Body Trio is a special place! Donna, the owner, is a skilled trainer, teacher, healer. She works with everyone from serious athletes to those recovering from injuries. I have never felt as strong or as in balance as when I am regularly attending classes with Donna. She is my "go to" person for health related questions and concerns. Body Trio itself is a warm, welcoming, multi-age environment!

Being 48 and still wanting to push myself but in a way that reflects my age and past surgeries is exactly what Donna gives me.

Pounding music and a room full of 20 or 30 somethings, might be motivational but I have found when working with Donna, she is so well educated in the body. Having to go through her own recovery in the past, there is a sense of knowledge, respect, and motivation that I value more than ever.

Her location is perfect in Belmont Center with plenty of parking in the center's parking lot.

If you have ever hesitated on how to get back to being physically fit, the attention to detail, flexibility to work with your needs and not her "program", and her engaging personality is everything you will be looking for. I did.

Amazing place. Incredible attention to both individual and group needs. Really innovative teaching. Donna Ognibene is a gifted teacher. And most of all, the experience is always joyful because of all the heart, soul and hard work everyone gives to the classes.

I've been a client for over five years. The instructors are top notch. I've worked almost exclusively with Donna, the owner, to improve core strength and balance. She is very observant and knowledgeable regarding each client's needs. With her help, I've strengthened my back so I no longer have muscle spasms and am better able to balance as I hike trails. I could find exercise classes closer to home, but the 'one size fits all' approach of most instructors does not suit my needs or goals. I highly recommend BodyTrio.

Body Trio has really changed my life. Before seeing owner, Donna, I had significant back and knee issues. Donna structures all exercise to meet your particular needs and believes that exercise is not a "one size fits all" proposition. She meets you and your body where you are. She cares deeply for all her clients. Donna carefully vets her staff and her other teachers are top notch. I am in the best shape of my life in my 40s thanks to Donna!

Donna is the best physical therapist, mental therapist, and personal trainer you will ever have. Sessions are good for someone who has been involved in sports their entire life and for someone who has done very little physical activity. And somehow she makes it work for those varied people to be in the same class and for everyone to get a great workout.

BodyTrio is a Belmont gem. Donna Ognibene and her instructors are experienced professionals who really know the human body, how to keep it in shape, and if there's a problem, how to set you on the road to healing. Though BodyTrio offers many different classes for men and women of all ages, the "Stretch and Strengthen" class for me - I'm in my 70s - has proved invaluable: my back pain has disappeared.
A quite wonderful aspect of the classes is the fun and camaraderie. At the end of every class I leave feeling uplifted as well as exercised and energized. It's the best part of my day!

I started a few years ago with no core strength and nervous about what I could not do. Three years later I am very proud of my strength and 52 year old body! I try to go 3 times a week and love the "Donna created" combo classes..Kickboxing/pilates!! I most love Donna's very individual attention even when the class is full. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been going to Body Trio since the studio opened 8 years ago. They have a great offering of classes that do a blend of aerobic movement, weights, body strength, and yoga postures. Lately, I have been attending an unbelievable barre class! As a runner, I need something to counterbalance side body and core that I do not get from just running - this is the thing!
