I love this gym! I worked nearby so it was incredibly convenient to workout before or after work. They have a wide variety of equipment, including squat racks, a sled, and TRX bands), which weren't available at the gym at my place of employment, in addition to the standard cardio machines, free weights, and weight machines. I also appreciated the green turf space. There's also lockers and clean showers (with hair dryers and small details like q-tips available!) as well as a sauna. I've always felt super comfortable and welcomed working out there. From what I can tell based on my experiences, the staff care about having a personalized, welcoming space where people can workout comfortably.

Club Elevate is outstanding. It has everything one needs to work out, but also offers so much more! I love the personal feel to this place, you are not just a number. Staff tries to do the best they can, which truly shows. The gym, including the showers and sauna are very clean, complimentary towels are a nice perk. The management is adding new enhancements, which are really appreciated by members. For example, a fridge located at the entrance for members to use while working out, is a new huge bonus. The manager, who is totally hands on, seems to be there every time I work out, not sure how that happens as I workout at different times!
Need to also mention that the gym is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Check it out, you won't regret it!

Came in with a free day pass & was really hoping for better. Club Elevate is a nice gym & good selection of equipment. However the equipment is old and doesn’t look like it’s ever been updated. This wouldn’t be a big deal normally but their membership is pretty pricy at $64/month on top of a $49 yearly “enhancement fee.” On the plus side the gym was not busy at 4PM on a weekday and it’s right down the road from my house. Might be back to join but not sure yet.

Club elevate is the best gym in the metro west area. The facilities are great! They have every piece of machinery that allows for you to get your perfect workout in. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. My guy Shane working in the front is one of the best people on the front of the desk. He is very friendly and down to earth. All of the trainers here as well are all great. Johnny is one of the guys I’ve been working with for 2 years as he has put me into the best shape of my life. He is a great human, and is always giving the best advice for whatever the situation you may have going on. Overall one of the best trainers I have ever meet and human beings.

Best gym in the area! The gym itself is huge with tons of equipment, a floor dedicated to cardio so you can always hop on a machine, and the locker rooms have saunas. Every person on their staff is genuinely kind and extremely helpful - from the front desk to the trainers. One trainer recently joined in the past couple of months and has already had a huge impact - Walter. He is always available to gym goers - eager to help, extremely knowledgeable, a great human, and has created such a deep sense of community in this gym that was missing. He exudes passion and authenticity, truly wanting to see anyone and everyone work towards their goals. He has been an instant value-add to this gym - I'm so grateful he's here!

Fantastic gym. Have all the equipment you want and areas you need (free weights, machines, mats, treadmills, punching bags, battle ropes, yoga area, etc.). Their facilities are pretty clean, they have an excellent sauna, and access to toiletries that you will need. What is best is that the staff is fantastic, see any one of them for advice, tips, and just overall great conversations.

Came to this club after BSC Westborough closed and it was the best club in the area hands down. The facility is fantastic with a ton of machines and weights that allows you to get your work done quick and easy even during busy hours. I’ve been a member here for a little less than a year, and I absolutely love this gym! It’s spacious and has a great vibe, and everyone here is genuinely nice, which makes it feel like a true community. The staff is fantastic—always friendly and ready to help out. The equipment is top-notch, so I always have everything I need for a solid workout. The amenities are a huge plus, too; I especially appreciate the cryotherapy and sauna for recovery. Alba, the manager, was the one who signed me up, and she made the process so easy and enjoyable. I have been a member of Club Elevate for about 3 years. Some of the top reasons that I love working out here is that it’s never too crowded and there is lots of space everywhere!! The ceiling heights are huge and there are so many areas to workout! When I first began my gym journey, there were few options as diverse and holistic as Club Elevate. This gym offers a wide range of cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, stair machines, and more. I never find myself waiting for a spot at these stations. Comparable gyms with dry saunas had a tremendous price increase as well. The cleanliness of this gym shines above the other gyms I visited. The equipment is well-maintained, and the bathrooms are cleaned throughout the day. The more consistent you are, the more the community of this gym shines. The manager and staff are all supportive, talkative, and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Staff is great and its a nice gym. Offers dry sauna, cryo therapy, towel service and other services not every gym offers. Many gyms now a days don't offer much in terms of free weights, power lifting etc but this is not the case here. They have plenty for those looking to powerlift including bumper plates, plenty of squat racks, and dumbbells' up to 120lb etc. yet it does offer plenty for those looking for cardio which they separate nicely in the space they have. Signed up under a promotional offer but very good bang for the buck in my experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend.

Really great local gym. The equipment and layout is great and the staff is friendly and professional. The gym and equipment are generally clean and functioning correctly. The dry sauna (newly repaired) is awesome and the locker/room and shower facilities are clean and very nice. The member pricing is reasonable. I could see it potentially being crowded depending on the time of day you train. I'd love to see the promised expansion to 24 hour operations.

