The best yoga in Somerville! The instructors are fantastic, and the heated studio really helped me fix some serious lower back pain when I first joined. Amazing community.

Left a VM two weeks ago and didn't hear back so I sent an email. Trying to find info about pre and post natal yoga classes, which are listed as offerings but not on the schedule. It's now been over a week since I emailed, and no one has bothered getting back to me in either method. Would not purchase memberships from a company that doesn't care enough to even respond.

I’m not exaggerating when I say Be has changed my life. During the pandemic, it was a true lifeline for me, and in the years since, it’s become so much more. Taking their teacher training deepened my practice beyond what I ever thought possible. Today, I feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to myself and to those around me than ever before. Be is an absolute gift, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Be. In Union is so much more than a yoga studio. You are accepted as you are, and the sense of community in each class is something I have never experienced at another studio. Jackies classes are designed with so much intent and are just truly unmatched!!

All the instructors I've had here have been lovely, but just FYI the 10 class cards expire after six months. Doesn't say it on the website and the owners don't seem to answer emails.

I had the pleasure of taking a yoga class with Maegan yesterday evening and it was one of my favorite sessions - Maegan's calm demeanor, thoughtful options, focus on breathwork, and 1:1 hands-on adjustments at the end of the session had me feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The space is also so cozy. Having Maegan's PT practice on the 1st floor is another great bonus. Highly recommend!

Be. In Union Yoga is my favorite yoga place.  They are impeccably clean and their classes run all different skill levels.

Classes in studio are great and I love getting to participate virtually.

I bought a gift card for 10 classes and have been trying to reach them for weeks. I wanted to ask about what to bring to my first Yoga class, what to do/not to do, etc. I've been calling for several weeks, left a voicemail, tried their email, etc. No response.

At this point, I'm willing to loose the money. Not being able to to reach a business via phone and email (during their work hours) is a really red flag and a really bad business practice.

I'll be looking for another Yoga studio.

My first yoga studio experience and it’s been a fantastic one. I’ve felt comfortable and welcome since class one. Good variety in the classes, friendly for both beginners and more experienced folks, and all of the instructors I’ve taken classes with have been warm, helpful, and encouraging.

If I could give Be in Union a 'ten-star' review, I would. The classes are amazing, and geared for very different levels of practice. The teachers are warm, caring, and careful. I usually take classes with Blanca, because that works for my schedule - and I cannot recommend her classes highly enough. That said, I hear that the other classes are also excellent.

This place feels like home. It’s hard to begin to describe the warmth of the owners, instructors, and overall community. The classes are challenging. That being said, modifications and listening to your own body is always prioritized by instructors. In fact, taking classes at Be. helped me learn to attune better to my body. Highly recommend this place to all levels.

Great studio with great teachers. You have to be prepared that it’s pretty much all warm to hot yoga but I love it so it’s fine by me.

Blanca is terrific! We showed up for class not knowing it was hot yoga. Turns out we loved it! The studio was friendly and welcoming. Blanca’s style and the love that radiates from are soul are what every yogi needs!

I really enjoy this studio, great instructors but definitely more laid back and less traditional than somewhere like YogaWorks. Super disappointing they took themselves off ClassPass. Not really worth it to me to actually pay for a class there so I guess I won’t be going back.

This is a yoga studio, a place for reflection, self care, and includes an amazing community. The space is comfortable with nice heat, pretty light fixtures, and views of the bustle of Somerville Ave and also a historic graveyard just outside. There is a consistency between instruction that unifies a cohesive experience that is bound to be helpful, no matter when you are able to make a class. Each instructor brings their own strengths and perspectives. I am a better yoga practitioner and a better person because of be. in Union yoga. I have brought friends from the community and from out of town because I believe that it is a great space. I would highly recommend this studio.

I love this place: This is the best yoga studio I've been to, and I don't say that lightly. I've done yoga for 15 years, across most styles, across the US, for both meditation and athletic training. Blanca, the main instructor, has become a hero of mine, and the level of the classes in the studio span great intro classes for bringing my beginner friends and practices that get me stumbling home. The energy is always positive and focused. The place is small and local. I hope they continue to thrive, this place is a gem.

A warm and welcoming space to practice. The classes are moderately tough, active classes, which I LOVE. You get a great workout. All the teachers have their own style, and everyone is SO welcoming compared to the handful of other studios I’ve practiced at in Cambridge over the last 5 years. You can tell they have a strong and loyal community.

I travel pretty far to come to classes here as often as I can. I used to have the unlimited pass when I lived nearby and practiced here for several years. Before coming to Be, I did yoga for a couple of years but it really wasn’t until I came to Be and started taking classes with Jackie, Janelle & Norm that I really “got” yoga. You’ll sweat like crazy, you’ll challenge your body but you’ll also learn everything you need to know along the way. This is one of those transformative studios that will change your life. They made me love yoga so much that I got certified as a teacher myself ❤️ Forever grateful for the day I walked in their door. Thank you thank you thank you one hundred times over, Be.
