Finally after fe months membership is canceled. I had been going to the Gym to cancel the membership since the beginning of this year I was told to cancel after cotract was over. I went back on February and was asked to see a manager. I could not go until March 16, manager was not present and membership was not cancel. I went back again and manager was not present. On march 29 Manager called and mentioned that was cancel that I would get on last payment. After that, I got charge the last payment plus the annual fee almost $80.00 for both. I went to the gym maybe 10 times in 1 year. I signed up online was super easy. To cancel has been a headache. I just got a receipt that it has been cancel Yesterday when I wad told over the phone that was cancel on th 29 but did not get a receipt until Yesterday. Hopefully next year I don't have extra charges. I hope that people do no go to this horrible experience when closing a membership at any Gym. Nice gym, nice people but not great at making the right decision.

My niece got enrolled and then when she canceled, they continued charging. My niece cancelled the card and continued trying to collect monthly non existent fees. Although they found the cancellation information, they requested money in exchange for cancelling again. Please be aware about their predatory business tactics, preying on the hispanic community to continue charging fees despite cancelling. We will be filing a formal business complaint.

It's a good place to train, people are great. Here there are a lot of machines where you can train. the employees of choice fitness are good people they know what they do and you can ask them how to do an exercise and they teach you a problem and they have advice with what you want to do also I like this gym because it is always clean.

I like this spot not only cause it’s surrounded by things you can use after you get out of gym from different stores, but mainly because the gym flow is chill they have all equipment I need heavy and light weight. They even have a nice area specialized for calisthenics and and CrossFit with all the medicine balls yoga balls and Mats TRX system if your into that. But also the staff who work at the front desk are friendly upbeat and knowledgeable of health and fitness

I’m new in the area coming from Florida from LA FITNESS, so I star looking for a good gym that fit my needs, I went to 4 different gyms in the area and the reason why I chose CHOICE FITNESS besides that the gym has absolutely everything that I need is this guy DAVIN NGUYEN, he was so upfront with everything the attitude like, BROOO THIS IS UR NEW HOUSE, feel free to walk and make sure u like everything after that no pressure to joint, he did not want to sell me a membership, he was there to help, I don’t know yet the manager but I just hope that CHOICE FITNESS value a guy like DAVIN, he’s the best

They are constantly changing the contract first I can bring guest then I can only bring during off peak hrs now I can't have a guest at all, unless I get the next level which they just made up. There is always at least two machines broken. And they are 24/5 not 24/7 and they only 24/7 is in Bedford NH and it's the dumpiest location.

There's a great variety of people here and the staff members at the desk always remember me. I often see staff members hard at work cleaning the equipment/floors, fixing things, or providing amazing customer service. But sometimes there's a cluster of people taking over an area you wanna be in so you have to wait a while to uses certain equipment. But that rarely happens and since it's a smaller gym that's understandable. Overall it's a very nice and well maintained gym.

This email is concerning the owner and a new trainer and staff. The comments owner has made about a certain member of his gym are completely unacceptable.The owner has used the term like F- -kable and being a pe------ towards a certain member of his gym. This conversation was carried on with people of his employment at the Haverhill street gym. The gym member and family and friends now know of this disgusting conversation.(details are left out too offensive to write) imagine somebody talking about your wife and family in such a manner. This member no longer feels comfortable entering any of your gyms do to the nature of your personal comments and the thought of an owner carrying on and allowing such comments by the staff in such a way. I would like to remind you that members pay the bills and do not deserve such treatment. I suggest you and your staff discontinue such activity. I will be contacting you to have a discussion really soon concerning this matter. I also would like the personal trainer to attend and maybe your wife..

The gym is clean, and the people working there greet you as you you arrive and say good bye as well. Most of the members seem nice and the instructors are always smiling and working diligently with their clients to meet their individual goals.
