Bad experience!
This Pilates studio is completely unprofessional with very poor customer service. When I asked to cancel my membership, they told me I had to give a one-month notice — something that was never mentioned to me before. They were quick to have me sign contracts on their computer without showing me the full details.
I absolutely do not recommend going there. There are plenty of other Pilates studios that are far more professional, with better service, more varied and effective classes, and instructors who actually help sculpt and strengthen your body.

Save your money and try somewhere else. It’s EXTREMELY over priced for not great classes! The classes here are super inconsistent. Sometimes I leave sweating after a great workout and sometimes we’re just lying on the reformer the whole time.
I cancelled my membership here after 3 months because of how boring the classes were. Avoid mean girl instructors at all costs.

I have loved my experience going to classes at this particular Club Pilates. Each class offered different exercises so it always stayed fresh and kept things interesting. But what is amazing are the people here. Bella the manager provided me support and went the extra mile every step of the way! She is amazing and always made me feel welcome. Ahram the instructor is really exceptional. And all the other instructors are also really nice and always found ways to accommodate the students.

I recently attended my first class at Club Pilates and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I was told I needed to purchase a pair of Pilates socks priced between $18–$20. They don’t accept Apple Pay or cash, and the receptionist simply said there was nothing she could do, which felt a bit unaccommodating, especially for a first-time guest.
As for the class itself, it wasn’t very challenging, and when you factor in the price of the class plus the required socks, it just didn’t feel like a good value. I ended up going to the store next door and found three pairs of similar Pilates socks for just $8.
I was really hoping for a more welcoming experience and a class that matched the premium price point.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially enjoyed taking classes here, but unfortunately, this studio only cares about taking your money. Their schedule is not flexible at all. Don’t be fooled by the free initial classes they use that to rope you into ongoing payments.
I tried to freeze my account due to personal and medical reasons, but they charged me for that, and then added a reactivation fee on top of it. When I called to terminate my account, they wanted to charge me $265. It’s ridiculous.
Customer service is terrible. Even when I was still a member, they would cancel or reschedule classes last minute due to weather, and it was nearly impossible to rebook because the classes are always full. They keep signing up new members, but don’t have the capacity to accommodate everyone. You’ll be the one constantly adjusting your schedule for them.
This is by far the worst studio I’ve ever joined. Don’t fall for it. Save your money and go somewhere that values their clients.

I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.
I had the most horrible experience canceling my membership with them due to my back pain.
First, they told me that I cannot cancel my account since my account was frozen therefore I have to reactivate a month before then I can cancel - this is when I am laying in bed cannot even walk
Then they told me I can send a doctor note so they will cancel - I send my doctor note, they told me that my doctor did not say I cannot pilate anymore, therefore they cannot cancel it.
I asked: You mean my doctor has to say I cannot pilate forever permanently?? the manager said Yes.
This is beyond ridiculous at this point. But after I sent the note, they canceled all my leftover credits but still not canceling my membership.
So if you do not want to pay forever, do not start a membership with them.

First time trying Pilates, and my intro lesson here was terrific. Caitlin checked me in efficiently and got me non-skid socks without making me feel like a clueless newbie, and Kristen's instruction and specific form coaching for me were clear, friendly, and effective. Felt the benefit in my muscles, but was never in any danger of injury. Great time!

I simply love Club Pilates in Burlington! I moved back to Massachusetts in the spring and was looking for a new pilates studio. I tried Club Pilates and joined to go 4x per month to see how I liked it and in just a few weeks I switched to unlimited.
The staff is amazing! Go Bella! And I love so many of the teachers ( Bethany, Samantha, Katie, Ahram, Maddie, Brenda, Karen, Joanna,,etc.) Such great teachers I know I'm forgetting some names.
If your l you're wanting to give it a try, they have a free intro class that you can try.
So glad I joined Club Pilates Burlington! Thanks for everything!

