I can highly recommend working with Bruce for strength and fitness training. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area and he is very careful to listen to your personal needs and goals to customize your program. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, but he’s always paying attention to make sure you are doing things correctly and not going to injure yourself.

I learned about and started working with Bruce 2.5 weeks before he had knee surgery. We both agreed I should start by focusing on mobility and flexibility. Bruce was very encouraging, patient and also very attentive – making sure I was in the correct posture, etc. Bruce had a good plan for me over the 5 sessions and I really saw results. I am especially thankful that he understood what was important for me to prioritize and that he is now in my life. I am continuing to make progress based on what he started with me and I’m looking forward to his return and making even more strides.
