I’ve been training at this powerlifting gym for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best environments I’ve ever lifted in. The equipment is top-tier — specialty bars, bands, chains, and everything you need to train seriously. The atmosphere is focused but welcoming; everyone here pushes each other to be better, whether you’re prepping for a meet or just trying to get stronger.

If you’re serious about strength training in New Bedford, this is the place to be. This is hands down one of the best powerlifting gyms I’ve ever trained at. The atmosphere is serious but welcoming—everyone here is focused on getting stronger, and the energy is contagious.
