I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now, and it has completely transformed how I feel about fitness. Grayson has been my main personal trainer, and he’s genuinely exceptional — consistently prepared, incredibly knowledgeable, and always able to strike that perfect balance between pushing me and supporting me. He pays attention to the details, adjusts sessions based on how I’m feeling that day, and explains the “why” behind every movement. Training with him has made me stronger, more confident, and way more consistent with my routine than I ever thought I’d be.
I’ve also had a few sessions with Chi and Aidan, and each of them brings something unique to the table. Chi, who’s also the owner, deserves a special mention. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about every person who walks in. You can feel that the community and atmosphere here come directly from his leadership and personality.
The gym is clean, welcoming, and never overcrowded. Workouts are tailored, effective, and actually enjoyable. After a year here, I genuinely look forward to training and feel better than ever.

I’ve been doing physical therapy with Ogbonnaya for over six months now and have nothing but great things to say. I’m prone to pulling my back a few times a year, and Ogbonnaya has been working with me to strengthen my body to prevent future issues. He explains what each exercise is doing and provides video instructions so that I can keep doing them at home. I now feel so much more confident in my form. I can be lazy when it comes to picking which weights to use and Ogbonnaya pushes me to use weights that he knows my body can handle. I’d highly recommend working with him!

Chi and team are great. I had 2 back surgeries in late 2024 and was in need of bespoke and phased physical and personal training to rebuild muscle, stabilize my spine and get back to active life. Chi and team designed a great program and worked around my schedule. It’s been a ton of work and always takes longer than expected but in 3 months, I am a different person and tracking to getting back on the golf course. Plus Chi and team are great people and fun to work with.

I've been working with Ogbonnaya Chikezie at Clientel3 since September 2024 to overcome a chronic shoulder injury, and I can't recommend him highly enough. His knowledge and experience are evident. He applies his science-based expertise of physical therapy with a well-developed understanding of integrative medical arts to build a highly personalized program for me. My case has been difficult and I have, at times, been skeptical about my own progress. Not Ogbonnaya. Always encouraging and always motivating, he has never given up on me. Upbeat and positive, he has made my sessions fun and productive. Because of him, I have not given up on myself. He is very flexible in his methods and has adapted my treatment plan several times when I suffered set backs. He is also collaborative, consulting with Chi, the owner of Clientel3--who is simultaneously helping me with strength training--to ensure my physical therapy and fitness programs are consistent and coordinated for my best recovery. Ogbonnaya has been incredibly accommodating, offering both virtual and in-person sessions, and adjusting his schedule, sometimes with little notice--a support I've deeply appreciated as a busy working mom. When I started working with Ogbonnaya I was in a lot of pain in my shoulder and upper back, but now I feel stronger, more flexible, and almost entirely pain-free. I have been a long-time client at Clientel 3, and I cannot recommend this place enough! My training experience here has been excellent, and their physical therapy services are also amazing! Ogbonnaya is a wonderful person and trainer who has been incredibly helpful during my time working with him. As a professional violinist, I have struggled with neck and back pain for years, but since I started working with him, my condition has significantly improved!! I can't recommend C3 Gym enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the state-of-the-art training facility. It's spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for an effective workout. What truly sets C3 apart is the personalized touch from the workouts all the way to the music in the gym. Additionally the trainers are incredibly dedicated, offering personalized attention and being available whenever I need them. I've been struggling with chronic pain, muscle weakness and cramps for years. I recently started working with Chi and he has been super helpful! much more helpful than other trainers and PTs I worked with before. He is very knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. He designs workout routines that target my problems and tailors exercises according to my ability and limitations. He sends me detailed notes with videos so that I can review and do the exercises myself. I've seen immediate improvements and I'm optimistic that it'll make a difference if I continue the training long term. I wish I had started this much sooner. The location is convenient and the facility is nice. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I worked with Alex, Tanya, and Addison in preparation for our wedding. All the Clientel3 trainers are also wonderful people. They are humble, methodical, and motivating. Our sessions were fun, exhausting and pushed our limits without ever risking injury.
Each trainer brought their own approach, focusing on metabolic and functional fitness, as well as strength and toning. Within a few weeks, we can already feel and see the difference.

