Boutique Fitness in Mattapoisett was recommended to me by my chiropractor and I'm so glad I found it. Small classes (4), great energetic instructors who always offer alternatives and modifications to exercises. They are great at watching your form also to make sure you stay safe. The half hour workout format is easy to fit into a schedule but still very challenging! Easy to book online for the times that work for you. It's a great community and FUN!!

As a southcoast seasonal resident, I was searching for a facility where I could continue my fitness goals. I met with Angela to tour the Mattapoisett location and to discuss the small group training program. I was pleased to learn I could make my own schedule through the mindbody app, happy with the facility, and the offerings. I signed on for 12 - 30 minutes sessions monthly. I'm finishing up my third week and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the trainers and the pace of the program. The trainers explain the intervals and offer modifications as alternatives. I would highly recommend the small group training program. It was everything I hoped for and more. If you're looking to get in shape or stay in shape, Boutique Fitness has it all.

It's been five months since I began my Journey to Fitness. Initially I started with Betsy in the Mobility Room. After five years of sitting in my home office chair my hips were not flexing. Betsy helped me realize my potential in standing tall and sitting up, engaging my core. While she made me more flexible, I could hear the amazing Jenn F in the other room cheering on the group participants. Her passion for taking care of each individual on their level gave me the confidence to start personal training with her. After two weeks of training, I opted to go to the group sessions of four individuals and have been doing that for three months. The combination of mobility, personal training, and group participation have helped me to lose weight, gain confidence, and become much stronger. Over the years, I've belonged to many fitness clubs and this is the one I would stay at for the rest of my life. All of the coaches take care of me and the other individuals, monitoring their knees, shoulders, arms, etc. to keep every single person safe and getting stronger. Great people, amazing programs, and lots of fun. A recipe for success!

I absolutely love it here. I'm still getting comfortable with working out and being back in the gym but Jenn F has been AMAZING! She is so hype and full of life every morning, super supportive and encouraging, has great experience and knowledge. She's a personal trainer, therapist and hype woman all in one :) She's even helped me with a program to follow on the days I do not see her. They are all so nice and they've made the transition so easy and enjoyable! I no longer dread our 630am sessions :)
