This hot yoga studio is amazing! All instructors are so skilled and friendly. Yesterday I took Jessica’s class which was transformative as she helped me connect my breath with mantras for a deeper, mindful practice. Thankful for Elizabeth and this studio, which fosters a strong sense of community and personal growth

Energizing & accessible classes. I’ve always enjoyed the in-studio classes and trainings at CAPY but today experienced an awesome yoga on the harbor class with David. It is a great option for anyone new to yoga looking for an introduction to the poses with an incredible backdrop of Schooners and the working waterfront!! If you’ve been thinking about starting a yoga practice but aren’t sure, try this out! ✌️❤️⚓️

Great Centrally ( Main Street in downtown) located Power Yoga studio overlooking Gloucester Harbor with lots of air and hardwood floor. The Community is super welcoming and the owners Elizabeth and David are salt of the earth. All of the teachers are well trained. The best part is that if you can’t get to the studio there is a Zoom option for every class. The way they teach yoga into the camera and recognize and make corrections to you at home is the next best thing to being there. This makes practicing with them super convenient. They are located near lots of waterfront restaurants and shops too! Highly recommend ❤️

Thank you to Elizabeth and the Cape Ann community for being there and continuing virtual classes. They are so convenient and I love practicing at home with my dog nearby! I'm learning to be patient with my body and mind and be in the moment. Taking Elizabeth's classes at Cape Ann and Solstice has really showed me that hard work pays off, for both my psychical and mental health. xo

An incredibly accessible community of yogis, dedicated to those early morning wake ups with knowledgable teachers to guide everyone safely through the practice. I'm so grateful for the livestream classes and new student unlimited package is a tremendous bargain!

My Dad, Dirt Murray, has been going here for classes since day one. Every class he has been to has been wonderful. He probably has had all of the instructors and they are all excellent. Cape Ann Power Yoga enables him to do his physical work without pain and injury. This place has been a complete life changer for him and he HIGHLY recommends it to everyone he knows. I plan on going here as soon as my daughter is old enough to spend an hour or so without me!

Haven't been for a while but im fiending for a class. The way they coach you through pose transitions is nothing short of mastery and makes a beginner like me feel like I know what I'm doing! Worth the drive from ipswich!

Dave and Elizabeth are awsome! I personally include yoga to increase flexibility and overall wellbeing in part with my powerlifting training program (and previously for college track). I feel most comfortable in this studio knowing they recognize each guests strengths and weaknesses along with experience level. They are extremely passionate about their craft and always improving the overall experience. Highly recommend.

As a beginner to Yoga and all it encompasses, I was resistant to try a "Power Yoga" class, but I am so glad that I chose to take my first classes at Cape Ann Power Yoga (CAPY). Gloucester is a very advanced Yoga community, which added to my reluctance to be a new comer in a room of such experienced "Yogis", but I will say this only helped me in my practice. The staff at CAPY is very helpful, whether it's in the form of an assist or to correct form, they are attentive, helpful, friendly and challenging! I actually look forward to the hard work that CAPY demands. I have never sweat as much as I have at CAPY nor have I felt so relaxed as I have after a class at CAPY. Physically I feel stronger and lighter, mentally I feel so more in tune with myself than I ever have. For only $10 class you'd be crazy not to give it a try! I highly recommend this studio to any and all levels. Bring a Towel!
