I can’t say enough about Body Fit at Franklin Village. I was initially skeptical as I usually am when joining something new, but it didn’t take me long to realize that I stumbled upon a gem. From my very first conversation with KP, I knew joining BFT Franklin was the right move. I felt welcomed, encouraged, and completely supported from day one.
The workouts are awesome (challenging but doable) and for the first time in a long time, I’m working out consistently. The classes fly by, and the energy in the room is always positive. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to help me feel confident and capable.
The community here is amazing! Everyone is friendly, supportive, and motivating – even at 5am! The facility is super clean, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the music keeps you going! (Shout out to Coach Camille who always rocks the best playlists)
I can’t recommend BFT Franklin enough. It’s been a game-changer for me!

I have had such an awesome experience since I joined in August! I have always hated going to the gym, feeling out of place. But BFT is amazing, always feel welcome, supported. Everyone participating supports each other and giving each other high fives! The coaches are super supportive, quick to offer alternatives/moderation because I have a bad knee. There is no judgement only support. I highly recommend!

BFT coming to Franklin totally changed my fitness/workout trajectory. I had no real plans to do anything beyond what I was already doing with my fitness routine and then I saw they were starting up a run/walk club last March and strength training gym. I initially met them when I signed up for their 5K running/walking club before they opened their gym.

I've been training with them for the past 7 months and I can unequivocally say that they helped get me to a different level of fitness that I really couldn't have foreseen happening otherwise after training with them to run a 5K and then joining their gym.

The BFT gym concept is really unique as it has group strength training classes and several coaches in one class who help you with your technique. The heart rate monitor is also a really useful tool so you know if you are in the targeted heart rate zone.

The BFT team is really knowledgeable about exercise and proper form and they are trustworthy and also really nice people!

I’m so glad I joined BFT! I signed up months before the opening and it’s been even better than I expected. KP, Pat, Bethany, Tom, and the rest of the coaching team are incredible — motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Thanks to a great friend’s suggestion, I got myself in for a free Saturday class and I was hooked by the end of class. I have completed 34 classes since starting at the end of July.

Here’s what I like: variety of workouts that are still organized sensibly so you build, the wallboards that provide clear instruction, equipment that’s varied and laid out to maximize on experience.

Here’s what I love: the community that I felt part of the first class, the friendships I’ve formed where we greet each other by name, the advice and guidance from the coaches to keep you safe but to challenge.

Special shoutout to coaches Patrick and Camille who have been such a support as I build myself back from a breast cancer battle. The high fives and words of encouragement make me feel I can accomplish my goals. And well, the sneaker recommendation was on point. 🤷‍♀️🤣. And to my 7am ladies, you are my people.

I have been waiting for BFT to open and so grateful it is here! The owners Pat, KP, Tom & Bethany are passionate about creating a strong & supportive community while getting a kick 🍑 workout 💪 The coaches are all outgoing and supportive with at least two on the floor per class helping with modifications and form.

I love the variety of workouts strength, cardio, a mishmash of both & fun team workouts. The timed 50 minutes keeps the classes running on time and you are able to get in and out knowing you moved your body!

This format is great if you are someone who has been working out for a while or if you are brand new to the gym. I highly suggest jumping in for a free class so you can see for yourself, you don’t want to miss out on all the fun 🤩

I am so happy I have found BFT! All of the trainers are so knowledgeable and motivating, every class is different and challenging in its own way, and facility is absolutely amazing.

I was skeptical to go at first, but wish I went sooner! Staff are AMAZING; helpful, supportive, welcoming, motivating and knowledgeable! There are several coaches on the floor helping out with every workout. Facility is always clean with plenty of available equipment suitable for all experience levels. A wide variety of classes to work all muscle groups. A little over two weeks in and I’m already seeing and feeling results! If you’re hesitant, don’t be!! I’ve never been interested in group classes, but LOVE BFT. P.S. The other members are also wonderful!! Come join us, you won’t regret it :)

There’s so much to say about BFT. After 6 years, I finally decided to start training again, and this place gives me the confidence and motivation to show up every day. The location is spectacular, the machines are brand new, and the studio is spotless. What my husband and I appreciated the most was getting to know the team — they welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. Their kindness and positive energy are truly impressive.

Disclaimer: I am not an exercise person. In fact, I don’t really enjoy it. Didn’t grow up with parents who moved their bodies (maybe mom popped a Jane Fonda VHS in every so often in the basement), was not a student athlete. As I age and have a young family who depends on me and a job I love in which lots of humans depend on me and my being well and healthy—my health, wellness, and physical fitness have become a big priority. 🤍🤍🤍 I AM LOVE-ING BFT SO MUCH!!!! 🤍🤍🤍 Legit, I can do anything for XYZ amount of time (and so can you!). The community at 9AM classes is so positive and encouraging, high fives, good jobs, it is freaking awesome. I’m someone who literally just needs someone to tell me what to do and for how long, and I am capable of the execution— this place is *such a good fit* for me. Despite Zuck totally sucking, I am so grateful for the FB algorithm that put BFT in my face. It’s only been.. 2 full weeks they’ve been open? and already my body looks and feels different, no joke. I am pumped to continue on in this journey called life w BFT as part of my ride!

Just had my first class at BFT and loved it! After years of pregnancies, health issues and surgeries I’m trying to get healthy again, so going into a place like this can feel intimidating. But immediately it was great vibes! The coaches are super nice and help you modify for your needs which truly made me feel at ease. As a 50-year-old woman, I prioritize strength workouts that support my long-term health, and this was exactly what I was looking for. Even though the physical gym isn’t open yet, I am completely comfortable reviewing this business because they’ve already done so much! While waiting for the location to open they’ve done free community workshops, fundraisers, and nutrition classes. The owners and trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and make working out feel not like working out (which is great). I can’t WAIT to be in the real space, but for now I’m so grateful for a business that is so supportive of its clients and community before the doors even open! Also, if you sign up before they open, you get a good deal. So do it soon if you’re interested. Gyms are crazy expensive nowadays and this one seems like it’s going to be very worth the money!!
