I started coming to this studio last year, and I wasn’t very confident in myself at the time. That’s completely changed thanks to the incredible women here. They are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also some of the most motivating and kind people I’ve ever met. Their support has truly transformed my lifestyle—for the better. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more confident, and genuinely cared for. By far the best Pilates studio in Boston!

I’ve been coming to this studio for about 4-5 years, and it’s truly one of my favorite places. I’ve tried many reformer studios in the Boston area, but none have been as knowledgeable, caring, and well-structured as this one. Every instructor is friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable, making each class an enjoyable and challenging experience. The sense of community here is amazing—I always see happy faces and satisfied clients.

One of the things I love most is how they take the time to assess new clients’ skill levels before guiding them through the exercises. This personalized approach makes the classes both engaging and effective. No two classes are ever the same, so there’s always variety, and the workouts are consistently well-structured. The background music is always soft and pleasant, adding to the overall experience.

If you’re a first-time beginner, I highly recommend arriving 10 minutes early to sit with the instructor, get familiar with the reformer, and introduce yourself. It makes a big difference in feeling comfortable and getting the most out of the class.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, well-run , clean Pilates studio with expert instructors and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place!

This pilates studio is the most welcoming reformer studio in Boston and has really good classes, including more challenging options. The owner is so sweet, she goes above and beyond to care for clients (always has hair ties and phone chargers). Also, love that there are sometimes the sweetest little pups, which makes it even better!!!

Had a great class this morning. There is a studio dog that they are able to put away if you are uncomfortable.
Parking isn’t the easiest but you may luck out with a street spot.

beware - this is a pet friendly studio! If you have allergies don't book a class here, they let dogs roam around the studio.

I took classes with Tyla and Vivi at Boston Body Pilates, and they were both great. I was impressed by the studio's flexibility and customer service. Despite arriving late for my first slot due to traffic, they allowed me to join the next available class. I'm sure I will be taking more classes here and also considering enrolling in their Pilates teacher training program.

Tried Pilates for the first time this weekend. I need to use a reformer since I have bad wrists and was nervous I would be lost. The intro class was the perfect balance between learning how to use the equipment/do the exercises, but also a great workout. I will definitely be back!

Was visiting and did a drop in. Easy to book with the MINDBODY app. Great class. Great aesthetics. Everything I wanted. If trip was longer or I lived in Boston I would go again.

Great instruction. Super classes. Everyone is extremely friendly.

Updated: nothing has changed. Still the only and best place in town for traditional reformee group classes with exceptionally well good trainers.