This gym is solid. It has a good selection of weights and machines, and while it can be busy at times, there is usually enough space to workout without much disruption or waiting. The included classes are great, and the added amenities like the sauna and cryotherapy make the monthly price quite competitive.

There is a clear area for improvement, though: some of the equipment needs to be updated and some of the padding on machines needs to be replaced. Hopefully management is on top of this.

This gym has a great community atmosphere. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive to member feedback. The facility itself is just as spotless and well-equipped as it looks on the website. One of my favorite benefits of the club is the fitness classes. The director, Ann Saldi, is a leader in the industry. She has a very thoughtful approach to health and wellness and provides a good variety of classes to members that focus on long-term fitness goals. During the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to keep their members engaged. Not an easy task.

Don't usually do reviews but Club Elevate exceeded my expectations of the amount of different variety of equipment that can be used and high quality also. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! The gym has a really nice vibe with really welcoming people, just training doing there thing!

I was pretty amazed of the variety of equipment from upstairs a whole floor of cardio equipment that looks out over the downstairs floor of vast variety of weights, separated areas for exercise such as cross-fit and a boxing set up also. The equipment is clean and there are cleaning station everywhere! After a late night Personal Training session I actually saw the cleaners who come in to clean down everything which I thought was a good eye opener to the quality they put in to maintaining the cleanliness of the gym.

I see a personal trainer there also; Summer! She's the best honestly works tirelessly with me with no judgement. I've had many trainers during the past 12 years and in a variety of different forms and by far she has been the best. Has also taught me a lot about self acceptance and listening and working with the body!

I am reviewing the Cryotherapy. Under the new management Summer and Chris are unprofessional and have given me the runaround. Summer passes the blame onto her new employees for her untruths. They do not know how to operate the Cryotherapy machine. I went for a session and what mess up! I know more about the operation,benefits and dangers from using this machine for a year with Jose. They refused to refund my money for pre-paid session. I truly was scared for my safety when they said "come out and we will try this again. Cryotherapy can KILL you if the operator is not throughly trained to operate the machine. Don't put your life in their hands. Will never go back or recommend!

Wanted to come try this place. Called to ask questions about the 3 day trial. They told me it was just 1 day not 3 which was fine. I applied for the trial pass online. Never got anything. I guess they have to call you for you to get it. Never received a call what so ever. Usually gyms will send the pass right away.

Good gym, but unfortunately their hours are not accommodating during the week. They are the only gym in the area that closes at 8. Their pre-covid hours were much better. I rarely can make it there anymore after work and when I do I'm unable to finish a full workout. I'm now paying for a membership that I rarely get to use. I know that I am not the only member effected by these hours. When I am there until 8 there are many people clearly scrambling to finish a workout. I'm really disappointed that they haven't changed the hours back to their original hours. Otherwise, it is a good gym with nice employees and a welcoming atmosphere.

Finding a different gym was the best thing. Late 2016 I did a 5 day trial at Evolve. From the moment I walked in I had a negative feeling about the staff and the rules (it was all about what you couldn't do, like spin bikes are only for spin class, and not about what I was looking for in a gym). After the trial at Evolve I got a trial at 3 other gyms nearby in order to NOT give Evolve my business. But out of convenience and against how I felt I joined. One event after another I regretted it. Other than the negative personal experiences I had with the staff, events that would affect future members are the following: at one point half the equipment disappeared and I was told it was space for new equipment. After a year I asked about the "new equipment" and was told it was on backorder. Very shortly after I found out the gym was moving and downsizing (therefore for over a year was lied to about getting new equipment). In the 2.5yrs that I belonged the monthly fee increased 3 times (the last time we were told the fees would not increase after the downsized move yet months later the fees went up). The locker rooms are tiny and impossible for more than 3 people to change at a time. The equipment is so close together you are practically touching the person next to you. It looks like the gym spent more money on light fixtures and tile than on anything a member would benefit from.

Just joined to stay fit while visiting the area. LOVE IT. Turn on the Sauna, go lift, then cook myself. They also have cryotherapy. Serious lifters here as well as many cardio enthusiasts.

Small and cramped since moving to new facility. Small locker room. Tight parking. Sauna always out of order. Few classes.

Trying to cancel membership even due to their different location with smaller cramped amenities and it’s pretty much impossible due to the terms and conditions.

If you are considering joining, I’d highly recommend trying monthly membership first so you don’t get stuck in contract to a gym that’s not worth the price.

One of the easiest location at the corner of California Ave and Route 9 West. The EVOLVE unit here is run with efficient friendly staff, and the equipment and facilities are Class A 1. The fees might look competitive, but the special from Personal Trainers could make a dent in your pocket. Otherwise, many cardio, weight machines and serving the membership well and is open most hours, including Sundays from 7 am. Enjoy
