Corina is an absolutely fantastic trainer. I have been lucky to train with her for more than a year now, and I look forward to continuing. She is remarkably professional, conscientious, and committed to her work. Corina crafts a detailed, robust program that is tailored for each person, and she meets each client where they are. She is always positive and encouraging. Each session is well-planned and skillfully executed, and no two sessions are the same. Corina is focused on the session and provides excellent guidance and adjustments. She is warm, personable, and wonderful to talk with. She has created a truly welcoming, motivating atmosphere, and she is exceptionally invested in her clients’ progress and well-being. I am far stronger than when I first started!

After giving birth to my son, I needed help getting back into shape. I am so thankful I found Corina to build back my confidence and get my body moving! Her gym is always clean and is full of any gym equipment you may need. Corina gets to work and isn’t shy about correcting your form to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. She’s a wonderful listener and motivates you to achieve your fitness goals. I always look forward to our sessions and I feel stronger and more confident.

Corina has been my personal trainer for 8 years! I hate exercise and have always tried to avoid it, but working with Corina is wonderful. I had previously attended multiple exercise classes at gyms, Y's, etc and sometimes felt shamed or uncomfortable with the intensity of workouts and my lack of stamina. Corina, however, challenges me but seems to know my limits and to push just enough. She has modified many exercises so I can approach them (such as push-ups, which are especially hard for me). Now that I am in my 70's, she is working on balance, flexibility, and strength - to help me avoid falls and injuries.
Corina is consistently reliable, compassionate and fun. I have lost weight since starting to work with her, and I am stronger and more fit.
She is very conscientious about learning your health history, updating it, and being sure that the exercises are appropriate for any condition or injury a client might develop, I highly recommend her!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have met Corina. I was new to working out and she took the time to make me feel comfortable and show me that fitness can be fun. She is truly just a kind person and I appreciate her body positive spirit. I trained with Corina for just about 2 months, and though it was a relatively short period (pausing for now only because of the cold weather/inability to train inside due to COVID) it was incredibly impactful. I so far have lost 13 pounds with Corina's help and have a better understanding of healthy foods and maintaining good nutritional and exercise habits. This was my first experience with a trainer and though I was intimidated at first, Corina is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I look forward to starting up again with Corina once the weather gets warmer!

I've been training with Corina for the past 6 months and she has exceeded all expectations. She really took the time to put together a fitness and nutrition plan that was specific to my lifestyle and monitored my progress diligently. Each training session is completely different from the last, making it impossible to get bored. She is incredibly knowledgeable about technique and proper form. Even though most of our sessions were through Zoom, she was able to pinpoint exact corrections to my form during each exercise to prevent injuries and undue stress on knees, ankles, back, and neck. If you're considering personal training, do it. If you do it, go with Corina. You won't regret it.

Her custom approach, attention to detail, and motivational style make her a great choice for anyone interested in living a more healthy lifestyle. In addition to fitness, Corina helps follow my nutrition, taking the steps to build healthy habits for the long-term. Corina’s style is warm and personable. She helps you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. She listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive, while protecting you from injury. Her workouts are always varied, keeping things interesting. Furthermore, Corina also offers training through Skype, which has been very helpful during this era of social distancing.

I highly recommend Corina. She is a wonderful and a great person to work with! Very busy but that doesn’t stop her from taking the time to talk and listen to you after each session. She is always positive, motivating, works to understand my goals, and pushes me when needed. She manages to make the sessions enjoyable so I am never bored which is very important to me. I promise you, working out with her is fun but also challenging. Listen people you need “challenging” don’t let that word scare you. Xo

Corina is not only a fantastic trainer.. she's an incredibly kind, down to earth, and supportive person. When I got back into exercising after giving birth to my son, she helped me set realistic goals - not only related to fitness but also to stress management, sleep, nutrition, and overall well-being... and while she was very motivating, she also understood that there were certain changes that I couldn't take on as a new mom related to time, effort, energy, etc. Corina is extremely knowledgeable and highly trained in her field, and created a different workout routine each week that we met. She's also really smart and easy to talk to - we always had great conversations and a good laugh throughout our time together. I look forward to signing back up with her soon!

I started personal training sessions with Corina almost 8 months ago when I first found out I was pregnant because I was worried about staying in shape throughout this part of my life (I am 40 weeks along and due any day now). It is honestly the best decision I made. Corina is knowledgeable about any physical issues I’ve had and is responsive to tailoring workouts to alleviate those issues and build strength to avoid them in the future. She immediately recognized my weak areas and targeted them with challenging but approachable exercises that have had obvious results. She is incredibly encouraging and each workout is different and engaging. I had been doing 5+ cardio workouts per week prior to working with Corina, but never got the results I’ve seen since working with her twice a week (even with a massive drop-off in my cardio workouts due to the pregnancy!).
Even though I have gained an appropriate amount of weight throughout the pregnancy, I actually feel and look fitter and stronger than I was before I got pregnant. As a result of my workouts with Corina, my arms, legs, back, and hips are noticeably more toned, slimmer, and stronger, and my posture is much better than it was before, even though I’m carrying 20 extra pounds in my abdomen. People who see me every day have commented on how great I look, and people who don’t see me that often are shocked that I’m as far along in my pregnancy as I am because I am active, comfortable, and look super healthy. I feel great, which is apparently not very common at 40 weeks pregnant, and other than nausea in my first trimester, I have had almost none of the common physical discomforts of pregnancy. I attribute this entirely to my workouts with Corina twice a week. She has been amazing. I am so glad I found her as a personal trainer, and I can’t wait to continue working with her after the baby is born.
