This studio is changing my mindset and body in important ways. Despite remaining very active, I knew I also needed a yoga practice for mental and physical wellbeing - especially for flexibility and balance. Hot yoga and the weekend warrior/crossfit mentality were too much for me. This is a studio for folks who want a gentler approach to maintaining their mobility and enhancing awareness of movement in their daily lives. I am very grateful for Common Ground.

commonground is a total delight and I am so grateful to have found it.

every teacher I've had here (+ can't forget wellness coordinator, Ariel) has been wonderful in their own individual way.

they are all warm and welcoming, attentive to their students, and passionate about what they do.

everytime I leave class, I feel like I have gained something.

if you are looking to reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and find some joy, this is the place for you.

really - you should check it out. I have no doubt you will be happy you did β™‘

Every time I do a class here, I feel calm and refreshed. Each teacher has a unique energy that brings a special charm to the flow. I mostly do restorative classes with Erica, and it’s the perfect combo of utterly relaxing and finding myself giggling at her energy or commentary.

Safe space to play, explore, and let your body unwind πŸ’•

I have been attending Common Ground Yoga since it’s beginning. It is a wonderful, warm space with excellent teachers and variety of classes. It is excellent for all ages, children to seniors, and it is my well-being reset space in Framingham. Much gratitude to Erica and her team, who always show up with warm and holding energy.

I just returned to CG after a several year hiatus.

It was not uncommon for me to take 6 classes a week, often taking 2 classes back to back.

I stated with their 3 week special, to confirm that by commitment to my practice would the same. I am pleased to say that it is!

While the teachers have changed, Erica’s commitment to provide to provide a top-notch experience with outstanding teachers has not.

I am happy to be back!

With gratitude,

Jeanne

I am so grateful for CGY and the people I’ve met there. I found the studio at just the right time. The teachers are knowledgeable, thoughtful, generous, and kind. The class selection is varied and having the option of going on Zoom has been really helpful when I can’t make it in studio. I love this place!

I had gone back and forth from trying out yoga for the past few years. I wasn’t sure I would have the discipline to sit still and quiet my mind. But this January I finally signed up. I tried their new student package and was honestly mad at myself for not trying it sooner! The instructors here have all been amazing at guiding me (a complete beginner). I feel instantly better after each class and look forward to the next.

When I moved from Watertown to Framingham in 2019 one of my priorities was to find a yoga studio close by. When I looked up Common Ground Yoga online the reviews were excellent, and the class offerings were what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Every class is wonderful, and I am challenged in different ways each time. I love the atmosphere and every teacher is outstanding, kind, supportive, and caring.

I have never had a disappointing experience at Common Ground Yoga. It is my "must have" at the end of each day and I feel it when I can't make class.

Earlier this year a number of us participated in Yoga Reaches Out, an important fundraiser for Children's Hospital and a great time for all of us. I love that Common Ground gives back to the community in many ways.

Thank you to all of the wonderful teachers and the supportive and nice students I get to practice with.

If you’re considering yoga, I highly recommend going to Common Ground Yoga. There are many things to love about it! The studio is airy and beautiful with plenty of space to move freely. The teachers are top notch - all of them! For me, it’s worth driving 30 minutes to get there. Yoga with weights is my new favorite class and I’ve begun to feel the benefits of it. The class schedule is very varied. Being true to yourself is always mentioned with options offered for all levels. Erica, the owner is awesome! She finds ways to make things extra fun, for example, I’m currently involved in the Summer Challenge. Her classes are so good! She is zen and serious when needed and laugh out loud funny at other times. She truly makes yoga fun!

I found Common Ground Yoga studio a couple of years ago searching for a studio where I would feel supported and grounded. I did yoga many years on my own. Finally decided to have a personal evaluation done at Elements3. I knew I loved yoga and wanted to make sure I was going each pose correctly In order to ensure safety.
The staff was so very helpful and I joined for 3 months right then and there.
I've been attending 3 classes per weeek! The beauty of sharing my practice with other members is so very beautiful! My personal inner peace has found a home within myself.
I'm equestrian and yoga has helped to be in the moment with each stride I take with with my horse. Not to mention the physical strength I've developed.

I don't consider myself a yoga guy. I prefer weights and cardio to spending an hour doing yoga, or that was the case. Over the last couple of months I've taken a few classes and grew to enjoy them. This is one of the best-designed small studios I've seen outside of Los Angeles- beautiful simplicity at its best. Aside from the great space, the people are incredibly nice, they've got a diverse class offering, a great schedule (including a few weeknight classes for those of us who don't leave work at 5), and very reasonable prices. Elements3 is definitely at the top of the list of the best studios in MetroWest.

As an "added bonus," the instructors are very easy on the eyes. (Of course this has nothing to do with the quality of their instruction or knowledge, but it doesn't hurt!) I've decided to make that an opportunity to deepen my practice, challenging myself to stay focused within... : )

After moving to the metrowest from Boston I was having a hard time finding a yoga studio, but Elements3 is my new favorite. The quality of the teachers is outstanding and comparable to the best studios in the Boston/Cambridge area. This is a new studio and they are expanding so I am looking forward to their offering more classes. The prices are reasonable and comparable to the going rates in the metrowest which surprisingly costs more than in Boston. I've been practicing for several years and feel that this is a very welcoming studio for those just starting yoga while still offering a lot for students who are a little more advanced.

I recently decided to give yoga another try (I went to several classes about a year ago, but didn't stick with it, and always felt out of place there). But, after struggling with multiple sports injuries over the course of the last year due to muscle tightness, I know that yoga is the way I'm going to improve my flexibility and strength, and prevent future injuries. Elements 3 is a new studio right down the street from my house, near Framingham State, and conveniently located off Route 9. The prices are reasonable (first class is only $5, and they have a Groupon deal too to get you started), and all of the instructors have been great so far! I'm still just starting out, but I've taken classes with Andrew, Stephanie, and Spencer, and they have all been different but amazing. This is a supportive, caring, and anxiety-free environment that I would recommend for anyone that is new to yoga.