Joining Clientel3 has frankly been one of the best decisions I have made recently my life. The space, equipment, knowledge, care and drive to help you reach your goals that this gym offers is first-class all the way. You can tell the staff really know their stuff and everything you are taught and shown is science based with verifiable proof. I have been working-out with Alex for two months now and they have been the most productive time I have ever spent in a gym. His knowledge in body building and recomposition is outstanding and he knows how to push me to the next level. He even did zoom workouts with me while I was on vacation. Unreal. When I first started going to Clientel3 I wasn't sure what results to expect, I was motivated but hadn't ever had a real coach before. Fast-forward to three months in and I realized how much progress I'd made with their help. I was at a soccer game where most of my team was talking about how tired they are and I'm just thinking, "Man this was like 1/5 of a session with Alex (one of the Clientel3 coaches) at best".
Overall all the coaches at Clientel3 are amazing their at jobs, they know how to ride the line perfectly between fun and challenging so you can keep improving. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, but especially those who aren't sure where to start and want a gym with a truly inclusive community.

I've played sports, snowboarded, lifted, and done pilates for the majority of my life, but I never have had confidence in the gym on my own. The staff at Clientel3 has not only pushed me to perform at my best, but has also worked to educate me throughout the entire process building up that confidence. I feel like I've gotten back the energy and passion for my workouts that I had lost, and continue to learn how to build towards my desired physical & health goals.
I also appreciate their holistic approach they take, working on my mobility and nutrition for example. Scheduling training is made easy to fit in with my busy schedule too, which is huge. There are certain things in life that, once you find, everything else pales in comparison. CLIENTEL3 (C3) has quickly become one of those things for me. Movement of any kind has always been important to me, as much for the physical benefits as for a means of getting out of my own head. Most recently, I’ve been all over the damn place at random classes - everything from SolidCore to hot yoga to spinning. While I still like my ClassPass, I felt I’d hit a plateau with any real progress and wanted something with more intention. A Google search led me to C3 and I haven’t looked back since.
There are a million things I love about C3. Here are my top three:
--- The trainers are exceptional. Each has their own unique background and way of doing things and I can’t think of better people to spend 6am sessions with.
--- I crave variety and C3 delivers. On any given day, I might be working on my pullup progressions, mobility training, or Wing Chun (a form of Kung Fu). (Hot tip: ask about Spy School, a Natural Movement-based foundations class).
--- The community - you get a sense that everyone genuinely cares about you and listens to your goals and interests here. Trainers Addison, Alex, Kaylee, and Maura will absolutely challenge you to your core and beyond what you thought you were capable of, but you’re going to have a lot of fun and gain a lot of confidence doing it.
Massively grateful to Chi for creating the gym space I didn’t know I was looking for. This place truly is a gem in the Boston area (or anywhere, really) and well worth the investment in yourself. Whatever movement means to you, come here to move better than you did the day before.

If you are searching for a great new gym with trainers that care holistically about you as a person, seriously look no further. As someone who travels frequently for work, I was very fortunate to stumble upon this gym while working in Boston for three months. I have trained with the very best trainers (Maura, Alex, and Addison) at Clientel3 and they have completely changed my mindset on health and fitness. Let me also preface this with saying that before starting here I have tried so many different programs (Orange Theory, Pure Barre, SoulCycle, kickboxing, etc) and never loved it or could stick with it. That changed when I found C3 - I genuinely can say that I look forward to working out with their customized plans targeted towards my body’s abilities and goals. On top of that, I have never felt judged for not being in the best shape, only encouraged to keep working. I leave each session feeling stronger, mentally healthier, and empowered to be the best version of myself. Thank you C3!

