Hands down the best full body programming and professionally coached workout you can receive. I have changed the composition of my body for the better and have gained an amazing community. Coaches keep us focused on good form to maximize the benefit of each move. Everyone is working hard and at their own pace - no judgement, no pressure but ALWAYS a very satisfying full body workout with lots of support and encouragement! 30 minute session I thought wouldn't do very much but I have really increased my strength and tone overall. Best 30 minutes you can spend to maximize your time and your fitness. Hour classes are excellent as well and again at your own pace. I am grateful to have such a high quality workout, with such fabulous instructors, in a VERY cool workout facility and great gym comradery! AFBBC feels like a family. The results are incredible! Feels like a private lesson without the cost. Coaches Diane, Chris and Lori are a fabulous team!

A member since the opening of this gym. I don’t think I’ve done the same routine once so it’s a different experience every time. I have a community who cares about others and the gym supports non profits and friends in need every year! They are educated, experienced and kind trainers. The gym owner Chris is a gem of a person. Come try the gym if you can’t make the am session, get the same workout in the afternoon to go twice! Slow and steady, I love it at Fitbody💕

The Andover Fit Body team is the most knowledgeable and fun group of fitness experts I've had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been a member of AFBBC for over two years. As a former fitness facility owner myself and someone who interacts with the owner professionally from time to time, I held off on leaving a review for a while—I didn’t want it to seem biased or partial. But after several years of consistent training here, I can honestly say the 5-star rating is well deserved.

The owner and entire staff genuinely care about every single member’s well-being. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and they actively ask for feedback on programming and new equipment ideas.

What stands out most is how empathetic everyone is—they truly understand that people walk through the door for all kinds of reasons, and they meet you where you are.

The class schedule is ample and varied. If you can make it 2–3 times a week (or more), the membership is an absolute steal for what you get in return for your health, energy, and overall quality of life.

Highly recommend AFBBC to anyone who wants a supportive, clean, no-ego gym with owners and coaches who actually care.

I recently joined AFBBC and I absolutely love it! The trainers are incredibly motivational and bring high energy to every class. They clearly explain the exercises you’ll be doing at each station during warm-up, and throughout the workout they circulate to correct form, offer adjustments, and provide modifications if you’re dealing with an injury or still building up to certain movements.

What really stands out is how personal the experience feels — they take the time to get to know you, and you’re greeted by name as soon as you walk in. This place has quickly become my home away from home, and I genuinely look forward to every class.

Booking sessions through the app is also super convenient. It helps make each workout feel like a non-negotiable appointment with yourself, which has been a huge game-changer for my consistency.

I live in Florida and am a member of 210 Fit Body boot camp. I asked to come in while on vacation and Chris made it quick and easy. I got to have the FBBC workout I know and love, but I was also blown away at the space!! My location (which I love) is gray paint in an office park, this location is in a beautiful old brick building. It was a nice change of scenery to have exposed wood, brick, live plants, a beautiful window overlooking a stream (I need something to distract me on those awful bikes 😂)

I definitely recommend coming here if you wanna lose that annoying belly+back fat. I signed up for the 6 week program. I really enjoy it. I have seen a difference already in my weight and diet. The nutrition plan they also give you is great!! All the instructors are super nice and helpful.
I especially want to thank Dianne. I went to a class that was scheduled for a noon slot and half way through the work out, I had a asthma flare up. I normally bring my inhaler but I forgot it unfortunately. Although, Dianne was so helpful and caring. She helped me get my heart rate down then someone in the class was so kind of enough to let me use her emergency inhaler. The staff and the people that come here are so amazing. Definitely check it out!

I joined Andover Fit Body Boot Camp about a year ago. I have always done cardio exercise, but not strength training. As I get older, I wanted to build more muscle, so I joined AFBBC to see if they can help me gain muscle. I was also interested in HIIT workouts at that time, so AFBBC was the perfect choice for me to try and explore that type of workout. Not only was I able to gain muscle (and continue to do so), I found the place I want to be! It is such a joy going there. The coaches are great and they all welcome anyone whether you are a very active person or it’s your first time trying HIIT and they provide great advice to all levels of people. Also the people who workout there are so kind and friendly and make the place so much fun to go and workout at. I highly recommend AFBBC to everyone.

Best New Year’s resolution I have ever made! The coaches are amazing, it’s like having personal trainers. They are always there for you, paying attention, ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly and working to help you meet your goals. The trainers spend a lot of time planning and diversifying the workouts so you are never bored. They work with all levels, so they provide modifications as needed for each individual. I am so happy I found AFB. It is a fun & effective group workout and welcoming of all abilities…young/old, in shape/out of shape…it doesn’t matter. This program has helped me get much fitter & stronger. I love that each class is different which keeps the workouts fun & interesting. They offer classes ranging from a 1/2 hour to 1 hour and you can do as many as you like. The trainers are excellent & will work with you individually (if you like) to help you reach your goals. If you want to get the motivated to improve your health & enjoy your workout, this is the place to go to. I used to go to visit my family in Andover & found this gym through a freind, who had lost significant amount of weight & gained strenght in no time. I had a ruptured knee meniscus & limped for more than a year. I had to work on the muscles around my knee & loose weight. Chris worked with me to strenghten my specific muscles so I could start exercising. Then he slowly moved me to the next level & throughout the process kept motivating me so I don’t take a step back. I am able to walk, ran a 5k with Chris, getting ready for more of them, lost 26 pounds of pure fat, gained signifant muscle mass in three months time. I have improved my Vo2 max significantly. More importantly, I enjoy my life, playing with my kids without running out of breath. Thank you Chris, Sam & Diane! Please continue improving lives & receive the blessings from all of us!

I joined the gym on April of 2022 and I love every single class. Diane, Sam and Chris are the best. they truly take their time to teach you and best of all you don't need to memorize a routine. I can't say enough good things about Andover Fit Body Boot Camp except I wish I started going sooner. I started in August 2022 as a way to lose weight post babies. I did lose weight, and I also gained a lot more. More energy, a sense of community, and something to look forward to every morning.

The past few years, skiing has been hard - my muscles sore, not feeling comfortable in ski clothes, and overall not enjoying the sport I've loved for years. A surprise benefit and NSV of going regularly to AFBBC was discovered during a recent ski trip in January 2023, skiing felt easy! I felt like myself again. I know this feeling of strength, lightness, and flexibility on my skis is a direct relationship to the conditioning at AFBBC. A big thank you to Diane and Sam for supporting and encouraging me every morning :)

I’ve always been more of a group fitness person. Being surrounded by a group of people sharing in a similar experience really motivates me, and having set times and pre-set workouts make it easy to convince myself to go. When I moved to Andover I had a tough time finding group classes that were affordable, challenging, and fun with a schedule that fit my needs. That was until I found AFBBC! This is a great boutique bootcamp studio. The staff is passionate about fitness and nutrition and they engage with you during each workout to ensure proper form. They have an awesome InBody body composition scanner that provides invaluable data about body fat, muscle mass etc. They give personalized interpretations of your results. The Staff is very warm and friendly, as are the members. the membership fees are reasonable, and they offer a free trial period. I Love this place. Highly recommend to anybody serious about fitness.
