I recently completed Chris’s 16 week body recomposition program and achieved amazing results. Chris’s program was well suited to my busy lifestyle and provides a fair and balanced approach that makes it easy to stay consistent. On top of that, Chris’s positive attitude and vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition are deeply valuable to helping develop lifelong habits. I would recommend the program to anyone who knows how to workout but is struggling with consistency, this program will get you on the right track. The program was really life changing for me and I hope it can be the same for you!

I started B3’s semi-private in-person training when I was at a low point with my movement and self-image after working in a very sedentary job for over a year. Chris’ holistic approach that tackles nutrition, fitness, and accountability was exactly what I needed to get back into working out and feeling like I was connected to my body again. I loved working with him in person where he was great at checking in, correcting form, and coming up with new workouts that kept the routine from getting boring. I saw the results I was hoping for (both mentally and physically!) and would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to make a sustainable change to their health. You won’t find a more dedicated or knowledgable coach that cares about your goals like they are his own!

I’ve worked with various trainers over the years as a professional athlete and in my fitness goals. As someone in the fitness space myself, I have never worked with someone more knowledgeable and devoted to his craft than Chris Brayley.
I’ve trained 1:1 with Chris for a year and a half in the South End location; while I am still a work in progress my form has improved dramatically, thanks to his training. Chris has the unique ability to make you feel like you are training with a buddy while giving you a superior work out. As a woman, it can be rather difficult to find a comfortable and respectable gym environment. Chris is the picture of professionalism through and through: I have never felt safer and comfortable on both a fitness and personal level with a trainer before.
Within first few minutes of conversation with Chris, you can tell that fitness is truly his passion, as well as growing his business. He truly embodies his own fitness philosophy and I’m very happy to have found Chris to help me with my goals of building my glutes, back, and arms.
If you’re a busy professional and it is feasible, investing in your health with personal training with a solid plan is the best investment you could make (maybe as great of an investment as bitcoin in 2015). Next year, I hope to try out his app and meal plans, but I know I will not be disappointed in the service.

Chris and his team are wonderful! I have felt such a difference since working out with them. My chronic pain has dissipated and I can pick up my kids without dread and struggle.
I highly recommend him and have tried multiple other local trainers. Their team is effective and motivating and just fun to hang out with.
They have helped my husband tremendously as well! So happy to have such high quality experts in the neighborhood.

During contract signing they tell you it’s very easy to cancelation & they just need a one month notice. That is a lie, they charge everyone $300 just to cancel, even if they don’t have enough classes throughout the day to meet your schedule. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless $300 is joke money to you.

I worked with Chris for 3 months, and the progress that I saw was phenomenal! I lost over 20 lbs, gained confidence in working out in our garage gym and gained confidence as a new mom of 2! I really wanted to focus on myself and get in better shape (it helped my our wedding was right at the end of the 3 months). Chris helped me gain the confidence I needed/was searching for. The weekly check ins, meal plans, and workout plans were on point and he catered to the short amount of time that I had to get a workout in, and saw amazing results! I lost over 20+ pounds from the comfort of my home.
If you’re looking for a personal trainer, look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

I started going to B3 Fitness earlier this year and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The studio is owned by Chris, who is also one of the coaches, and he, along with Katie and Rose are incredibly supportive and professional.
Today, I attended my first Mindfulness and Movement session, and it was a wonderful experience. Held in the open air near the Boston Esplanade, it was the perfect way to reset and prepare for the work week. The session was both calming and invigorating, providing a great balance of mindfulness and physical activity.
I highly recommend B3 Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive, well-rounded, and personalized fitness experience.

Ive been working out with Rose for almost 3 months now and I can say it’s been a GREAT experience. In February of 2023 I was at a low in my fitness and weight. After searching the web for many coaches, in person and online, I decided to give B3 Fitness a shot. Well let me tell you, it was one of the best investments I’ve made. In 12 weeks I lost over 30 lbs. I felt amazing, physically amd mentally. Chris’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition is exactly what I needed and it works, I know because I’m living proof. Fast forward to March of 2024, where I went back to B3 to get my summer body back. I did another 12 week transformation program, and BOOM, I shedded over 20 pounds and got my 6 pack back. If your shopping for an online coach or in person, no need to look any further, B3 Fitness is where it’s at. Chris was my personal trainer for three years, from a large gym to his studios and even virtually through the height of the pandemic. The good habits and discipline I learned from from him have continued to serve well beyond our time working together.
Chris is honest, forthright, and professional. He's incredibly motivating when you need him to be, like if you're doing three drop sets of Bulgarian split squats, but he is able to scale up and down to match your personality, workout style, and how you're feeling that day.
