I have two kids going to Bando Performance three days a week. The staff is great and the facility is top notch. We have all sent our kids to places where they just go do what they want for an hour, unsupervised. The Bando staff is engaging and helps guide/push these athletes to get better every session.

Trained with Jason, Mike, and Ari for 4 years through my college career. They are the people I trust to get me prepared and feeling confident for my upcoming hockey seasons. I can't say enough how great the team and Bando was. They helped me recover from plantar fasciitis that I hadn't been able to kick for 18 months. Not only did I get my foot sorted out, they helped me diagnose and work through the underlying issues. World class facility and outstanding team that's extremely reliable and well informed.

I’ve been attending Bando Performance in Wellesley for now over 4 years. Ever since I walked in there 4 years ago I feel as an athlete my game has jumped levels each year due to the effort, care, and genuine knowledge of my trainers at Bando. They specialize in every aspect of training that an athlete needs to grow and to succeed. From agility, speed, plyometrics, and pure muscle strength. I owe a lot to my trainers and the process that Bando in Wellesley provides to its athletes. Would highly recommend going to Bando in Wellesley for any type of athlete trying to grow there game.

These guys are simply the best in the business. From the coaching, the environment, the facility, and the fun, Bando is the elite sports performance group in the Greater Boston Area. I tried many other gyms and training groups across MA before discovering Bando and these guys were hands down the best. They helped me reach my goal of playing Ncaa hockey and I could not have done it without their help over a 4 year span. 10/10 highly recommend

As a mom of four D1 athletes ( 2 ACL repairs and 4 shoulder surgeries) Ari and the staff at Bando Performance have played a HUGE role in their success! From day to day sport specific strength training in lacrosse and hockey to post surgery and return to play protocols, every aspect was top notch. Ari and the staff went above and beyond all of our expectations ...even showing up on the sidelines! We couldn't have asked for a better more knowledgeable training staff.

Highest recommendation for athletes of all ages and stages! Amazing facility, cleanest gym with latest equipment and so much space. Absolute professionals who motivate and challenge with knowledge and understanding of exercises and progression. Group classes are fun for everyone but with tailored individual approach for injuries or goals or sport-specific needs. The whole family is getting our gains! Jason, Ari, Luke, Mike, Allison, and Kiva bring balance of fun and challenging with appreciation for agility, flexibility, strength and speed (for the kids). Love that they celebrate improvements with us - great role models all around.

I could not be happier with the training experience my teenage son has had at Bando Performance in Wellesley. From the first session, the trainers created a supportive and encouraging environment that made my son feel comfortable and motivated. The workouts are well thought-out and tailored to his individual goals and fitness level. In the handful of months in which he has trained at Bando, I have noticed a huge improvement in his strength, confidence, and overall fitness level. The flexible weekday scheduling is a huge benefit, seamlessly accommodating our kids’ academic and athletic commitments throughout the week. The TrainHeroic app is a standout, allowing our kids to track their progress in real-time.

Bando Performance exceeded the expectation I had when joining their Return To Play Program after tearing my ACL in my high-school lacrosse game. Joining this program at around 5 months out of surgery allowed me enough time to train and become comfortable performing certain movements again. Just passing my 1-year mark out of surgery, I can thank Bando’s Return To Play Program for all they did as I am back to playing both ice hockey and lacrosse and will continue playing both next year at Williams College.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Bando Performance - Wellesley. I first started working with them back in 2021 to rehab a torn ACL and have continued to train there ever since. Both the staff and the resources are second to none and I can confidently say that I received the best possible care while I recovered from my injury. Since then, my work with Bando has become more generalized to focus on all aspects of my performance as an athlete and it has payed dividends, allowing me to continue to unlock more and more of my potential and assist me in competing now as a college athlete. There's no where else in New England that I would want to train.

I can’t say enough good things about Bando Performance in Wellesley. The staff truly goes above and beyond with their attention to detail and the way they care for each individual athlete. Whether it’s adjusting workouts to help you bounce back from an injury or motivating you through that final rep, they’re always there to make you better. What really sets Bando in Wellesley apart is that it’s not just about lifting weights. We spend a lot of time doing sprints, agility, and movement work, which has made a big difference in my game. The lifts are also super intentional and challenging. I highly recommend coming in to see what it's all about.

I had a great experience here working with Jason Byrne and all the staff are very nice, educated, personable, and hard working. The facility has all the equipment you could want or imagine for strength training and injury recovery/prevention and the staff will tailor a plan to get you healthy/stronger that matches your needs and ability. Not only that but they are flexible with schedules and always fit you in. The facility also has showers if you need to get to work after training. All in all it's a great place and if you're looking to get stronger or want to come back from an injury feeling better and more athletic than before you got hurt, I would highly recommend.

Every student-athlete understands the importance of great teammates. For the past 5+ years, Arianna DiOrio has been an absolute All-Star for my daughter while she navigated rehab and strength-training after two ACL surgeries and a back injury playing lacrosse at Lincoln-Sudbury, and now at the University of Michigan. Ari encourages, she supports, she pushes --- and above all, she LISTENS. 5 stars just isn't enough! Ari consistently meets tweens & teens where they're at, then guides them to their next level both mentally & physically. Recommending her & Bando Performance in Wellesley to other families is one of the easiest things I've ever done as a parent.
