They treat you like family as a drop-in, the gym is well organized and maintained, tons of quality equipment, and the programming is top tier. Every coach I’ve taken a class with has been professional and provided great advice. Nothing but great things to say about CF Andover!