I have only good things to say about my experience at Clientel3. It's been an investment, for sure, but hands down one of the best I have ever made. The training is highly personalized, following a thorough fitness evaluation and a discussion of goals. Whatever your level of fitness (I was a cardio queen who could barely do three pushups when I started), you will feel welcomed and supported. And you will experience real (visible + measurable) results that will inspire you to keep up the good work. I honestly only planned to train here for three months, but now I can't imagine leaving. The C3 team has become a bit of an extended family - I'd come in every day if I could afford it. I really appreciate the team approach - so each client benefits from the collective wisdom of all the trainers - and how invested the trainers are in their clients' success. The camaraderie is great. As for the space, it's super clean and fully equipped with lots of light and a great minimalist vibe. They nailed the aesthetics along with everything else.

The 6-week Challenge was just what I needed to get me out of my fitness & food funk. Chi Bang and his kick ass crew helped me find my way back. I was given a strict diet to follow, and 3 days of mandatory time at Clientele3. Did I meet my goal? No, but that wasn’t what I was looking for in that short amount of time. I was looking to get the motivation and focus necessary to get rid of the #30 lbs that I had put on an already overweight frame in the past year. I started the Challenge right before the holidays, not easy but not impossible. I was definitely more aware of what I put in my mouth, and it was easier since alcohol, sugar, and certain carbs weren’t on my list of approved foods.
For me, the salvation was the mandatory workout 3x a week. I would leave drenched in sweat, sore, and ready to pass out. What I truly liked most about those workouts, was the camaraderie among a group of people at very different levels of fitness working out together and cheering one another on, all sorts of shapes, colors, sizes, ages, orientations, and identifications working on ourselves. The trainers were all great, each one with interesting workouts and words of encouragement. I was incredibly out of shape, but I got better over the 6 weeks, and continue to improve, just don’t ask me to do sit-ups. The journey continues!

I went to Chi Bang Bodies as part of a challenge. With that said I went to my initial meeting with Yen Silva--an integral team member of Chi Bodies. I weight in and a full conversation with Yen about my goals. I weighed in at 198 lbs. Yen, then email me my meal plan, recipes and at homework outs called 7 min in heaven (loved that name) I got started right away. I've been on a weigh loss journey for sometime now and felt I needed a boost.
The following week I met the other challenges at the Chi Bang Studios. I weighed in again and my weight had dropped to 193 lbs. My 5 lbs in one week weight loss was based on their meal plan and me trying a different work out. Needless to say I was stoked.
The challenge got started all challengers are required to show up for classes 3 times a week in addition to working out at home/gym. I followed the meal plan (which required a scale) and did my Chi exercise and my at home/gym exercises. The meal plan BLEW it out the water. It took my journey to whole new level.
I didn't reached my goal, but I gained knowledge. I am much more aware of what goes into my body. I am much more aware that I need to move to maintain my new lifestyl. I am much more aware of the energy I have to complete my task. I am much more aware of my form (very important when excising). Chi and his staff are experience and knowledgeable.
After this challenge I am not able to go back to my old habits. For example I meal prep every evening for the next day. I have more time to sleep doing this. I understand that I have to go beyond cardio to achieve my goals ( treadmills and stair master are great but weights are you best friends to).
I unequivocally, recommend Chi Bang Bodies. The staff go above and beyond to make sure I was challenged. I absolutely appreciate Justin Kompf (high five King), Patrick Michaels Jennings (the form king), Laura Alessi (The booty blaster lady), Carol Lee Butler (bad ass) and Denise Rodriguez (the hostess with the mostess). I cannot forget Chi ( he's the one that make sure you squeeze that final one of your last rep).
Their approach is all about community, accountability and proper fuel.
Although I did not receive my deposit of $600 back (didn't meet my goal as I mentioned) Chi is giving those of us that didn't meet our goal an initial credit of $300 towards classes or nutrition. Moreover, they've started a new program that the 2nd $300 will go towards. The new program requires us to go in once a week for 12 weeks. In this program they're going to give us a series of exercises to do on our own they'll show us proper form to complete the exercises. I am excited. I really miss going to the Chi Bang Studios.
I had a lot of fun with my challenge. Thank you for all that I have gained. I have not gained any weight because of what I've learned from Chi and his staff.

