My time at Centre Yogas Italy Retreat was truly special. The setting is peaceful and breathtaking — the kind of place that makes you instantly relax. Michelle has such a calming, caring energy and guided every class with so much warmth and intention. The food was fresh, nourishing, and absolutely delicious. I left feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply grateful. It was exactly what my mind and body needed. I can’t wait to return!

An absolute true yoga sanctuary in the most gorgeous setting. Michelle is a welcoming calming presence. The building is tucked away right off Rt 1 and overlooks the Suntaugh Lake. As a yoga teacher, I cannot more emphatically encourage people looking for a genuine yoga class to come experience this place.

Such a magical studio in Peabody! The serenity of the lake, sunsets to die for,, yoga on the porch on the gorgeous days....all viewed while practicing with some of the best teachers!! Jackie, Kerri, Cheryl, April, Michelle and more.. all bring their own spirit and expertise to the studio. Worth every penny❤️

I am in love with the studio! I have practiced in several studios over the years, but none as stunning and tranquil as this one..the location, on a lake surrounded by trees, is extraordinary. The sunset classes in the Fall are breathtaking. SO peaceful...have I mentioned the staff and fellow yogis are the loveliest of people? The staff is so nurturing and knowledgable, and the ladies (and men) who attend the studio are the most welcoming I have ever met. No matter your age or level of ability, there is a class for you. But truly, taking a class on the porch in front of the lake in Summer, watching the leaves change color in the Autumn or a candlelight class on a Winters night are worth the (very reasonable) price. Centre Yoga in Peabody is my forever yoga home!

I love the studio: it is in a wonderful location and teachers are great. During Summer, though, the place becomes magic: on a hot Summer evening, nothing can relax you more than a class with one of the best teachers held on the back porch overlooking the lake, with a nice gentle breeze that moves the leaves and your soul, and gives you that feeling of connection with the environment that should be the key of a yoga experience.

The whole space is Gorgeous! In the warm weather some classes are held on the porch with a beautiful view of the lake.
Inside, I have found an open and friendly yoga community and wonderful and experienced teachers. Classes are different and there’s a lot of classes to choose from. Grateful to have found this space right off route 1 to practice.

The classes here are wonderful. Between the teachers and the community, I always feel better! They also have spa services and an event space. I’ve been here for a baby shower and Birthday parties. Such a beautiful space and scenery with the lake!

Amazing. If you are looking for great yoga north of Boston, this your place. Excellent teachers and local community. The studio space is absolutely beautiful and sits in an old mansion surrounded by old growth trees on lake — you have to see it to believe this oasis exists.

Centre Yoga is amazing! Located in The Mansion, you have a beautiful lake view by day and yoga by candlelight at night. There are so many types of classes to choose from and a ton of workshops. Yoga is for everyone and at Centre there is place for you...I promise :)

Give Centre Yoga a try, you will be glad you did. Amazing instructors who are well trained in all aspects of yoga for the mind & body. Many classes to choose from plus studios in Woburn, Lynnfield and Peabody. The Centre Yoga community is welcoming and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they always have specials. A variety of workshops are offered as well.
