Btone is truly fantastic. The workouts are so good for you and make you incredibly strong. I always feel leaner and more fit after going to class regularly. All of the instructors are terrific, they describe the moves so clearly, offer modifications, and always have great attitudes.

At first, I enjoyed taking classes at BTone. Over time, the classes became very repetitive and boring. The owner is nonresponsive with any issues or problems that arise. I'm very disappointed with how this business is managed.

Just joined Btone recently to strengthen my core and help with my back. I have really been enjoying the new workout!. It is very challenging and such a unique and different workout ! I am so happy to be trying something new and out of my comfort zone! Staff has been so welcoming and always give modifications or progressions if needed so great for all levels.

Of all the workout classes I’ve done, nothing has been as life changing as pilates. More specifically with btone, the classes are only 45 minutes but will leave you feeling like you just had the greatest workout ever. The instructors are so kind, always willing to help, and very motivating. What sets btone apart from other studios are there positive atmosphere, monthly challenges/raffles, and their prices for memberships are very fair. I highly recommend this studio to anyone at any age!!

A friend invited me to bTone as a guest a few months ago and I was hooked. My instructor, Laura, was amazing and explained everything about the FITNESS arkeTone (TONEy). She helped me throughout the class, correcting my form and giving me some helpful modifications. The studio is beautiful with lots of windows and light pouring in. Classes are 45 minutes long and limited to 12 people. After just a few weeks, I was feeling very confident in understanding the exercises and transitions. Each class is unique with great music so you are never bored with the same old routine. With 15 classes under my belt, I feel great and already seeing changes in my body and abilities. I highly recommend bTone.

Love Btone Wellesley! Classes are very humbling. It’s a great workout and supplements the rest of my exercises for the remainder of the week. My only”even better if” is more consistent timing with core sections on core days (Some have 15 min of core which is amazing and others about 8 min) so I tend to only go to trainers with core sections that align with my needs.

Either way love this place. Il be moving to a closer btone in a few weeks but I plan to continue coming here !

Love this place! The classes are always challenging but one of the best workouts I've ever had. I was skeptical at first, because of the price, but it's honestly worth it and giving me much better results going twice a week than going to the gym 4+ times a week ever did. The instructors are all great, too, and each bring a different energy but are supportive throughout.

I'm genuinely surprised at how much I enjoy these classes, since I'm not really an "Exercise Person". The class flows well and goes quickly. The machines help with your form and you can easily modify both the moves and the machines to meet you where you are (for instance, when I first started, I had a core made of Jello. I'm now more of a firm pudding.). I have been going for ~3 times a week for two months and I can feel and see a difference. My posture is better, my arms, legs, and stomach are visibly more toned, and I feel stronger in general.

I highly recommend Btone classes for anyone looking for a challenging full body workout in 45 min. I do not live close by but I find their classes snd instructors (Laura and Rachel are my favorites so far) well worth the commute. As a beginner, the instructors are so attentive to my injuries and dure to the small class sizes they can spot when I’m doing a move incorrectly immediately. Also, btone is great for any fitness level.

Btone has absolutely changed my life! As a former athlete in college, I was in a rut from not working out and eating unhealthy and after adding btone to my routine a few days a week I am back in better shape than probably ever (i used to play ice hockey and field hockey) and my confidence in my body/strength has massively increased. I feel all around better about myself and I owe it all to btone for getting me back to where I wanted to be. All the instructors are fabulous - special shout-out to Stephanie, Diana, and Alyssa! 5/5 stars!!!

My favorite work out! I like to go three times a week. When I go I enjoy the hour, I don’t try to rush through the work out hoping it to end, I get in the moment and enjoy the sweat. Btone feels simple and relaxing but the next day you feel the work out!!! It’s truly an amazing discovery!!!

This was a very difficult (and honestly, somewhat weird!) workout. It involved a lot of different skills which had a steep learning curve, but I felt great after the workout. Low impact but high results. Very friendly teacher and specific attention during the movements. Small class size, nice studio.
