Burn Boot Camp in Burlington, MA features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both the coaches and members. It has a strong sense of community that keeps you motivated. The childcare is amazing and, most importantly, safe, which has been such a relief as a mom. The coaches are knowledgeable and always offer modifications, so whether you’re a beginner, experienced athlete, or returning postpartum like I was, you’ll feel comfortable and capable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive, family-friendly fitness community!

I started going to Burn Boot Camp Burlington on October 10, 2025, and I’ve been going at least 5 times a week since! I absolutely love it here. All the trainers are amazing — they’re super encouraging, knowledgeable, and really make sure you’re doing everything correctly. The facility is always clean, and the energy during workouts is so fun and motivating. I always leave feeling stronger and happier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout and supportive community!

I started going to burn Boot Camp 10 weeks Postpartum and it has been the best thing I could do for myself. I love that they have complementary child watch. It’s 45 minutes of the day that I actually get to myself as a busy stay at home mom. It has been the best thing for me mentally to help with my postpartum depression. Working out has always been my outlet and I had a really tough pregnancy, where I physically couldn’t work out and it took a serious toll on my mental health.I was scared to work out again after having the baby, but I really needed to have that outlet again. To find somewhere that I can bring my child with me and feel comfortable leaving him, has been amazing. It’s very rare to find a high quality gym that you get a killer work out, with complementary child care. The workouts are in intense in a good way and challenging, that I feel like I’m actually getting something out of it. I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my child just anywhere- I can tell that everyone who works there really cares about my child, their mission, and the community there. Everyone has been very welcoming, from the front staff to others that train at the gym. I did a few Mom stroller classes with the baby and he cried the whole time, which hindered my workout and I felt like I didn’t get any time to myself. I also felt like the workouts weren’t challenging so coming to burn Boot Camp has been the best thing for me to make me a better mom, a better partner, and to feel good about myself and my body again.

After working out for five years at home since my company went remote and having 3 kids I decided to finally do something for myself. I absolutely love the flexibility of having early morning classes. The trainers have been amazing really pushing me each day and offering guided support. With top notch air conditioning, a stellar playlist and a floating floor that makes you feel 20 years younger, it doesn’t get any better than Burn Burlington! After trying another gym short the first half of my time in Ma I had to go back to Burn Boot Camp. This place is something special. The trainers and the people here are one of a kind. Having been to a couple different burns over the years this one will stick with me forever. They are so supportive and encouraging it’s like nowhere else I’ve been. first walked into Burn Burlington in June of 2024 after the hardest teaching year of my life. I went from someone who loved group exercise and fitness to a person who found more and more excuses to stay home. I was so burned out from (poorly) managing my responsibilities as a mom, wife, friend, and teacher.

I felt so fed up with myself but perhaps more afraid to start and fail something new. I had been following Burn Burlington on instagram for months and kept telling myself I wasn’t strong/thin/fast/fit enough. But finally I worked up the courage to try my first class.

I won’t lie, that first class was HARD! But I now realize one of the reasons it felt so rough was the voice in my head that kept telling me to quit. However, Belle (the amazing head trainer) and Jenny (the owner) wouldn’t let me give up! Jenny was on the floor doing push ups with me at one point! Afterwards, all of these sweaty, beautiful people were coming up to me and cheering me on. I’m so grateful they ask you to take a picture because it’s amazing to look back on now, over 250 camps completed!

I urge anyone who is reading this to take that first class! The community here is unparalleled. I have found friendships, my kids have made friends, and most importantly Ive found the way back to myself. I feel confident, strong, and capable. I am so truly grateful for everything Burn Burlington has brought to my life!

If you want to fall in love with a gym, look no further than Burn Boot Camp Burlington. They meet you where you are in your fitness journey. The workouts are able to be modified to any fitness level whether it be up or down. The trainers support you, help you work around injuries, and always are cheering you on! The biggest bonus here for moms(and dads) is the complimentary childwatch and a huge part of why I love Burn so much and can get to the gym as much as I do!

This place is way more than just a gym. It is a community that motivates, inspires, and leaves me feeling more energized each and every day. The trainers are amazing positive influencers who encourage everyone to be their best selfs. The fact that each class is different from to day to day makes the environment fun and the workouts fly by. The upbeat playlists, energetic staff, and positive vibes make this a truly special place. I’ve never had so much fun working out, even if there are a lot of burpees involved. (This is also one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to which is an added bonus)

I knew I wanted to try it out here after seeing posts on social media but was a little nervous never having done bootcamp style workouts. This is more than a gym - it’s a supportive community of trainers and really fun and welcoming members. The facility is super clean and the staff are so friendly. They really help you in so many ways and meet you where you are and guide you in the best ways. Pun totally intended, I STRONGLY recommend giving it a try and probably like me you’ll be sucked right in!

I started at Burn Boot Camp at their first pop up and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made for my health. The trainers are incredibly encouraging and motivate me to do my best, the community is supportive, and the workouts are always different and challenging! As a stay at home mom, I struggled finding time to workout and this gave me the solution. I bring my daughter with me and the fabulous child watch staff take care of her while I take care of me. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are greeted and surrounded with smiles and positivity. Everyday the workouts are SO different. Even week to week the a lower body strength is not the same the next week. Burn is truly a safe space with no judgement. I can’t even begin to describe how much I love Burn Boot Camp Burlington. I received a free trial to try Burn. I had seen so much about it but was too afraid to give it a try. I would see social media posts and think “I could never do that!”. Well, you know what? Turns out that WE CAN DO HARD THINGS! And man, am I grateful for that free trial. I was in complete awe of the whole experience! From the atmosphere, to the energy, the kindness from the trainers and members, I left feeling better than I have in a while! Not to mention, the owner Jenny may just be the sweetest human alive! She made me feel so comfortable from the very first moment I spoke to her on the phone! I even brought my daughter to play in child watch while “Mama was out there getting strong”! She had so much fun and didn’t want to leave when class was over. The only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t try Burn earlier with my other two kids! I honestly could not recommend this place enough!!

If you're hesitant to join Burn Bootcamp Burlington for whatever reason (you are intimidated by attending a gym where you don't know anyone, you don't think you're fit enough to tackle these types of workouts, or you're just hesitant to start something new), I urge you to put your thoughts aside and just show up. This community will change your life mentally and physically in ways you never imagined!

I signed up for Burn on a whim and attended class the very next day. I was 6 weeks postpartum at the time and was so far from where I was used to being fitness wise that I could barely recognize the athlete I had once been. I have never been to a more welcoming environment from the second I stepped into the gym. The community meets you where you are, lifts you up, and motivates you to a better version of yourself than you were yesterday. They have been able to offer endless modifications as I continue to recover from my c section and have truly provided one on one training in a group setting.

The hardest part is walking in the door that first day, but from there you will be hooked!

If you are thinking of trying out burn bootcamp Burlington stop thinking and go do it! Not only is the workout amazing but the people are too! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and it truly does feel like personal training in a group setting. They push you in the best kind of way and will mod you to what best suits your body! I have been exercising regularly for many many years and have taught fitness classes and this is by far my favorite place! Plus: Free childcare!!!
