Burn boot camp while targeting moms with children is inclusive to men as well. Mia the trainer today, made sure I felt welcome, and checked in on me to ensure I was doing the exercises with the correct form. If you ever done high intensity workouts, this could be the right fit for you. Michelle is also fantastic, she brings high energy and checking in with your form if you’re out of line. I’ve been enjoying the experience thus far

Jason's camps are always great!! He pushes you through the hard stuff and knows your limits. He is very attentive and shows great command of the room. Everyone loves all the trainers but Jason has a special place for a lot of campers.

As an ex athlete who had a baby and gained a lot of weight I was nervous to go to a workout class because I was scared everyone could see me struggling and would judge me. While I definitely struggled for the first couple months while I worked my way back, it was the complete opposite. Everyone encourages each other, there are people modifying every workout to meet their needs and I felt completely free of judgement. The trainers encourage you to work to the best of your ability and push you to your limits, but provide modifications and support when you need that as well. Overall a great workout & sense of community- I would highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level!!

I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and absolutely love this gym! The community is the heart of it with great trainers (Mia, Lynae, Jay, Michelle, and Siobhan are all great in their own ways - no one will push you like Mia, Lynae always makes you laugh, best dance moves by Jay), BAs (Taryn and Becca always make me smile) and childwatch crew (Jen, Kristy, Leah, Lynn, and Jess - they’re so caring with all the kids). They are also responsive to feedback/requests from their members - just had a fantastic stretch and recovery today with Michelle! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make exercise a consistent habit in their life!

Great workouts, fun vibe and a wonderful feeling of community. Best part - the camps are ONLY 45mins long. It’s like the best and the most effective use of 45mins! There’s a new protocol each day which makes workouts interesting and fun.
Trainers are amazing and they help you mod up or down depending on where you are on your fitness journey. They monitor your form no matter which station you are at. Focus meetings help you stay on track and allow that 1-on-1 time to discuss your goals with the trainers - be it nutrition, running your first 5K or marathon or doing that 1st push up. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. And the floating floor makes exercising incredibly easier on the joints.
Huge shout out to Lynae for bringing her inspiring energy each day and for that constant encouragement. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and seeing what you are capable of makes her a great trainer !
Another extra shout out to Mia. Her fitness abilities and energy is always so inspiring. She knows how to get an extra rep or two out of you.
Jason and Michelle are awesome trainers and know how to push you so you are challenged enough. It is always amazing to have a trainer workout alongside on the floating floor. The BEST choice I made !!!
I am very happy with my choice to take these classes! I was looking for an environment that helped keep myself motivated and focused on my personal goals and I definitely found that here. The early morning classes were tough at first, now I look forward to the early morning workouts.
The classes and the trainers are great, very high energy. They are great at giving students pointers and motivating you to push through even the toughest exercises.
Lynae, Mia, Michelle and Jason they are great at getting around the floor to give that 1:1.
They are super attentive at making sure that you are properly executing your exercises through all of your circuits.

When I first started at Burn almost a year ago, the workouts were super tough for me but regardless, I kept coming. I knew I’d be challenged here, which is what I wanted and needed.
Despite the initial mental and physical struggle of starting to work out again, I’m so glad I kept showing for myself. The trainers and members have been able to see my strength and power within me, even when I’ve had difficulty seeing it for myself. Not only have I gotten physically stronger, but mentally too, as I’ve done things I never thought possible (i.e. get through one camp, let alone over 100!)
In reflecting on my time at Burn, it is clear that everyone here is invested in us becoming stronger and the best version of ourselves, as they all continue to be inspiring, encouraging, and supportive.
I love the trainers (shoutout to Jay, Lynae, Michelle, and Mia!), the community, and accountability. I’ll be forever grateful to all of you at Burn!

Love the vibe at this gym! 5:15 am playlists with only bangers! The trainers offer modifications for every level, you might walk in looking new to training but stick it out a few months and they will have you looking like a pro. All the trainers have specialties and personalities that make them my favorite for that day. Mia is a drill sergeant but when you get a compliment or shout out you know you EARNED it, Jay gives the best tips for explosive/olympic lifts, Michelle will have you walking out feeling super proud and accomplished, and Lynae might make you pee yourself laughing so hard. I signed up for a 4 week plan with Burn with no intention of joining. I happen to have another wonderful membership that allows me to roll out of bed, turn on a screen, then hop on a bike, or even do a mat exercise. All in the comfort of my own home! Well after the 4 weeks was up at Burn, I became a member. Why? It turned out to be a combination of the trainers, the varied exercises, the simple yet so effective equipment, and strangely (for a bit of an introvert) the community and the energy! All this was lacking from those bedroom workouts. Burn is awesome. You might not know what you are going to walk into, but the class goes by quick and you will feel so good. For the first time in a long time, I don’t mind exercising. Give it a try for at least a few weeks and you might surprise yourself!

Love this place! I've struggled in the past to find workouts/gyms/programs that are challenging enough with modifications both up and down if needed, but Burn really delivers. Every day switches in terms of the type of workout (upper body vs. conditioning vs. burst training, etc.), which is really helpful especially as a working parent who can't attend every day but still wants the variety. The childcare here is great- my two young ones actually look forward to going. Trainers are knowledgable and super enthusiastic, which helps create such a positive environment. A+!

The members, the trainers, front desk staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The 45 minute workouts are challenging, and I feel the strongest/healthiest I ever have. All of the trainers cheer you on and push you to be the best version of yourself. Extra shout out to Lynae for helping me to see what I am capable of!

I have joined many gyms and workout centers and Burn by far exceeds them all. Day in and day out it continues to challenge me and my fitness goals. It is for all levels of fitness and your instructors will provide modifications up or down. Each day is a new class and a new adventure - it’s rare to do the same exercise twice. There is nothing like a a Burn Boot Camp workout. Every camp is different, which I love, and leaves you feeling challenged and accomplished. The trainers meet you where you’re at while pushing you to be your best. They believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. Also, when looking for a gym, I need a community or I won’t show up. I love working out day in and day out with my same Burn crew and look forward to seeing them again when someone hasn’t been to camp in a bit. My gym closed and miraculously Burn Boot camp opened the same week. I love the Burn workouts and I wish I could single out one trainer but they are all equally fabulous! The workouts are very challenging but also the trainers always give modification options. I really like how each 45 minute workout focuses on one area so you are working different muscles and training areas throughout your week. Burn also offers nutritional and coaching options and feels very individualized while offering a fun community at the same time!

Burn Boot Camp was exactly what I was looking for to reset my fitness routine and goals! After attending the free trial, I was hooked.
