Super convenient private gym (members only) in the heart of Kendall Square. Nothing overly fancy but it has everything you need for a good workout -- weights area and machines area. Very unusual to have to wait for machines even at peak times. Great views facing out over the canal walk as you crank on the treadmills.

This is a very convenient location for CAC. There are a few treadmills, bikes, and other cardio machines. As you walk further in, there's some weight equipment as well. Definitely sufficient for getting in a quick workout after work!

Personal trainer was very knowledgeable. He really and made sure my form was correct instead of rushing through as many exercises as he could fit in an hour.

This is by far the best gym out of all the gyms I have visited. I have been to at least 30 different gyms in the last decade and have to say this one has it all. Basketball court, Racketball Court, Crosfitt huge hall, Karate rooms, dancing rooms, salsa rooms, treadmills, olympic lyfting set up, kettlebells, stones, tires, state of the art gym, free weights. They have everything for everyone, for every level of athlete, or just a casual joe who wants to be in shape. But that's not all, they have incredibly nice staff, relatively cheap prices and huge locker room with THE SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM!. I mean if someone doesn't like it, well than that person simply can not be satisfied. Highly recommend A++++++
