Aaron is the best!! Him and his wife provide a very professional Comfortable environment. Even with the large amount of our community he trains. He still makes us feel like we have his undivided attention. Family oriented, judgement free, and personalized to each trainee which is exactly what we will looking for. My son has gained so much confidence in the short time, he's been here, he looks forward to going every time and I look forward to seeing the progress he makes each time he trains with Aaron. This is truely an environment for all ages, all skill levels, all different types of people. highly recommend.

Our experience at Bernardo’s Boxing has been fantastic! Both of my sons started boxing here in the summer of 2023, and we couldn't be happier! Not only are they gaining valuable boxing skills, but they're also learning respect and discipline. The gym has an amazing family oriented atmosphere. Aaron and Sam created a space where everyone feels included and motivated. My kids absolutely love attending their boxing sessions. Hands down, this is the best gym around! Great people, great gym!

Great workout, amazing coach that does amazing mittwork. The atmosphere is great and is accompanied with friendly members. Bernardo’s boxing is great for all ages who want to get into boxing. Bernardos boxing is the #1 gym in the New England Area so if anybody wants to commit to the sport i highly recommend Bernardo’s Boxing.

Absolutely love Bernardo Boxing. Great gym, great atmosphere and some pretty awesome members. Started the woman’s group class and personal training sessions with Aaron in January and it’s been awesome! A great workout followed by some mitt work in the ring. I have never boxed before in my life and in just a few short months Ive come pretty far.. all thanks to Aaron. Everyone there, young and old are all super respectful and a lot of us have become like family.

Aaron and his wife Sam are also very dedicated to the youth in our city. My son has been attending his youth classes for a while now and he loves it! Aaron also has some of his fight team assist in the classes and the kids really enjoy it and they are amazing with the kids. They also offer an afterschool program as well as basketball for kids on Wednesdays.

Best Boxing Coach out there! 💯💯
The group of guys/girls who train here are the best teammates you could ask for. The skill levels range throughout the whole gym however everyone competes and pushes each other to their best. Teammates are my family 👊💯
