Absolutely love Centered Fitness! Clean, modern, ton of machines & equipment & space. Definitely a great value and alternative to planet fitness, but honestly even better than the “bigger” gyms that are 2/3x the price. As a female it’s also often intimidating and uncomfortable in some gyms, but I’ve always felt comfortable and welcome here. Staff are super nice & helpful. Highly recommend!

They need to fix the hot, tub ,showers , sauna , steam room , and pool . The club was managed better as Healthtrax. I have been paying for these services , and most have been down for months .

I went to join and ran into a disaster of a place and disorganized. The locker rooms have been the same for 30 years. Turnoff#1. I was at the front desk and the person on front of me said he was trying to use the online app to sign up for classes and the woman at the front desk said, they were having problems with the site. Turnoff #2. Then the final nail in the coffin was when the woman, a coach behind me asked for the key for the pool. The woman at the desk said, oh I think it's closed let me call someone and see. On the phone for a while knowing full well I wanted to join. Tried helping the person in front of me and behind me which I was disappointed at lack of communication by not sending out anything about the pool being closed, not acknowledging a potential new customer.

careful, in Warwick they took away the pool three afternoons a week from 4-6 for rent from an outside school, regardless of the paying members expense. They told me that I should look elsewhere if I want the services I pay for.

Very clean gym. I work out there 3 days a week I absolutely love this place. They after spin class, yoga, Zumba. And much more they have the best massage tables ever. The equipment is nicely spaced apart for comfort. I highly recommend this gym 100% they have hand sanitizer station all over so you can feel at ease when you feel like your hands are dirty. They have someone cleaning the gym and all the equipment every day so you can feel safe to work out with clean equipment. The staff is so caring and very nice. Always asking if you need anything or if they can help you with anything.

We signed up to join Healthtrax in January 18, 2018 and paid an extra $50 so that we could cancel mid-year because we have three young kids and weren't sure how it would go. Sure enough we decided to cancel because we didn't have enough time to make use of the membership as we suspected and for other reasons. We were told by staff there that they would not charge us for additional months as soon as we notified them in early February that we intended to cancel and that we had to come in to sign paperwork. The Healthtrax staff did not keep there word and have continued to charge us and will not refund the money based upon their verbal promise of no additional monthly charges. Do not join this club. Customer service is horrendous.

I have been a member of this health club for over 20 years. If you need more amenities than your typical Planet Fitness, but don't want to join the YMCA, this is a very good alternative. Updated equipment with 2 HydroMassage beds, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Steam and dry Sauna. A good staff with professional trainers. What more could one ask for from a health club?

The setup of the gym is terrible, in the summer you're working out in a greenhouse, A/C sucks,
The pool is opposite the changing rooms so as your working out you have people walking back and forth in they're wet towels, bathing suits, barefoot. Gross
Staff are rude,. Trainers are lazy and not fit.

Love the water aerobics classes and the yoga. They offer a variety of classes for strength and endurance without paying additional fees. Staff is very helpful.
