Barre Groove on West Broadway is such a great spot for an efficient, low-impact workout. The rebounding and barre classes are fun, upbeat, and surprisingly challenging in the best way. The instructors create a supportive community that makes every class feel welcoming, no matter your level. I started taking classes at Barre Groove back in December and have become obsessed! Every class is an absolute blast. Between the music, the energy, and the vibes- all of it is next level. The instructors are incredible and bring so much positivity and motivation. They know exactly how to push you to be your best without it ever feeling intimidating. Barre Groove Southie is hands down my favorite fitness studio in the neighborhood! They cultivate an empowering and welcome atmosphere in every aspect of the space. The instructors are kind, the pink equipment is beautiful, and the cleanliness is deeply appreciated. Workout classes intimidate me a lot of the time, but I never felt that way in any of my classes at Barre Groove Southie. I started going a few times a week and it has become a staple in my journey for a healthier and happier lifestyle. I will always recommend this studio to my friends and any girlie looking for a safe space to exercise.

BG is a perfect mix of cardio and barre! The classes are fun and upbeat so it doesn’t even feel like you’re working out. The studio itself is very inclusive and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend Barre Groove! The whole team is incredible. You will constantly be motivated, while feeling strong and confident. Plus, you'll have so much fun! After discovering this place, I’ve been coming here every week! The classes definitely make working out so much fun! The instructors always bring good vibes and energy and of course always makes it a good work out! I always feel good and refreshed after each class and looking forward to my next one. It definitely keeps me staying fit and energetic! I highly recommend checking out Barre Groove if you want a different type of workout!

I found Barre Groove through class pass last September when I first moved to Boston. I ditched class pass & never looked back! Alanna & every single teacher who work at the Southie studio have not only made my fitness routine better but they made my move to Boston more memorable than I ever could’ve imagined! I’ve found a community here, I’ve made friends here and it’s become my favorite way to start everyday! 5/5 stars every time!!

This is a phenomenal total body workout! I have never been in better shape and it translates across all other athletic activities. Plus its low impact, always different and FUN! And the instructors are incredible:) I'd give a million stars if I could! Don't hesitate to try it!

Our group of 9 girls came to Boston for a bachelorette trip and took a private class with Alanna. 10/10 recommend! Alanna customized the class & playlist to our group, was the best hype girl, and made us feel so good to kick off our weekend! We loved Barre Groove!

Just took my first Barre Groove class and I’m obsessed already. Stephanie could not have been more kind and better energy as I was a bit nervous since i’ve never bounced before! She made me feel so welcome and good about myself- can’t wait to take more of her classes. She’s such an inspiration!
i also was lucky enough to have Miranda in front of me who was also so sweet and another instructor so I could easily follow her footwork. What a welcoming, positive and inspiring space. And an amazing workout- I left dripping! I can’t wait to go back.

I enjoy Barre Groove and usually went to the Downtown. I’m glad that they opened up the Southie location, as it’s more convenient and I always enjoy twerking out with some of the awesome sassy trainers, especially Cassie and Stephanie.

I had an incredible experience taking classes at both Southie and Lululemon Newbury! As a first-timer with the trampoline, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it 🤍. The instructors at both locations Steph and Emily were fantastic, providing clear and helpful instructions that made it easy for me to get the most out of my workout.
A special shoutout to Alanna for her kindness in arranging a spot for my guest! Emily also went above and beyond to make her feel welcome, preparing a lovely surprise with her name on a star ⭐ in her locker. The class itself was nothing short of amazing, and we both had a blast! 🤩🕺💃 I can’t recommend these classes enough!
