Great set up and good classes but really poor in person interaction and customer service. I had attempted to take a yoga class this past week and was turned away because I was 1 minute past their late policy (which is 5 minutes?!?!) I have never heard a short late entry policy. I tried to contact their customer service to see if I could rebook (no reply) and was also charged a $20 no show policy even though I did actually show up. Attempted to contact their customer service and almost a week has past and no contact. Wonβt be going back. It also says NO WHERE when you make a reservation about their late policy.

cool studio where you can choose your own workout; like the name itself bespoke
got 3 classes for 20 usd, for trial
it was convenient to make booking for classes by using their own app
took a infrared whole body yoga and lift class for 45 mins
i couldn't feel the BURN but i was able to sweat a little more with the heat during the class
overall really interesting workout studio, everything is well equipped and new!
highly recommend if you are looking for easy weight lifting / stretching classes

The HIIT class offered a challenging, high-energy, easy-to-understsnd fun workout in a medium-sized class of about 15 or so. The instructor brought the fun, but also would help with exercises, including encouraging me to increase my weight. Easy upon arrival and amenities such as water, ear plugs and such.
The locker room amenities are plentiful making a comfortable changing experience after for going off to whatever's next.

Love this place. I donβt live in Boston but visit often. Will definitely be back next time.

I love this studio, I have been coming here since 2018, and nothing beats it! Although I was sad about spin leaving, the classes offered here are great. Wicked convenient location if you work downtown, classes are offered at perfect times before and after work. Super accessible to multiple t lines and bus. Staff are extremely nice and studio is always clean.

I recently started attending classes here and Iβm hooked! The people are nice, the studio is clean, you donβt need to bring any equipment but yourself, and the best part is every class they offer is better than the next. I look forward to my workout here every time I go.

I typically attend the Wellesley studio for my B/SPOKE classes but tried out a yoga class with Ky at this studio and loved it! The studio is a bit smaller that the other two. I would guess is more geared towards people working out before/after work as it is in the financial district. My yoga class was so relaxing and a fun and unique flow. The instructor kept a great pace and was very clear in her cues.

This location is in a perfect spot, right downtown, super close to offices. I love the convenience of taking classes before or after work. This particular location used to be a spin studio, but recently changed to yoga and strength classes. Even though it is such a big shift in types of workout classes, the instructors are still great and all the classes have me feeling energetic and refreshed.

Just been a few times, but love this place! Veronica is really helpful in providing individualized feedback and answers questions after class. Plus they are the cleanest gym space I've seen with the best amenities in their bathroom.

B/Spoke is my favorite spin studio (Iβve tried about 4!). Iβve found multiple spin instructors that I love. When federal street turned into just yoga and strength, they were so kind to give everyone who had federal as their home base 3 free credits to try out the new studio. They also host about 2 free classes across their studios a month which is a great way to try new instructors and classes. Iβve done it about a year and I absolutely love it and recommend it.

[Updating my review as the studio has converted to yoga and strength from spin] I will start by saying I really have a hard time with strength classes. I am a cardio junkie through and through. This is one of the few places Iβve been where I truly enjoyed the strength class. It was so well formatted, easy to follow, also easy to modify a lot of the moves, the instructor (Erin) was so clear and concise with her cueing, and of course the music was a epic. UPDATE: The CEO reached out to me with an update and an apology, shipped the item, and provided me with a full refund as a courtesy, explaining that a recent change in their operations resulted in this hiccup and that what I experienced is not reflective of their usual standards. They didn't have anyone monitoring the shop email for a while due to change in staffing, but now the CEO himself will be monitoring it regularly. I feel I can trust the business now and can see myself taking classes here or purchasing from their online store again.
-
This review is for their online store. I purchased something from their online store on 7/31/23. The item has not shipped and there has been no updates from the store. I reached out to them twice asking for an update or a refund if they are unable to fulfill the order, but received no response. Very disappointing and frustrating. Other reviews suggest that the classes are good, but do not purchase from their online store.

B/SPOKE is a really great indoor cycling facility. I took advantage of the Gilt City new member promotion that gave you 4 classes for $59. My instructor Molly was really inspiring, had a really great voice, and was good at giving me the beat that I should be cycling on. I was thoroughly distracted from the fact that I was working out, which is awesome. The facility is right off of Downtown Crossing and seems to be in a relatively business district; perfect for people who are trying to work out before or after work. The locker room and bathroom spaces are small and can be overcrowded during peak hours, but the staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

I was beyond impressed, not only with the facility which provided Aesop soap (heaven) and two vanity bars to get ready for work, but also with the staff & other riders. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming, I got the impression that most of the riders frequent there regularly, but I didn't have a feeling of being an outsider. I was greeted promptly, given a quick tour and thoroughly set up on the bike. Before starting, the instructor Ali even double checked that I had weights I was comfortable using for the arm section --> thank you! The class was fantastic: music, build up and focus on total body workout (which I often find is lacking) were on point! I left refreshed and energized & felt like I had a really solid workout before a day of meetings. I will absolutely be returning during future trips; thanks for making my first experience a great one!

I can't recommend this studio enough! I live in London and whenever I come home to Boston I arrange my schedule so I can make it to B/SPOKE. The instructors know their stuff, have really really great playlists and it's clear they take their jobs seriously while having an absolute blast at the same time. Aly is my absolute favorite- you just can't beat her class. Not to mention the actual space is beautiful and you have all the essentials you need in the changing room and showers. GO!

I love B/Spoke. Location is key for me and the studio is steps away from South Station and closest to my work, which makes it more than convenient to hop on a spin bike before or after a long work day. The studio has 4 showers for the ladies, which is of key importance. Great instructors, superb music choices and you will definitely break a sweat while having fun.

Not only does this studio have the best instructors in the city with the best playlists and the most helpful staff, but it somehow manages to always smell like the cleanest slice of heaven ever, DESPITE hosting a swarm of sweaty riders at any given time. The studio is also BEAUTIFULLY designed- minimalist touches that allow for maximum optimization of the space. I have been going to b/spoke regularly since they opened and have yet to have a less than stellar experience. The class sequences are well thought out and challenging. The desk staff is very professional and efficient. The owners have a strong presence in the studio, are very approachable, and do a great job cultivating and being inclusive of their community. Morning and evening classes are especially convenient if you work or live downtown, and the weekend classes are easily accessible as the area is quiet on those days. I would recommend this studio for any rider despite experience or skill level.

B/Spoke is the only place I would consider indoor cycling in Boston. High intensity, high energy, and high quality with fantastic instructors that keep you challenged, excited, and - most importantly when it comes to fitness - coming back for more!

This studio is amazing. The instructors rock! Their bathrooms are clean. The music is the best. A combination that makes this all around the best spin class studio in Boston.

B/Spoke is the best spin class in town--FOR REALZ (they were voted Best of Boston 2015, so you don't even have to take my word for it!) The environment is pretty chill on the outside, but as soon as they close that door it's time to get to work. The instructors are challenging, but super fun They encourage you to push yourself while your ride to the rhythm of the music. Before you know it, your 45 minute class will be over and you'll be wishing you signed up for their 60 minute class because of how much fun you just had.
