They have run this place into the ground. I have no idea who manages it, it is not clean anymore, the facilities slowly go out of order due to disrepair. Showers don't get cleaned, the pool is absolutely nasty, steam room door no longer closes and it stays cold, sauna was never cleaned. This place needs to be shut down for a month to be brought to order. If nothing changes I am starting to put calls to health department and the town.

I never leave negative reviews but after being a member for almost 6 months, I'm very unhappy with the managament and lack of upkeep. For such an expensive membership, you would expect more than super old and run down equipment that is falling apart, a yoga room that has never seen a mop or vacuum. Everything looks unclean, and dont even get me started on the stench. Some people in that gym has zero awareness of how awful they smell and they take up all the space, for hours and hours. It used to be a good gym, but not anymore. Planet fitness or any other gym is better than this one!

This place is gross and outdated. I went in ready to join, but the smell of cigarettes, chlorine and mold in the hotel were too much. This “club” was such a disappointment because it appeared to be an upscale gym on the website.

I have been a member for close to 20 years. It is about time I write a review about the Outstanding Service I have consistently received in this time period. I found the Staff, lifeguards, Alex, very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Customer care oriented. Atlantis was first to open safely after covid. Very clean weight room and pool area. Great Service and Great Price. Looking forward to another 20

This resort is simply fantastic. Not only does it have everything you could ask for in a resort (and then some), but the staff are also extraordinarily friendly, and they cater to your every need. My favorite part of the establishment is definitely the Atlantis Sports Club. The sauna and the steam room are absolutely refreshing, and the equipment in the gym is always left clean. 10/10 I would highly recommend this place to anybody in Cape Cod.

Membership includes an indoor pool with ability to reserve lap lanes. Amenities are unmatched to any other fitness club on Cape - co-ed sauna and steam room in both men and women’s locker room. Oh, and a hot-tub! Owners are an amazingly kind couple who treat customers and employees like gold!!

This is a great gym. It is big and well run. It is fully equipped. The staff is very friendly & responsive to any issues you have. If any equipment breaks, it is fixed immediately. Other gyms should visit Atlantis Sports Club in Hyannis to see how to run a gym!