I participated in a challenging 6 Week Fitness Challenge with Chi Bang Bodies. The staff, Denise, Yen, Laura, Carol, Justin, Patrick, Matt, & my ChiMonster Chi, are all fantastic people who like myself, are humans. For 6 Weeks, they dedicated themselves to approx. 80 strangers of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels and I appreciate their commitment to myself and everyone else that participated.
Upon my initial conversation with Laura, I asked questions that she was not afraid to answer and gave me honest answers that coincided with the information obtained at my initial interview with Yen. I was lucky enough to meet Carol during my interview & fell in love with her body, I was like, damn, I need to be trained by her.....LOL
My 1st class was tough but I almost died during my 2nd class, not really, but I did feel like I was going to puke...TMI, I know. Anyhow, I yearned for more and loved the variations of exercises in each class. I learned proper form, exercises that I can do on my own at the gym or even at home. Best of all, I learned how to determine what and how different foods benefit me and my #chibangbodygoals.
I didn't give the 5th star because in the very beginning, I felt a little uncomfortable to inquire more in depth information regarding my individual meal plan. However, I am a vegetarian and was really limited with my options, so that made life a little more difficult for me. If I wanted to lose the 20lbs in 6 weeks, I had to make sacrifices AND those sacrifices definitely made a difference in how I looked and felt.
I was motivated by the staff during fitness sessions, within our Secret FB page, & surprisingly..... while I was on my overseas Holiday Vacation. My only regret is that I cannot afford to continue to workout with them but I would recommend ChiBangBodies to anyone looking to make some REAL LIFESTYLE CHANGES. I also met some really cool people that I hope to continue a good friendship with. Everyday I think about them and pray that I can still make them proud.....BOOM!!!!!!

If you want to get duped and lose $600 do the 6 week challenge here. They hand you a generic diet plan, tell you that it’s an achievable goal to lose 5% body fat in 6 weeks and then when it’s over, they say ooops it was actually a very hard challenge. The people who run this place are totally unethical. However to give credit where it’s due, the instructors are wonderful and very knowledgeable.

The Highlights:
As a 46 year old with zero formal fitness training - Chi Bang Fitness got me acclimated to what it means to adapt a healthy lifestyle. They provided me with a food and fitness regimen that was instantly actionable. After participating in the fitness challenge - within 6 weeks I lost over 19 lbs and am well on my way to a new, healthier me. I felt so great and was so inspired by my results from this mere snapshot in time - I renewed for 12 months.
The facility is well equipped, CLEAN, contemporary and convenient to get to by car or public transportation.
Chi Bang and his instructors are phenomenal in terms of expertise, ability to connect with their clients and pushing them while making them feel comfortable in enhancing their abilities.
My Experience:
When I first came across the opportunity to train at @ChiBang Bodies I instantly thought 'I am way over my head and out of my league'. But something inside clicked and I recognized that this is what I've been searching for: someone to tell me what to do and how to do it in order to get my fitness on the right track.
With this internal competing dialogue going on I attended the info session at the impressively appointed facility. The atmosphere says 'elite athletes work out here', but the community that is @chi bang and his team, that operates says 'we can help you reach for your goals. We're here for you.'
I still had some trepidation about my ability to function in this environment - but the one thing I know for sure from life experience is - most times you don't know how good of a swimmer you are until you wind up in over your head.
Chi, Carole, Patrick, Laura, Justin, Matt, Yen, Denise - are just an amazing group of people that care about the work they are doing and the folks they're doing it with.

