Showed up at the studio for class that I had already paid for and no one was on the premises. I was not contacted and not refunded; customer service was beyond abysmal. I was searching for a new Pilates studio and this will not be it! Caryn was unreceptive and rude.

Such a lovely place to practice Pilates! The online booking system is very easy to use and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking, fantastic facilities, and a great workout.

Great small class pilates and barre class spot in a very nondescript location. Definitely not a fancy gym, but the instruction is top notch and mat classes max out at 11 people so you get lots of personalized attention.
