Our staff has 10 years of experience and have helped hundreds of people get into and maintain the best shape of their life. We offer customized training and nutrition coaching programs as well as small group personal training to ensure that your goals are our top priority.

Brett is an awesome trainer! He has helped me gain much more strength after I injured my hamstring/knee. He is kind, approachable, has more experience, training, and expertise than anyone Iβve worked with before. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any reason!

BFit and Brett have been awesome! I joined in a free challenge that was being offered and during this challenge I sustained an unrelated injury. Brett has been amazing writing workouts, stretches and helping me gain back mobility and continue to be able to workout. He does a weekly check in to see how itβs going and or to tweak any exercises that I might not be ready for. Having an injury really stinks and can put you behind on your fitness journey. I have been more than pleased with his knowledge and attention to the needs I require to continue would recommend him to all family and friends!

I have been a Member of BFit for almost 1 year now. Since Iβve been working with Brett, I have been more consistent, motivated and conscientious of what I eat. We have known Brett for about 8 years. We were looking for someone to help our son feel confident about himself and exercise, as he wasn't really athletic when he was younger. Brett helped him learn to love working out, and teach him how to do it safely!
After a bit, my husband and I started working out with him as well.
He is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have met, not only with exercise, but nutrition too.
And a really nice person all around.

I found Brett quite by accident eighteen months ago. I needed a personal trainer that was forward thinking and able to meet me where I was on any given day as I deal with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been training twice a week with Brett and he has been encouraging, respectful of any training limitations I may have at any given time, and he has helped me to set reasonable and realistic training goals for myself. I am stronger, more fit, and much healthier than I was eighteen months ago before I started working with Brett. His one on one, individual based training has been perfect in helping me to stay well despite the health challenges I deal with.

Not only is Brett my son...He is my personal trainer and nutritionist.
I underwent a full hip replacement with abductor tendon repair just over 2 years ago. I was 8 weeks non weight bearing. I was totally losing my mental and physical strength. When I was finally cleared from PT, I went straight to Brett. He has helped me not only get back into shape, (mentally and physically), but has helped me completely heal and feel stronger after my surgery. I enjoy working out more than ever now.
