Every week, my daughter cannot wait for her gymnastics class. The moment we pull into the parking lot, her face lights up with excitement—she knows she’s about to have one of the best hours of her week. Watching her grow not just in her gymnastics skills, but in her overall strength, balance, and confidence has been nothing short of amazing.

She’s not only mastering the obstacles in the gym, but we’ve seen a huge difference in how she moves and plays in everyday life—from climbing at the park to the little challenges around the house. It’s clear that the incredible coaching team at Cape Cod Gymnastics is making a lasting impact.

The coaches are kind, encouraging, and truly know how to bring out the best in each child. The facility is top-notch, clean, and welcoming, and the variety of class times and levels makes it easy to find the perfect fit.

I'm a little dissatisfied with the service my daughter is receiving. I watched her struggle in areas with no assistance from the instructor. The facility is lovely, and has all the necessary equipment. Just wish they would give equal attention to all.

I can't say enough about my daughter's birthday party here. In her words great supervision, loved the dance party- great music selection and Stasia and Abby were so nice. I will add that they were terrific chaperones and thought of everything with smiles on the whole time. It truly was the Ultimate! Thanks again ladies for a memorable event.

We have been coming to Cape Cod Gymnastics for 6 years. We spend a month here at the beginning of every summer. My daughter, who is a competitive gymnast, participates in their visiting gymnast program. Jen and Jason, the owners, are nothing but professional, warm and caring. Their program is so amazing, that we have seriously considered moving here full time. Our daughter gets some of the best training she has all year here. For any visiting competitive gymnast, this is the place to be. You will be well taken care of, without a doubt. The staff and facilities are all top notch.