When i left the the challenge i was a little dissapointed. I felt like i failed. I wanted so bad to loose the weight and beat the challenge. I realized and even knew beforehand 20 lbs is A Lot of weight to loose in 6 weeks with normal maintanable weight loss being 1 to 2 pounds weekly. During the challenge I worked out 3 days at clientele, 4 days at my regular gym and not seeing much weight loss but noticing and feeling the shrinking process of my hard work. i feel like my hard work was being measured incorrectly which in turn made me feel like a failure because i was not seeing the pounds drop as expected and instead was seeing a fat and inches loss instead of a pound loss. Which in turn made me feel better about myself and my hardwork. (These are different things when lifting weights and not having cardio based workouts. Like hiit bootcamps do.)
I used the challenge as an opportunity to workout at clientel cause quite frankly i knew i could not afford to workout there other wise . Anyways i continue today 3 weeks later, using the meal plan i felt best fit me and im seeing weight loss and muscle definition and im grateful for the opportunity and the reset in my errors of eating. i left with new exercises i use at the gym and feel better about my progress that continues way past the challenge. The challenge was just the right push i needed and im grateful. The staff is knowledgeable and wanted us to succeed. I am succeeding but at my own pace. Today i weighed myself this morning and i was surprised. Since i left the challenge ive lost 5 more pounds in 3 weeks. Total 9 pounds. Which is normal and healthy and makes me feel fabulous. What bogs me is only loosing 4 lbs during the challenge. I did follow the meal plan guidlines. Maybe my body had to detox and reset me for continued weightloss. As Chi said, Every Body is different.
The challenge was an ambitious goal from the start. Im not sure how many people were actually succesful because those results were not published for us to see and even my own pictures and results have been kept from me even though i asked for them and was told they were working on it and then a post said that we needed to write a review in order to get them. Which i feel like i paid for given i didnt technically win the challenge my money was kept so that didnt make for a good ending.
There were certain things along the way that i felt could have been better. The classes had large class sizes. 1 trainer running large classes when we started with two. Too much weight lifting not enough high intensity exercises. This is not a bootcamp gym, its a boutique personal training studio. I thought i was going to recieve more personal type training but got bootcamp style that left something to be desired for weight loss goals.
In conclusion, i had fun with the whole experience.
Anyways. I hope everyone is still making progress and feeling better after the challenge and are using what they learned and gathered to continue on their fitness goals. :)

I absolutely love working out here. Gym has Jacobs Ladder, Battle Ropes, turf-style flooring, sandbags, punching bags, TRX bands, and many other implements of sweet, sweet torture. Some conventional, and some not. Spotlessly clean facility. And most importantly, the experienced, knowledgeable, massively-positive and supportive trainers to deliver the good old fashioned ass-kicking you need. The team of trainers here are highly informative, attentive, and PRESENT. Always watching form and making corrections. Sometimes the littlest nuances making a huge difference in intensity.😅After my first 6 weeks of training here I’ve lost 3% of my bodyfat (23.7 to 20) and went from a size 6 to a 4 though my glutes are higher and mightier than ever. 🦍

I was a 6 week challenger. I joined the program 5 months after I delivered my daughter and I was struggling with my image. I was very skeptical in my abilities to loose the amount of weight that was expected but I took the challenge seriously. Over the weeks I pushed my limits, enjoyed more and more the toughness of the workouts and the mastering of the exercises proposed. I learn to eat the right food amount and the most important point is that I feel better. I am glad I participated to this challenge, I have more energy and I know i am able to loose the weight I want to.
My major criticism is that the gym is only open for the classes so you need another membership for the cardio training.

I had an amazing experience working out at Clientel3. The coaches are really nice and definitely will make you work a sweat . They go the extra mile to get to know you and sit down to talk about reaching your main goals. They send motivating text messages daily and weekly and check up on you to make sure you are not fallowing out from your goals . Their meal plan is very easy to understand and to fallow . I would 100% recommend this to anybody that is serious about losing weight or getting in shape to get in contact with them . I guarantee that they will make you work your ass off every time and you'll definitely will not regret it .

