I’ve been training at Body Science for two months and couldn’t be happier. The personalized attention is outstanding—Suzanne (with a background in gymnastics, weight training, and nutrition) and Mike (baseball and fitness) tailor every workout to my needs. As an eye surgeon, I can’t afford to overstrain certain muscles, and they created a safe, steady program just for me.
The gym is conveniently located right off the Braintree Split, with flexible hours (5:30 am–9 pm) that fit any schedule. The space is never crowded—no more than four clients at once (two with trainers and two on cardio)—and the community is welcoming, with a great mix of ages and fitness levels. Best of all, I’ve never repeated the same workout twice.
Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for expert, individualized training in a supportive environment.

I’m used to going to the gym and following a paid workout plan from my phone but I often found myself losing track, motivation, and energy to consistently do it on my own. I highly recommend Body Science. I started personal training sessions and nutrition counseling 6 months ago and I am very happy with results. I’m in my mid-50s and have weight loss goals, so exercising safely and having trust in trainer was important to me. The trainers I’ve worked with are experienced, knowledgeable and very organized in planning training sessions. As far as scheduling-they are dependable and very organized. They always make themselves available for questions and are proactive on checking in on goals, etc. I also think the pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality/experience of the trainers. I am stronger mentally/physically and am happy with time/money investment. No hesitation in giving 5-star review.

I live close by in Quincy and have been coming here for four months so far and absolutely love it. I am learning Pilates (private) with Alisa 2x a week and I also see my personal trainer Mike 2x a week. I have had the best experience with everyone I’ve encountered (owner, staff and clients) and I’ve also had immediate results with weight loss and strength gain, flexibility etc and love the diversity of the workouts I am doing. It so nice that it is never crowded given that everything is by appt, and there is always a peaceful, fun, respectful, laidback and positive atmosphere. Whenever I want to take a Pilates class, I always get the time I want and I love how the classes are so small. The location is convenient and I’m always able to park right out front. Coming here and learning and challenging myself, especially with Alisa and Mike, have been the highlight of my weeks; getting me through the winter and in better shape!

Body Science’s Pilates classes are fantastic. The studio is conveniently located in a charming area of Braintree, close to Quincy. The small class sizes (just three people max) allow for plenty of personal attention, which makes a huge difference in improving technique and getting the most out of each session. Alisa and Heidi are both amazing instructors. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always focused on proper form. Rose, the owner, is great too and has created such a welcoming environment. I highly recommend!

I started working out with Body Science Personal Training in 2014, so I have been going for 11 years. I joined in order to keep a healthy lifestyle and be in good shape while raising 3 kids. I don’t do well working out on my own and because of my busy schedule I need someone to motivate me to keep showing up.
I am very fortunate to have found Body Science. I feel so much stronger and healthier since I started training. The owner Rose and every trainer I’ve had has been amazing, they are super nice, professional, very knowledgeable, and motivates me.
Body Science is located at a very convenient location, the ability to enter the place/workout and get out without wasting any time is what keeps me going even on my busiest days. Body Science is an awesome gym with amazing trainers, who gives full body workouts for all ages and fitness levels.

The personal trainers at Body Science are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They push me the perfect amount and I do more in 30 minutes of personal training at Body Science than I do in an hour at the gym. If you're on the fence or just looking for some motivation, try it. I LOVE the Pilates classes at Body Science. The instructors are so knowledgeable. Their reformers are awesome!
The Classes are very small at Body Science, it's like having a 1:1 class with the attention and personalized direction from the instructors.
I used to take classes at the larger corporate pilates "club" where there are 10+ people in a class and one instructor. One instructor can't pay close enough attention to your form or ask you how you specifically felt from a movement and give you that individual direction/modification. Further, I was never sure if my form was right, always looking around at other people to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. Additionally I could never get into a class regularly unless I scheduled weeks in advance!
I have never felt stronger or more flexible as I have today since incorporating Pilates at Body Science into my exercise routine. I currently take classes 2 to 3 times a week, there are many classes to fit my schedule. I have noticed a huge difference in my weight, shspe, muscle tone and overall just feel great. I so look forward to these classes!

I’ve been going to Body Science for over 4 years now and it works great for me. I like that it’s not a regular gym - only clients who work with the trainers can use the space. Workouts can be tailored to the individual. It’s also close to home, and very flexible on occasions when I need to change my regular schedule.

Body Science is an amazing personal training studio. I have been going there for the last year am extremely happy with my experience. My current trainer is Mike, I see him 2x per week, and he is fantastic! Highly recommend!! Mike is experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and always comes up with an individualized set of strength training exercises that are beneficial to my ongoing goals. This studio is female owned by a local businesswoman with many years of experience in the fitness industry. Each trainer who works here is wonderful, and so is the new Pilates studio. I live in Quincy and it takes me 8 minutes to get there. Parking is very easy too.

After going to group fitness classes for years with minimal results, I decided I wanted to try a workout that was crafted toward my personal goals. It is a great place with great equipment. It also provides great flexibility which is important when I am traveling for work. I’ve been going to Body Science Personal Training for over a year now. My son had signed me up for a few months to see if I would like it. I liked it so much, I stayed with it. I just love the atmosphere there, Rose the owner is so great, she puts so much work into making sure you’re happy and staying on track, but you’ll never feel pressured. She is so fair with make up classes to.
The trainers are so awesome and so down to earth, you’ll never feel like you don’t belong there. They are so knowledgeable to, they will answer any questions you have. The nice thing is, it really is personal training, one on one. You can be quiet or talkative like I am. I also love how I don’t have to wonder if I’m doing the weights correctly or if I’m getting overall benefits, they have your program covered. I was never sore afterwards and I do feel so much stronger, i definitely see a difference.

I highly recommend Body Science Personal Training in Braintree. I have been training with Blair for 8 months. I wanted to add strength training to my workout schedule. I was not successful or motivated to do it on my own. I really enjoy my 2x a week training sessions. Blair keeps it interesting with a variety of workouts and makes sure we focus on different ares. From day one, it was a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I really liked the privacy and tailored exercises. I have been training at Body Science Personal Training for over a year with Rose and the other trainers. When I started, I had no experience with exercising and I felt nervous! All of the personal trainers there guided me, showed me the correct way to train and made me feel like I could work hard and accomplish exercises I never thought I could do! The personal trainers are supportive and encouraging and create a personalized workout for every client which assures me that they care about our progress. They check in each day that you train to see how you are feeling and regularly evaluate your progress to keep your workouts thorough, fun and challenging! As a resident of Randolph, the gym is a quick ride and very convenient for me, because it is so close to where I live. It is great to have a personal trainer right around the corner! You wont find a more caring, judgment free space. Each trainer clearly cares about you and your health journey no matter what. They are flexible. They keep you accountable and help you stay positive even if it's hard. They will never ever give up on you. My experience at Body Science has been wonderful! The one on one customized personal training is exactly what I needed to reach my personal goals. The trainers are great! I hav some physical limitations and they are able to easily adjust my workout to accommodate what I can do on a day to day basis while still keeping me motivated and challenged. They hav been so careful during Covid I always feel very safe while Im there they are always disinfecting the equipment and wearing masks.

Body Science offers virtual training which you can do safely in your own home if you can’t make it to the studio. The trainers Rose, Kim and Anthony challenge me and are very creative with the 30 minute workouts tailored just for me. Virtual training has been a lifesaver for me both mentally and physically.
