Great place. I even decided to open an Aveda salon and spa on site (Tessa Michaels Salon). Always ask for Katrina when you're there. She's incredible, and she definitely cares. Also, Tammy is a fabulous trainer there with bodybybogner

So here’s a thing for 39 bucks a month you do get a lot of amenities like a pool two different types of saunas weightlifting and cardio but cleanliness is not top priority here filthy Gym With the most weight machines broken or outdated and pool is not clean either I think planet fitness might be cleaner and cheaper you’re just missing the sauna in the pool

Brought kids in for swimming lessons. Very clean pool, although water was pretty cold. I was told its being worked on so Im looking forward to warmer water next time :)

We've tried several swim centers, YMCAs an pool places and this has been the best for our little ones. It's located right off of route 1/route 95 and the location is great for us. The pool, pool area and like rooms are clean and well maintained. Most importantly for our children the pool and pool are are both heated. The pool school classes held here have wonderful teachers and a straightforward curriculum that has really helped our children become comfortable in the water.

The salt pool is awesome and love the upgrades. Customer service is spot on. What I like is that it does not feel like a gym but a club in a beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend this club.

If I could give it less than 1 I would. We have stayed here in the hotel multiple times. My daughter is training for multiple sporting events and we come here to train during nasty weather. No one has ever said a word since she always has parental supervision. She is one belt away from her black belt in karate. The rudest, nastiest woman who works there would not allow My daughter to work out. Yet they offer family memberships? For what?? We were going to join in order to keep her fit during the winter season, but you just lost our business. I will take her to a tacky chain gym for the winter months for so much less. Good luck staying in business with such a horrible sales person. You lost a customer, who had a team of 5 families looking to join, due to your militant desk/sales person at the Danvers location. I personally trained here years ago when it was BSC and it was far superior. The last guy working tbat hob knew customer service, and he encouraged my daughter, not make her CRY. She is just a straight out nasty woman.

Staff are terrible. Specifically Katia who disregarded my sons medical condition when I explained why it was prescribed that he soak in the hot tub. (Chronic renal disease that causes fluid to pool in his body.) She rudely claimed I would file suit if something were to happen. He then got out of the hot tub. When we left, there were numerous other children in the hot tub. When I asked her to enforce the rule equally she wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. When I asked to speak to a manager she didn’t even look up and said “go ahead”. Not affiliated with the hotel so their management can’t do anything about how rude they are.

A little bit old. Could use some updating-fresh paint and carpeting-but the club is very clean. The people are really knowledgeable, kind and warm. The equipment is new and in good working order. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Danvers location does not have a saltwater pool. That was a big disappointment. The Cambridge and Dedham locations do have salt water pools. They are Junior Olympic length and really beautiful and extremely clean.
As a bonus, all the Atlantis Sports Club locations are associated with Back On Track Physical Therapy.

The workout area has a very good selection of equipment and it is kept in good shape. The pool is a comfortable temperature. The locker rooms are clean. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. I very much enjoy coming here.

I have been to this spa twice: once was about 6 years ago when it was under different ownership/management, and then again just about 2 years ago. Both times I would say that my experience was underwhelming. I did not get the sense that privacy was of top priority here, which was concerning to me. When the facialist left the room for me to undress and get under the blanket on the table, she left the door (which was in direct view of the entire facility) wide open. She mentioned something about it locking from the outside, but really, that is not a reason to leave your client feeling exposed and uncomfortable. The facial itself was pretty good, from what I remember. I wish it was the thing I remembered more. I also got a mani/pedi, and the color selection was very bare-bones. I think they were under-staffed and I'm honestly not even sure if the woman who gave me my manicure knew what she was doing. I hope things have changed since I was last there.

The spa is great. My Mom and I had manis and pedis with Ragi and Kuldip and they are fantastic! I highly recommend.