Having been a member of corporate city gyms I was so happy to find C3 in my Back Bay neighborhood. It's a boutique fitness community that combines physical training and nutrition to reach your fitness goals.
Chi, Laura, Carol, Patrick, Justin and Matt work together to make sure you stay focused both in the gym and in the kitchen. The workouts are varied but include a focus on muscle exhaustion and core strength. I did a six week challenge in December to January and I started the new year stronger, leaner and energized to continue a weekly workout schedule. Skip the big box gyms that are popping up all over. I had a very positive experience participating in the six week fitness challenge with Chi Bang and his team. The trainers are all very supportive and will keep you moving even when you feel you just can't! The positive energy and coaching they give you is just the motivation you need to push yourself harder to give you that added extra push that you would not be able to do on your own. There were times when I felt so frustrated in my journey of weight loss and each trainer including Chi Bang gave me their individual attention and professional advice and support that I needed to keep going and to continue. They all are genuine and do care about helping people get fit, eat healthy and change their lifestyle for the better. After an awesome and disciplined 6 week challenge, I feel like I've learned so much from Chi Bang Bodies at CLIENTEL3! The trainers were super awesome, fun and knowledgeable about how to work the muscles and making sure you're actually working them properly. I've never had a taste for weighted workouts because I distract myself butttt at 6 weeks of x3 weight and body sculpting classes I feel much better about doing on my own and getting many rounds done. Did I mention I learned a whole lot about portion sizes and a more balanced meal (carbs, proteins, veggies and fats)? With the personalized meal plan, I feel like I have the proper tools to create a balanced diet that works for me and a plan when I need to be a little more strict for a performance or something. The past 6 weeks have really been about me learning more about my discipline skills and I couldn't have done it successfully without Chi Bang Bodies!!!

The trainers at Chi Bang Bodies KNOW WHAT’S UP! The classes have you moving the whole time, and they definitely keep it fun and interesting! They work hard to cultivate a positive environment where anyone can get a great workout. If you’re a beginner, they teach you new exercises and help monitor your form. I came across the opportunity to be a part of this 6 week challenge in December. I was skeptical at first, but the chi bangs body staff quickly made me feel the confident about my decision of joining this training facility. All trainers are friendly, professionals and treat everyone with respect and patience. The work outs are challenging but certainly doable. Within six weeks, I was able to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle! They provided me with a diet specifying the portions and oz of the fats, carbohydrates, protein and veggies that I needed to consume to be able to gain muscle.
I totally recommend this facilities for all who would like to actually take the most out of their work outs

I recently participated in Clientel3's 6 week fitness challenge and I must say that the experience overall was a positive one. The entire staff is down to earth and passionate about fitness, which made each visit one I looked forward to. The dual class and nutrition model was built in a way that enabled me to see results in as little as a week and after 6 weeks I've seen changes in my body that I struggled to make over the past two years!
The facility, although small, is clean and full of cool and unique fitness equipment and is conveniently located at the Arlington T stop. The group classes were intense and really pushed my body to new limits. The only thing I would recommend they adjust is the amount of people they allow in each class if there is only one trainer available to lead it, but other than that they were awesome!

I am finishing the 6 week challenge today as one of the successes, 20 lbs in 6 weeks with both fat loss and muscle gain. I've learned a lot of great tool to take with me from enhancing my nutrition plan to how to more effectively use resistance bands in training. A big thank you to the training team who have such great energy and passion for what they do. They are highly educated and focused on making goals attainable by working within your body's limits and keeping the energy up, even with down music.

Prior to joining this community I had plateaued with my own fitness efforts and could not understand why I had stopped seeing results. Through the past six weeks I’ve been taught how to properly portion my food, improved my form during workouts, and have definitely put on quite a bit of muscle. I absolutely love the team at Chi Bang Bodies, and the facility is beautiful. I’d give Chi Bang Bodies at Clientel3 perfect marks, with the only caveat being that I was part of their first group in a 6 week challenge, which is difficult to separate out from my overall experience there.
The 6 week challenge was slightly disorganized in the beginning as they ironed out some of the hiccups, and I felt it was advertised in a misleading way (work with personal trainers for free actually meant $600 deposit to do circuit training with 5-20 people per class, and earn back your deposit if you lost 20 pounds or had an absolute (not relative) reduction of 5% body fat). During the orientation interview they took down all the information about my personal goals. I play rugby, and was seeking out a way to improve my performance over the winter, focusing most on strength, power, agility, and learning how to properly use gym equipment. This was the focus of the orientation interview, which I misunderstood at the time as meaning the program would be tailored for each individual. Only after I signed the contract and showed up for the initial weigh in did I find out that I would be limited to 3 classes per week, and to get the desired results most of the emphasis of the program was actually on a strict nutrition/diet plan … not really what I was looking for at all.
But enough with the negative, sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised when you accept the hand that’s laid out and make the best of it. Also, they did a full interview for feedback at the end of the program, and took into account my feedback to look at which of their programs/membership offers I might benefit from most in the future ... if you are looking at Chi Bang bodies for a true personal training experience (not the 6 week challenge program) then I believe they can cater towards whatever your goals may be with objective measurements of your results.
As far as meeting my personal goals, I was able to learn a bit more about proper form and technique for different exercises (unfortunately due to class size we did not use much of the equipment).
As far as meeting their goals, by following the nutrition plan and working out independently on the days I didn’t have classes, I met the body fat % reduction goal. I was initially nervous about losing 5% body fat as I went into this program an already relatively thin/athletic/toned body type, but their plan is doable and definitely delivers. I just finished the program so I do not know how sustainable the diet/weight loss will be.
The team at Clientel3 was definitely what made the program an overall positive experience for me: Carolyn organized consistently challenging workouts, Justin and Patrick were very good at communicating how to use proper form, getting us to push ourselves in the workouts, and yet keep everything goofy and fun. Unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to take any classes led by Laura, but they sounded great. All of them made the effort to make a personal connection, and I always looked forward to the classes, even for some of the most difficult workouts. Although the 6 week challenge is over, I definitely plan to come back again!

