Burlington Run Club has been a great place to return to running and to work on increasing my endurance and cleaning up my form. Brenna, the owner, has been great with her communication and with adjusting the schedule to align it with the the group's needs. The trainers have always been helpful, positive, and energetic (even at 5am). My family has also enjoyed the weekly Sunday 5k group (which was free) this past Fall. In my time there I have gone from just being able to barley completing a 5k to finishing my first half-marathon this past November! Thanks BRC for all your time and effort! I look forward to future runs!

Just great all around, from the front desk to the instructors, the equipment, and the workout. I was super nervous for my 1st class at Stride, but Iβm so happy I went! It is a very welcoming environment. The instructors explain everything well and ensure you get a good workout. I also appreciated the follow-up call after the 1st class. I will definitely be taking more classes.

Iβm not a runner but I look forward to running because of these classes. Easy enough for beginners because you can adjust the difficulty/speed and option to incline walk. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, itβs always so clean, itβs my favorite workout class in the area!

Mindful Monday and Mindful Midweek with Meg are the favorite parts of my week. STRIDE is a beautiful facility, with easy parking, a supportive environment and fun classes. They are welcoming and make it easy to drop in, run or walk, and feel good about your workout. Towels and water on every treadmill is a really nice touch. Thanks for creating such a great place to workout!

Had 60 classes, dropped 25 lbs (now at 142 still almost 12 m later since I joined). Moved to a different town in August but miss them so much! Oh the energy, the variety, the instructors are just so inspiring and informed. Iβve learned so much and might just ignore a bigger commute and go back. If you at all have an opportunity to join- donβt hesitate. They are the best

Great coaching staff that is knowledgeable and enthusiastic! Everyone brings fun energy to the classes which keeps you going for the 55 minute sessions. Classes fly by whether they are combo or stride. I do a mix of both and love them equally. The Woodway treadmills are impressive quality and so easy to run on. Itβs so easy to fall in love with Stride!

Iβve been going to Stride in Burlington ever since they opened their doors in December. Stride has a great community, amazing coaches and something about those Woodward treadmills in the studio that make you keep coming back. Never thought I would say that I now look forward to running. Some of the formats has cardio and resistance training built in that takes the boring out of just simply running on a treadmill. I look forward to my Stride days and all the energy from the coaches motivate me to keep coming back!
