Their supportive and Encouraging in trying to help the student/client reach their goals.
The atmosphere is wonderful. It's very clean, very comforting and a very relaxing environment.
Coming to class and I go 3 to 4 times a week is like the best part of my week. A long day sitting at a desk and working, even though Pilates is a strenuous workout. It is also relaxing and helps me combat the stress of day-to-day work life balance.
I have only been at body lines for a little over a year. And I have already seen enormous improvement in my flexibility in my strength in my posture and overall health. I no longer suffer from back pain or knee pain and I contribute that to the strength and core development that I have been able to achieve through doing Pilates.
I recommend it to everyone I know.

I really like classes with Louise. She walks around the room, making sure each of us has the right position so that we are targeting the muscles she intends. Beautiful well equipped facility! Easy for me to access. The teaching emphasis appears to be a balance of overall health, agility, flexibility, strength, breathing, all important factors in a balanced life style. The instructor was well prepared and the session proceeded in an orderly and instructional way. I was amazed at how strenuous a Pilates session can be! I'll be back.

I am an athlete who works out five days a week with heated high intense interval training, lifting and toning classes. I lead an active life style and spend little time sitting. I also do physical therapy 1-2 x per month to fine tune. I do not get sore muscles easily. I am very sore today (in a good way) in my abdominal; today it is an effort to cough or laugh! I have increased shoulder mobility. I feel I worked all of the fine, deep layer of muscle in my back. I stretched and lengthened my side body. My quads are sore on a deeper level, too. I felt oxygenated during class. My muscles were activated due to lots of tactile assistance during class and the prescriptive coaching from a master.

It's just amazing how everyone feels included and the workout instructors are the best!! I love their high and low intensity workouts. I have struggled for years with traditional gym. Decided to give Pilates a try. I did the 2 weeks trial at BodyLines Pilates Studio before deciding to became a member. Best decision I made. Every class is different, challenging and amazing. Instructors are very knowledgeable and they make classes fun and upbeat. I use to walk in at the gym counting the minutes to leave. At BodyLines Pilates studio classes go by that I don’t even notice and I’m always looking forward to the next one.

Not the best photo but I just have to give a shout-out to Kelley at #bodylinespilates in Harvard MA. Her class today and ALL of the Bodylines classes are fabulous! I cannot believe how her eagle eyes catch little things with form while we are on zoom and how creative she gets with different bands, Pilates ring, ball and weights etc.I am thrilled that I can continue to practice Pilates with this group of women who are so qualified and dedicated to what they do. They must keep up with training constantly to keep their classes fun and interesting. I can bring them with me wherever I go and either take live classes virtually or if I miss a class I can take the class or any classes at any time that works for me because they are recorded! Bodylines is such an inclusive and body positive environment. I was initially nervous to start my health journey again and felt right at home with so many different ages and levels of experience there. Everyone - clients and staff - are more than willing to help you learn the different moves and provide any support you need. What I especially love is that you don’t need to be “in shape” to start, you can go at your own pace and there are so many modifications to do to meet you at your health and comfort level. It took me a very long time to get my nerve up to contact the studio. It had been almost 20 years since I did Pilates, and quite frankly embarrassed at how long it had been since I took care of my body. I was pleased to see bodies that looked like mine and moved like mine and have started to become less self-conscious and less focused on "matching" what someone else's ability is. There is no judgment and only support as you try to modify as needed. I have had the pleasure of experiencing 4 different instructors and they are all excellent. I decided to do some 1:1 sessions with Brenda, and I am so glad that I did. She is focused, supportive and is able to use humor just when I want to say I've had enough, which has been so helpful as I relearn what my body is capable of. If you are on the fence about private sessions, I would highly recommend this focused time, it has helped me tremendously.

I started attending Bodylines when I was still recovering from my first pregnancy (2 years postpartum!). I started to see and feel improvements in my body. So when I became pregnant with my second, I knew this was the practice/studio to help me through this next phase in life. I’m 32 weeks now and feeling great! Kim, Kelly, Karen and team have been so supportive and helped me transition and modify through each pregnancy stage. I KNOW my recovery this time around will be drastically different then the first. This is a great studio. They offer a wide range of classes. I'm new to the studio and have been trying out the various classes and instructors. I find the instructors to be very attentive to student's form, offer alternative movements, if needed, and are always encouraging. They really all have been fabulous. And they make it fun. Even those classes that I know I'm going to be feeling later are fun! Totally worth checking Bodylines out. Spacious, clean, friendly. So happy to have found it!

I take private pilates sessions with Kelley virtually and she is incredible, even in a virtual environment. Somehow she can pick up on even the smallest movement to adjust my form. I have seen tremendous results in strengthening my core which also helps me to be more productive in group classes and exercising on my own. Bodylines is not your average pilates/fitness center, they care about each individuals fitness goals and success. I would highly recommend Bodylines to beginners and fitness gurus!

Love Bodylines! I’m going through my comprehensive training to become an instructor through the owner Kim. I’ve been so impressed with her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm! I was nervous to go through this process but it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff have even helped by letting me practice teaching them. It’s a great place to go through training if you’re ever thinking it’s something you want to do. Kim is AWESOME! And if you just want to do pilates you are in the best hands. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and work with each client to be sure they get the most out of every class, whether in a private setting or in a group class. There classes suitable for every age, level of fitness, experience in pilates or those who have absolutely none like my first time at Bodylines! The office staff is very helpful in making sure each client gets into the classes that are appropriate for them. And the instructors are excellent in dealing with clients who have physical limitations, especially those dealing with injuries. Bodylines Pilates is more than a gym... I never not want to go there to work out. There are so many different classes including Pilates, TRX, Barre, Reformer/Tower equipment, but my favorite is the HIIT!!! I have never had so much fun working out... love getting up early and getting my workout done before work! They offer so many classes at different times throughout the day so it fits everyone’s schedules.
The trainers are educated and more helpful than any other gym I’ve been to; they work with you to show you the right way to work out without injury.
Going to Bodylines Pilates is one of my favorite things to do!!! I’m not only building muscle, I’ve lost over 25 lbs 💪🏻🤗

I have been a member of Bodylines for 5 years now, the longest running membership of any club or gym that I have belonged. Pilates has helped me to eliminate my chronic back pain. I've gotten back some of the flexibility of my youth and have developed more upper body strength and core strength than I have ever had. The variety of classes and equipment and the quality instructors keep me coming back. There is much individualization even in a group setting.
