Y’all gotta update the times in which you’re open. Says opens at 6:30 on Monday through Friday. The doors are locked though on 7:50 on a Wednesday. But other than that, fantastic gym!

It was fun to get invited to attend a Zumba class. The instructor was so fun and ride on with all the moves. Everyone was really having a nice time together. Although a small place you can get a nice workout.

Gorgeous yoga studio in this unassuming fitness center. Affordable classes. The space is clean, props are new, and maybe most importantly the people/customers at Cape Cod Health & Fitness are nice!