They are really good about taking your money, but not about refunding it. Most all classes now are on a waiting list. I pay by the class. I was 3 rd on the 11:00 waiting list, didn’t get in. Tried to book the same time next week- only waiting list spots. Wanted a refund and was told I had to write an email to get a refund which I did. I have heard nothing back. Now I have to follow up etc… I am done with this place. Also the girl at the desk was chatting with others when I was waiting at the desk to check in.

Ridiculous experience for a very eager prospective client, showed up at 12:01pm for a 30min introduction 12:00pm class and was denied access. No communication prior to show up early to complete additional class requirements. It wouldn’t have been so bad if I wasn’t instantly looked down upon when I walked in. If you are looking for inclusivity, diversity and professionalism look elsewhere.

This specific location studio staff are not helping customers. They just want your money. The initial trial class looks nice and everyone so warm-hearted. However, once you signed in, things changed. The staff customers e.g. one rep told customer the studio will be closed for that day soon(to push the customer to buy the membership), but later it turns out the studio is open for rest of the day. They mislead you can use any chain studio but they don’t tell you only the most expensive membership plan can have this option on purpose.

I have been to this place for several sessions but need some basic information refresh so I sign up for the free introduction session. I was asked to pay for grip socks which cost $20. Seriously?? I never been asked to wear a grip socks for other sessions as mandatory requirements . What a waste of my time to come over with this kind of surprise

I’ve been a member for several years and attend classes multiple times each week. Workouts are fun, motivating, and most importantly able to be modified for experience level or injury (bad knees and back here). Best aspect of the classes is that they build strength and improve balance with low impact, so you are less likely to injure yourself in daily life.
Classes offer a wide variety of workouts and movements depending on who is instructing the class, the level of difficulty, and the type of class itself. Every instructor offers different focus, and all are fantastic.
Studio is always clean and bright with well maintained equipment. Staff and other members are friendly and welcoming. Truly an enjoyable way to spend an hour or two several times a week.

Definitely needed to get more active especially after having a baby. I decided to try Pilates. Club Pilates offered a free into session which really helped me to see what the workouts would be like. It’s been so great! It’s been 3 months now and I feel stronger than I have in a long time. Postpartum snap back in progress!

Club Pilates is the best! This studio is super clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the classes are challenging but low impact. The classes are great for all experience and ability levels, and the staff will help you modify based on injuries etc. The small class size is ideal. I love it here!

I never believed in the effectiveness of low impact workout but I have to admit these people changed my mind.
The place is amazing, always very clean and with excellent equipment.
It is pricey, I ain't gonna lie, but I really think it's worth it if you have special conditions that require a targeted workout, it totally fixed my lower back issues.
The teachers are all very different and alla AMAZING, every time you feel like you had a session with a personal trainer.
One explains everything that goes on in your muscles while doing a specific movement, another runs constantly around the room to check if everyone is in the right position, another jumps up and down with you to keep you engaged....
All of them are extremely creative, every time I wonder how they managed to make me use a muscle I didn't know I had :))
Those machines look like torture devices the first time you look at them but they are incredibly effective, they let you use all your muscles without stressing the joints, it's like swimming without water.
Seriously, I couldn't recommend it more.

What a fun and effective workout! I travel a fair distance to attend the variety of classes (e.g, reformer, cardio sculpt ) and private lessons. The instructors are very knowledgable and enjoy what they do. I am a cyclist and a runner and was looking for a total body workout that would focus on my core and complement my cardio program. I have done Pilates mat work for years and found that the private 1:1 instruction with Erin has helped me fine-tune my training program.

I’ve only had 4 teachers there. 2 who were fab no longer are on the roster and one is milktoast. She talks at the same volume as the music which is barely audible even with a full studio. And, she walks around barely focusing on the students. She sets the equipment up nicely for the students so they don’t have to do it themselves. Good thing there were people on both sides of me so I could see what the next move was. The only reason to take her class is that it’s way cheaper than owning your own equipment. The 4th teacher I had was great but shows way too much familiarity with her regular students. Having said that her workouts are killer!