I participated in the 6 week challenge and loved it. I came in in fairly decent shape but was having on and off issue with my right knee. I had X-rays MRI’s and did physical therapy but nothing seemed to help. Fast forward 6 weeks and I now have the strength to jump, run and even play basketball from time to time.
The staff is full of energy and make you feel welcome from day one. However when it’s time to work it is time to work. Come ready to work hard and be pushed to give all you got!

I recently participated in a 6 weeks challenge at Chi Bang Bodies. And it was amazing!!!!! The trainers were very motivated and made working out super fun. The reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was because there was a lack of communication and organization at Chi Bang Bodies between the staffs. I’m not sure if it’s because they took on too many challengers that’s why they were disorganized. Also not all staff members were told the same information. One staff would say one thing but another staff another thing. All in all the experience was great with classes and workouts. But needs improvement on communication and organization.

I did the 6 week challenge program with Chi and his team, and tl;dr it was amazing and totally worth it!!!
So, my motivation for doing this fitness program was performance based, I play rugby but I've never actually been athletic or fit, so I was getting pretty frustrated because that lack of fitness was a major barrier to keeping up with my team. The team's winter fitness program just started, so I can confidently say Chi’s program massively improved my performance. I'm seriously so thrilled with the difference I felt!!!
Here are some tips:
WEIGH YOUR FOOD!!!! Get a food scale, they're not that expensive, and you REALLY NEED to precisely measure your portions to succeed. If you think you'll be fine eyeballing it, get over yourself, just get a scale and weigh everything.
STICK TO THE MEAL PLAN. It seems restrictive at first but there are so many ways to prepare/combine ingredients on the list, it's really not that bad. If I, a desperate chocolate addict, can manage it, literally anyone can.
DO EXTRA WORKOUTS!!! You're required to do 3 workouts per week, but if you want to meet your goals on schedule, you should do the extra work. They send you home workout plans, so it's easier. Also the workouts don't emphasize cardio much, so do that on your own.
From talking to other people in my program, if you're already an athlete and looking to get even more fit, this may not be what you're looking for- it's perfect for people like me who have no idea where to even start fitness wise, but if you already know how to eat healthy and workout, and you're more looking for structure or accountability, the 1-1 personal training they offer might be a better value for you.
I can emphasize enough how great Chi and all his trainers are, they're not only knowledgeable, trained experts, but they're super fun people. If you think working out is torture, they'll prove you wrong.

A very enjoyable and unique personal training experience. Clientel3 just felt right as soon as I walked into their space. Super friendly and extremely knowledgable staff that taught me some new exercises that in my 15+ years going to the gym I've never done. I felt like I really accomplished something at the end of my training session with Boston's best trainer, Chi Bang. He challenged me to dig deeper than I would have if I were just working out on my own. Make sure after making your appointment for a tour/workout that you try Jacob's Ladder. If you can last for 5-minutes or more then you'll be Clientel3 ready!
