After many years of group workouts, trainings, apps and YouTube videos… I have finally come across a personal training gym that actually works! Bodyology has shifted my mindset on workouts that hard work and consistency pays off. Almost 3 years later, I’ve stayed consistent through pregnancies, post partum and my workouts have changed to fit my needs! I can’t say enough good things about bodyology!!! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Bodyology is absolutely amazing! I am training for a Marathon and Danielle has put me on the right strength training routine is holding me accountable! The gym is clean, staff is friendly and the music is really motivating. Danielle is knowledgeable and will definitely make you sweat! 10/10 recommend for your fitness goals!

I started going to Bodyology earlier this year as I was newly postpartum. Danielle immediately made a connection with me and helped alter the workouts to where I was in recovery. After consistently going for 10 months, I have found a new love for working out, she has a great setup, I’ve met new friends who help keep me accountable.

After a long hiatus of not working out due to chronic illness, I chose to challenge myself this year. Going to Danielle at Bodyology was the best decision I could've made. She is incredibly flexible with schedules, she pushes you and your body to levels you didn't know you could achieve, and overall just an incredibly talented trainer. Her space is very cleanly and well kept. It is also conveniently located to many major roadways. If you have the opportunity to workout with Danielle, I would highly recommend!
