CP hingham has been my happy place for the past 6 months. All instructors are so inclusive and empowering, and Haleigh the manager is the best. She remembered my name since the first day I showed up for a free intro class! Highly recommend

I love reformer Pilates, when i heard Club Pilates was opening in Hingham I thought to give it a try. Pilates reformer is expensive but Club Pilates offers a more affordable option . Hingham location it’s a friendly studio always open to the members suggestions to improve. From the manager, instructors to the front desk staff, everyone is so welcoming and nice!

I love Club Pilates. I just reached 150 classes and have never felt better. Better mobility, better balance - strong core! Noticeable changes over the last 10 months. Love the staff and teachers. Yes there is a waitlist but I most always get in the class. Favorites - Amanda, Michelle, Pia, Haileigh, Meredith and Stephanie Amazing teachers.

I will say that my body felt really good after each session. That being said , trying to get into a class with a good teacher was near impossible. Every good time offered on the app with any semi- good teacher was always waitlisted. The only membership that allows you to book out far enough is the top tier "unlimited" for around $300 month. So i signed up for that one and STILL the waitlist was insane. There are only a few good teachers and when i was FINALLY able to speak with the owner and told her of my concerns with the waitlist, the quality of the classes, and the lag in response time from management. She refunded my last month and banned me from the club. Good Luck !

I have been attending this Club Pilates location five days a week since the day it opened. Recently, I booked a Level 2 class for 7:00 AM. I was ready to leave my house at 6:30 AM when, at 6:25 AM, I received a text stating that I needed prior approval to join the class. This was the first time I had heard of this requirement—why wasn’t I informed sooner? The last-minute notice made it impossible for me to attend, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

While I understand the need for structured booking policies, I have found the system to be very rigid. The membership is quite expensive but lacks flexibility. I pay $229 per month, yet I often incur additional fees. Booking a last-minute class is nearly impossible, and canceling within 12 hours results in a $10 fee, while a no-show incurs a $15 charge.

When I decided to cancel my membership, I was required to pay for an additional month. Later, when I reached out to rejoin, I was told that the new rate would be $259 per month instead of my previous $229. As a loyal member since the studio first opened, I kindly requested to keep my original rate but was denied. The lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing—it felt as though my long-term commitment to the studio was not valued at all. The new manager or whoever run this place was not nice at all . They’ve just don’t care .

I truly enjoy Pilates and the benefits it provides, but I wish the policies were more accommodating, especially for dedicated members. Unfortunately, the experience at this location has been frustrating and discouraging.

Loved my first experience at CP in Hingham! Denise was great and helpful, talked through each exercise. I took Center & Balance, which was a great stretching full body on the reformer. I'm looking forward to trying Flow 1 next!

If you like being made fun of for not being able to do the exercise easily even though you have a herniated disc and still want to pay for it, this is your place. After being mistreated 3 times in the same class, I asked to cancel so that I would not be charged the next month. I had already completed the required 3 months. They continued to charge me and after more than a month I still have not received an apology from the manager, who must be very busy looking for new victims, much less my refund.

Great new spot! I’ve completed the intro class plus a few more and loving it so far. It’s a great workout that’s flexible for most fitness levels. I came in after barely moving for 3 months from a back injury. It’s really helping to rebuild core strength which is so critical to help my back continue to heal. You’re strengthening and stretching while also working on stamina and balance.

Sometimes places like this have obnoxious staff/instructors that can come across as judgy/rude/snobby, but I haven’t encountered that at all here… quite the opposite actually! Everyone has been lovely and I’ve met some nice people in class as well. Definitely recommend!
